Jim and I talked for years about our hearing getting worse and finally, after getting another mailing inviting us to Miracle Ear for a free test and evaluation we went to the Palm Harbor store. Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly by Mark, who made us feel right at home. We soon were introduced to Wade who was going to test us and tell us about the whole process. I was a bit nervous about the test but soon realized there was nothing to it. Wade was very well versed in the whole process and when I found out that he was wearing hearing aids himself, I started to relax. He explained how we were going to be quite surprised at what we had been missing. And how right he was. When he placed the sample hearing aids in, we were totally astounded at what we were hearing or more importantly what we hadnt heard in a long time. Wade was very professional, but so very friendly at the same time. Wade wasnt just interested in selling us hearing aids, he wanted to be sure that we truly could hear all of those things we had been missing. We have been back every week since getting our hearing aids and whenever we have a question or concern, Wade is always there to help us understand what may be bothering us and what to do about it. We are very lucky to have met Wade and know he will be there to help us whenever we need him. It has been a few weeks since we began this journey into hearing better than we have in many years and we are so very lucky that when we finally decided to take that first step and walk through the door at Miracle Ear in Palm Harbor, we were so fortunate to have met these wonderful people. Thank you all for bringing the sound of the world back to our ears.

Kathy at the front desk has been extremely helpful and friendly. She always makes sure to follow up both for up coming appointments and after the appointment. The audiologist is extremely thorough and listens to all issues and makes appropriate adjustments. I suggested to a friend to see them and the advise was taken.

I would like to complement your office manager Sara Jacobs in the Palm Harbor center.She is very outgoing and takes care of Customer Care aspect that you would want every manager to be in all your stores.She is very friendly and remembers her customer needs and is prompt and efficient in her job. Sue and Sarah were so helpful. Sue explained everything for me. When I was ready for the fitting, Sue was out, but Jim and Chastity took good care of me. They are so friendly and helpful, I would recommend Miracle Ear to anyone in need of hearing help.

Wonderful staff very friendly & outstanding service

OK I am so happy to be hearing better and I just love the fact it connects to my television and I love the fact that Sue was able to get it connected for me and she was just a miracle worker I thought on getting it reconnected after I did some dumb thing of mixing up my cell phone program so I’m really happy with my service I am with the hearing aids so far and I think things are going to even get better thank you

My mother Helen Whaley has been a long time Miracle Ear users. She is now 90 years old and we decided to move her into the Auden Court assisted living facility in February of this year. Prior to this she had lived in the Big Bend area of north Florida. She had used the same Miracle Ear specialist for many years and was given wonderful service at your Crawfordville office (Ann Hennessy).On Sept. 20th her hearing aids didnt appear to be working up to their normal level. I used your website to locate the nearest office. I didnt have an appointment, but thought I would just take a chance and walk-in. I was meet by Susan Zisman and it was a marvelous experience. She was able to work me in within a few minutes and resolve the issue on site.She was very professional and had a wonderful personality. It has been my personal experience that your staff are some of the nicest people Ive had the pleasure to work with.Your should be proud to have staff like Susan.
