SERVPRO did an excellent job with the mold and water remediation. Dave was very professional, calling before arrival and was very punctual. The furniture had to be removed from the living room and was handled with care. Laminate flooring and drywall were removed from the premises and they took the time to clean up. Katie was my contact from the office. She kept me well informed of the process and was able to answer my questions on the billing and insurance coverage. I have hired them for the restoration and to date this has been a positive experience.

We came home to flooded house due to a pipe break and I knew the first people to call would be Servpro. This was a great decision. Our call was answered by Katie and she was wonderful on the phone and told me she would have someone dispatched within the hour. It was 9:30pm. As promised, Katie and Jon pulled up in the ServPro truck ready to take care of the flooding. They were super thorough in explaining the process. The next day we were able to meet with Katie and Dave to talk through the expectations of drying the house and then mold mitigation. The entire process was seem less. I highly recommend using Servpro if a disaster happens in your home.

Most loud and annoying ads you can get on YouTube. Its like they hired a dropout to manage the sound, its sooooo much louder than it needs to be. Its blown out my eardrums its so loud! Who the heck wants to hear a loud wetvac in an ad?!

On a Friday night around 9:00 pm, our Granddaughter telephoned us in Pennsylvania from Florida to tell us that the floors in our seasonal home in Palm Harbor, Florida were covered with water, and that water was flowing out from the main entry door. Early the next morning, I searched the web for a list of water damage restoration companies in Palm Harbor, Florida, and SERVPRO of Dunedin appeared on the list. I contacted Art Troy at SERVPRO of Dunedin, and he and one of his technicians arrived at our seasonal home within two hours of my phone call. After taking the time to interview our Granddaughter about what she found the night before, Art and his technician immediately began work on inspecting all areas in our seasonal home for water damage, and then quickly went about drying out our seasonal home. Art kept in touch with me constantly by telephone about what he found, what is was doing, and what he was going to do to mitigate the water damage in our seasonal home. Throughout the whole process, Art was very competent, knowledgeable, patient, polite, professional, and thorough. Our Granddaughter was very impressed and comfortable with Art, and commented that Art is a really nice guy. Art sensed that the situation could become stressful and challenging for my wife and me because we live over 1,000 miles away from our seasonal home in Florida, so he calmly assured me that my wife and I would not have to worry because he would take care of everything for us. I cannot thank Art enough for the outstanding job that he did for us, and I highly recommend him and his team to anyone who experiences water damage in their home. The guys that came in today to clean the house of Covid germs were amazing. They cleaned the carpets, fogged the house and wiped everything down. Excellent service! I had to have my ex husbands house disinfected while he is in the hospital with Covid pneumonia. They were amazingly helpful, caring and professional!
