I needed to replace the front bumper on my car due to damage from an accident years back. I got an estimate that came in competitively as compared with Roberts Collision of Clearwater and Fermans Collision of Tarpon Springs.Roberts Estimate: $1985.68 (2 Days- booking within a week.)Fermans Estimate: $1806.07 (5 days - booking within 3 weeks)Carsmetics Estimate: $1571.62 (2-3 days- booking within a week.)The guy who did my estimate even gave me a great tip about replacing my headlight bulbs when my dealership told me (untruthfully) that they could not replace the bulbs unless I did the bumper. I was able to replace my headlights thanks to him.Unfortunately, the initial estimate ended up being off by about $246 because they did not account for a needed panel replacement.The new total was $1818.36However, their initial quote was so low that, even with the additional charge, the work was still competitive as compared to other collision centers and my research into the potential costs.The initial estimate of 2-3 days ended up being about 4, which was fine with me given that I thought this could be the case given other research and estimates.The work they did came out great and the color matching and pin-striping on my side panels was perfect.If youre looking for a cosmetic repair shop with reasonable prices and quality work, I recommend going here.Just make sure to check your itemized list when doing comparatives to be absolutely sure about the price competitiveness.Will be using again to get my headlights restored.

I picked this business based on all the positive reviews, got an estimate to repaint rear bumper i scheduled an appointment and took the car in, when I picked the car up the bumper was pink well my car is a white metallic they put to much red in the paint so I brought it back the following week and they got me a rental car which was very nice of them when I pick the car up there where numerous imperfections so I brought it back again the following week when I picked the car up it looked acceptable not worth the 500.00 I spent. When I took the car home I noticed they burned some the paint buffing it out, needless to say I will not be going back a 4th time. I will say Ken was super nice and professional. If you are a near perfectionist and have metallic paint I would not recommend going there.

Not a real experience company as far as doing extensive collision work unfortunately for me I got hit on 19 and I want to get it fixed hard to find a place to fix it.

Just got my car back from carsmetics... it was the greatest car body shop repair experience Ive ever had in my 50 some years of car ownership! They did exactly what they said they were going to do at an incredible price and did it when they said theyre going to do it... they provided me with a rental for several days at no cost to me and as far as I can tell Ive got an identical paint match! Just North of Tampa Road on Highway 19... Absolutely positively tell him I sent you!!!

Very impressed! Took my 2012 Dodge Charger in to fix a huge dent in the front quarter panel. To be honest I never thought the car would look the same again. The estimate only took about ten minutes and their quote was over $500 less than the closest competitor. They covered my rental car for three days and when I picked it up I was amazed. It looks better now than before the accident. The staff was polite and helpful and I couldnt be happier. Completely satisfied with the quality of work. Highly recommended!

The workmanship at this shop is top notch. My 2008 F150 Limited had several rust spots on the front bumper, which I put off fixing for way too long. They made me fall back in love my truck! These folks did a great job repairing a few door bumps on my 20074 Runner. In fact, I was so pleased I went back to thank them for going an extra mile that I had not noticed when I picked up the truck. I had a Gas Cap Door that was out of plumb with the rest of the trucks exterior panel and when filling up for gas the other day noticed it was no longer an issue. Can you imagine asking for work to be done and the management there, including the technician fixed this gas cap door hinge without mentioning to anyone. That is called integrity and Ill be certain to go back. Special notice to The Store Manager, Eva and the Technician who performed the work. I was a little skeptical of coming here at first, but they did some really fantastic work on two cars of mine that both needed to be fixed! They gave me a legit quote within ten minutes, and stuck to that price when I decided to come in and do both cars at the same time. They had both cars back to me on the days promised. I had the hood on my Pontiac Solstice repainted by Carsmetics in Palm Harbor and they did a great job. There was some orange peeling at 1st because of the wet rainy weather, but they had me bring it back in 2 weeks to be wet sanded and polished and it turned out fantastic. I will use them again as I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that has some hood issues also. Great job at a great price.

I really like Carsmetics. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice, professional and straightforward. The end result was great my car looked like nothing happened. I was getting my Mom in the car after her cancer treatment when out of nowhere an older woman about 109 years old backed out and swiveled around in a huge suv. Idk how she saw out of the rearview. They do NOT honor their life time warranty. So be warned about this sales trick !*** UPDATE: READ MORE:Business owner claims that damages are new and will not be covered by their life time warranty. I claim that paint is chipping, cracking and peeling off due to poor quality job they did. We went back and forth with our heated arguments - no results. How can I prove that he is wrong? How can he prove that I am wrong? It seems that his definition of life time warranty is much more different from mine and what overall industry considers. The industry takes a stand with the customer in such unresolved and not obvious cases - it is better for the companys reputation especially nowadays with internet and social medias.I paid for a product and warranty, I did not get the latter one. I would have felt much better if I had NOT had this life time warranty from them. I am feeling ripped off and cheated.I am writing this review for others to BE CAREFUL about promised life time warranty - you will not get what you think you paid for.

I voluntarily went in for an estimate to repair key scratches on the front doors. The parking lot was empty and the shop bays silent.A guy came out right away with a blank sheet on a clip board. He did not wear anything indicating he was an employee. He did not introduce himself or ask me any personal data.I volunteered what I wanted done. I reminded him the car was 8 yrs old. This would be a non insurance cash job and that I had a flexible schedule.He circled the car once, scribbled a few notes and announced it would be 600 to 800 dollars. I balked, told him I thought that was high. He was not budging..I left very dissatisfied.

These guys are great! Low price, did what they said they would in the time they said they would do it! went over and above and even cleared up my headlight and tail lights! Very professional and detail oriented.

Recently, my family and I were forced to once again repair a vehicle due to collision. It meant another trip to Carsmetics in Palm Harbor. Kawika and Scott came through, again, on every promise and more. OUTSTANDING! There were issues with delay in receiving parts, and they handled it in a way that most body shops would not even think of, let alone -- consider for their customer. They provided, hands down (!), the best ever when it comes to customer service, more than fair price deal, sincerity with follow through on their promises and fine quality workmanship. Truly, could not have been a better experience.

I would highly recommend Carsmetics. Their manager at the Palm Harbor location is great. Communicates well, is honest and prompt. Which is obviously not always the case in the industry. They did some work on my wifes Infiniti and did a great job at a reasonable price. I will be using them in the future for any scrapes, dings or scratches I have on any of my cars.

They were by far the best price in town and the most professional and courteous shop that I have dealt with. The work was done as promised and I very satisfied with the results. If I need some minor body work done again I will definitely go back.

I highly recommend Carsmetics. I needed to get my RAV4 cleaned up for sale. The Manager, Kawika Eva, is very honest and upfront about what they can and cant do. I received a very fair estimate for the work required on my RAV4. They were able to get me in the following Monday and covered the cost of my rental. I was truly amazed at how beautiful my car was! All door dings and bumper scrapes were removed. The rusted dent in the hood from a rock was completely gone and the blended paint job was undetectable. Fast and friendly service, fair pricing. I stopped by on a Saturday morning to find out what could be done about a dent in my bumper someone caused in a parking lot. Ken was friendly, gave me an estimate and said to bring it back first thing Tuesday morning because he didnt have anyone on site that day to do the work (Monday was memorial day so they were closed). I brought it in Tuesday morning and was in and out within 30 minutes with the work being done and coming in under the cost of the estimate. The quality was great and I will be definitely coming back here for some other minor repairs that need to be finished as well. I was provided an estimate for the other minor work end it is also very affordable. I would highly recommend!!

Great experience with the guys at Carsmetics. I had a small dent on my rear panel & had scrapes on the passenger door. They were fast with a quote and were over 50% lower than the 2 other quotes I received. They finished the job on time and I could not be happier with the work they did. This place is not one worth walking into. The women at the counter was rude and attempted to charge me over 800 dollars for a replacement that should cost 120. Absolute bologna, I will never return.

My after market spoiler began to peel off. I was quoted $1250 by the mercedes dealer to replace it. I took it to another shop that simply refused to touch it saying they were concerned about hurting the paint. So glad I found Carsmetics in Palm Harbor. How this place has 4 stars I have no idea, worst customer service ever. I was lied to twice, First I was told that they would handle all issues with the insurance company, then I was told they dont argue with insurance companies after they could not find the part they needed. The other lie they told me was they ordered a part, they said they ordered it leading me to believe they were waiting on it, then they said they couldnt get it. So clearly they lied, this wasted 2 weeks (obviously that was a red flag). When I called they never once called me back, I had to continually call them and when they found out there error they did not call me back. Unreal, do not use. Corporate needs to get on this, Ive dealt with Carsmetics in the past no problems.

The guys are great and very professional. They will take care of you and will fix any scratch or dent and they will get it done same day.

I really cant say enough good things about these guys and the work they do. I brought in my classic 1990 Cadillac Sedan de Ville. The car has retractable bumpers and the rear had been pushed in about 4 inches. No dent or scratches just pushed. Angelo said to pull it around back and let Randy take a look. 15 minutes later my car is driven around front and it is PERFECT! A better job couldnt be done. The price? Incredibly low! I recommend these guys whole heartedly. Great friendly service, better work you couldnt ask for.

Give these guys a chance! After some road debris struck my hood on my 2017 Tacoma I felt sick at the thought of taking it to the dealer. However, Carsmetics had a reasonable quote and solution. I had my hood completely repainted on my new truck and couldn’t be happier with the result.After reading some of the comments I think people have unrealistic expectations.My advise for folks are 1.The repair shop can’t be responsible for how your insurance company responds 2. Always give the repair more time than your quoted 3. If you’re not satisfied simply discuss the issue and give them an opportunity to correct.
