Inept, unresponsive, incompetent group of people at Monarch. They cant even communicate properly with each other let alone to homeowners. Sue and Cindy appear to be lost or uninformed every time an issue arises. They get home owners, work orders and fees confused. They constantly make mistakes and are unable to comprehend simple issues. Totally unprofessional.
The most unresponsive unprofessional group of women. They must be out to lunch all day because they dont answer phones, dont respond to emails, and when they do respond, they screw up work orders. We will no longer be using this property management company.
Monarch Association Management is a complete nightmare. Dealing with them has cost us a lot of heartache and money $$. Overall, they are incompetent, unreliable and irresponsible. Just frustrating to deal with since they also lack good communication skills, or they just dont care. Sue, especially, has misguided us and when approached, seems overwhelmed when asked simple tasks and inquiries. Since day one, she has misled us with false/inaccurate information that has caused us time and $$. Perhaps, its time for her to consider a long vacation... retirement. If not, then hire a more competent assistant.
I am on the Board of our Association and we have worked with Monarch for over 2 years. They are nice people to work with and HIGHLY responsive. They go above and beyond what is required for a management company and always look to provide the best service. They have managed for us: broken pipes, replacing drywall, fixing outside phone lines, rodent issue, and this was all in two weeks. They handle complaints, abuses of our policies, violations and disturbances with ease. They are total Pros.
Monarch is extremely responsive and easy to work with. They are our HOA as well as I am a Realtor and have worked with them through other associations. Great to work with and truly nice people!
As president of my association, I have dealt with 2 other management companies over the past 6 years. Monarch has proved to be the best under the most stressful of situations. They answer phone calls at all hours of the day and night, respond to emails and always act professionally. Some of the reviews I am reading on the google review are clearly attacks against the Monarch from people who do not wish to follow the guidelines of their own condo association/bylaws and out of frustration, choose to attack Monarch. I highly recommend this management company!
Highly disappointed with this management company. They are unresponsive, ignore phone calls, never answer the phone or seem to be available, make accounting mistakes and do not seem to be able to rectify issues. I will be following up with the HOA president.
