For the love of God and all things good and holy, DO NOT move to a property maintained by this useless company if you can help it. The HOUSING ASSICIATION that they FORCE up on their residents is useless and does NOTHING but prevent you from doing ANYTHING with your property, on your property, or around your property. They CHARGE YOU $100 to get a parking permit for your OWN spot?Lets just keep in mind that DOZENS of complaints have been made about the trashy people in Unit A in my building who have men coming in at ALL HOURS of the day and night, and it constantly smells like Cannabis, yet EVERY SINGLE COMPLAINT THAT HAS BEEN MADE ABOUT THEIR WHITE TRASH FESTS SCREAMING IN THE PARKING LOT AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT GO UNHEEDED.They tell you to make the complaints to keep our neighborhood classy.... yet when you complain about the white trash drug dealer/prostitute who constantly disrupts the whole building and the whole Ct. with her midnight screaming matches, NOTHING GETS DONE.

I live in a Condo where our community is managed by Bay Management. Over the years we have had numerous property managers. Bay Management is by far the best and most professional Ive had dealings with. They are very responsive to complaints, issues, and problems, and do an excellent job in maintaining the financial records for our small community of 104 units.

Horrible company! They refused to follow our by-laws and gave us misinformation and made up their own rules. They kept the board divided so that they would not get fired. They are nasty and incompetent and told 2 board members to the street with you! The bookeeper is rude and cant reconcile dues owned after being with us for over a year. They never returned homeowners calls and even credited incorrect accounts with dues payments. They crated havoc in the entire HOA. They pitted people against each other. They meddled in board business and lied about the rules. We rate them 0.

Absolutely incompetent and rude. Should not be allowed to manage property.

I am an owner at garden of forest lakes community managed by Bay Management the most incompetent Managemet company. This company do not response to emails or voicemail by owners refuse to provide informations leaving owners in the dark .

Horrible company to deal with. Doesnt return calls or give any service to the people paying them.
