They were the only place that got us in last September when we bought our new boat so we were thankful for this. It was a good experience overall, front office staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even called us when they thought there was an issue with our boat so we could come check on it. Spots can be a bit crowded and tricky to get into, especially if you have something large to back into the space but the convenience of its location makes it worth it. Recommend :)

They dont even deserve the one star, I was a very faithful customer for years, rented 2 units, always paid well before due date. because of that my auto pay from my bank went out and paid by accident for a month ahead when I had fully moved out and cleaned the units by end of a month already paid for. left the units in as good of shape as when I first rented. They refused to refund me my money, almost $400, so bottom line is they stole my money.would not recommend them, not very honest people.

They are raising rates beyond reasonable. I started arou 70/no and Im at 96. Tjey also charge 20 if you are a day late, even if the payment due date falls on a day they are closed. One more increadddd and Im done. Moving to the place by my house for 75/mo.They used to fair, now it about the money. I dont th9 no anyone is there babysitting, jeese

I rented a unit from Cardinal Mini Storage for a few months. Unit is clean, staff is fairly friendly. The property itself needs a lot of work. for one, the gullys for water drainage are located in the middle of the driveways, so your moving truck (no matter how you try to do it) gets rocked back and forth which does a job on the contents of the truck. Going slow and being careful does not help. Unit is over priced compared to just about everywhere else that are newer places that are taken care of better. The late fees ended up being more than the rent, which is ridiculous in itself. Maybe they like the idea on putting liens on other peoples keepsakes and hoping to be starred in Storage Wars or something. I fell on hard times, which is why I needed to move and get a storage unit to begin with, me and my family (4 kids). So being late on a months, rent, is now sporting a $500 bill, which will be hard to get things out of there. Birth certificates, all the many things kids bring home from school for the last 12 years, pictures, irreplaceable things, you know crap they dont care bout what so ever. It an ugly business to begin with, but adding these ridiculous fees makes Cardinal the worst of the worst. Btw, within the 2 months I was there, the security gate was broken twice for days on end, so leaving the gate open was their answer.They dont offer specials like the big chain places do, they dont need to apparently.
