Mike is the best!! He went in to our apartment that had been in a fire and had horrible water damage and salvaged absolutely everything he could. From things that were covered in mold from the humidity to the stuff that had little to no damage, he took care of it all!! My home had a water leak that no one could figure out. Numerous companies fixed my damaged drywall only to have it wet again after heavy rain three times. Then I called Mike at Classic Restoration. He found that my leak was coming from a screw hidden behind my precast window casing from the widows above the actual leak. Mike came out after being recommended by our plumbers. Were first time home owners and have been running into a lot of issues lately. Mike checked the areas of concern and eased our minds significantly and saved us a ton of money by letting us know what could be done (either by ourselves or with his equipment) and then treated the area with anti-microbial for us for free! Super informative and highly recommended.

Mike is a high quality, knowledgeable professional! My plumber recommended Mike and his team, as my bathroom and kitchen were flooded. They brought in all the equipment and set it up to save my bamboo flooring. Amazing, after four days, my floor was restored and isnt warped! Recently, I have had a structural leak and he came out quickly to determine the source of the leak and gave suggestions about how to remedy the situation. Mike came out within a few hours of me calling. Set up all of the equipment to dry out the damaged area. Helped me with getting the claim filed with the insurance. He was out every single day to check on the drying, always super friendly and encouraging and my dogs just loved seeing him!! He gave me great advice with dealing with the insurance company. Id give them 6 stars if I could! My wife and I just bought a condo. As we were moving in there was a drain pipe malfunction associated with a hot water tank malfunction that caused a tremendous amount of water to leak causing some significant damage. Once the plumbers located the problem and fixed it, I called Classic, on a Friday night and they were out within and hour setting up dehumidifiers and drying fans. I thought this was going to be a long and involved process to get us into our home, but Mike worked rapidly with our insurance adjuster and went right to work restoring the damage. We were able to finish our move within a week. I think the most impressive thing about this company was that when they gave me a date and time to accomplish the steps through this restoration, they were right on time. Their communication was stellar. I didnt have to chase them down for information and progress, Mike was always in contact with me. I highly recommend this company for any water or fire disaster.

We found our home full of water when we returned from a short vacation. We didnt get back to Oldsmar until around 11 pm on a Sunday. We called Classic and they were at the house before midnight. Mike was very detailed about what had to be done to salvage baseboard, drywall, etc. They began the process that night. When they were finished we could not have been happier with the results. They helped us navigate through our insurance claim as well. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that works hard, is professional and they do what they say they are going to do. Five Stars!

Mike Miller came over to assess a moisture issue we have with our slab foundation. Our engineered hardwood floors were installled directly on the slab and there is so much moisture in three areas that the floor is literally rotting. We wanted to understand where the moisture is originating from...roof leak, plumbing, etc.Mike did a very thorough evaluation of the damaged areas and investigated possible sources. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. He concluded that the water vapor was coming from the concrete slab.We will certainly use Classic Restoration again, should the need arise.Thanks Mike.

The morning after closing on a house the ceiling collapsed in one of our bedrooms due to a busted AC hose. Water was literally raining down for days while we tried to get it fixed. We kept buckets underneath to collect what we could but it was gallons of water damage. After a brief google search I found Classic Restoration and spoke with Mike. He was amazing to work with, gave us a fair price to dry out the back of the house and prevent any mold from growing and even extended our services for a couple extra days at no additional charge just to be absolutely sure there was no water left standing. We honestly couldnt say enough good things about this company. Theyre honest and thorough and when it comes to water damage in your home, especially when we have a toddler and a baby on the way, its a nice relief to feel like we dodged a bullet calling them out and avoiding what could have been a very moldy situation. Hopefully well never need their services again but if we did wed call Mike. For sure.

I had a slow leak in my plumbing upstairs loft due to my water heater, which caused damaged to my floors and mold on the walls. June 13th, 2018 I experienced one of the worst days of my life as my home was consumed by fire due to a lightning strike. Two weeks after the fire the apartment complex where I resided advised the 24 families who lost their everything that day that we would be given 30 minutes each for their restoration company to enter our units and retrieve a few things if salvageable. I like many others were not pleased with the minimal 30 minutes offered by their insurance company so I chose to hire my own which happened to be Classic Restoration. Mike Miller showed up at the complex to meet me right on time, hard hat on and ready to brave the hot and humid conditions of my apartment. Mike spent three excruciating hours going up and down the stairs with bag after bag of any and all items he saw to be salvageable. I cannot express my gratitude to Mike and Classic Restoration for the time and effort they put into gathering what was left of my life’s photos, jewelry, memorabilia etc. and I am forever grateful! If you are looking for a restoration company who shows compassion and ready to help from a minimal issue to a huge loss similar to what I experienced I wholeheartedly recommend Mike and his crew.

While on vacation last month, our icemaker in the fridge leaked and flooded our kitchen, dining room and living room. The flood took over nearly the whole downstairs. We were given Classic Restorations info by a neighbor who had used them in the past. We contacted them to help with cleanup, and through the process learned that we also had mold and mildew from all the water. We felt pretty overwhelmed with the thought of dealing with the insurance company, but they were able to assist us with that as well. They were able to fix all the water damage done to our home, replace the drywall, paint our walls and replace our cabinets and the floor tiles too. It was a pretty big job, something we could never have done on our own. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone needing the same type of repairs.
