Started coming here for my pedi AND loved how serene and clean everything is!I dont have a preference in who does my pedi because Ive had 3 different and they were all amazing! The massages!! 🤩They welcome walk ins but I prefer to call ahead and make an appointment.Makes it easier on them 😊Better for clientele as well!I had my nails done by both Natalie and Christine for engagement photos and Im in love!!This last fill was Christine and its now going on week 3 and they havent chipped! 🥰 just minor bumps and bruises Ive done 😁Youll love coming here!

Very negative guys. If you want a spoiled mood, be sure to visit this place and you are guaranteed a bad mood. The most negative woman is Christine, she just does an awful job. Doesnt even want to listen and understand the client, does not want to understand what the client needs. Shame

My go to pedicure spot in all of Coachella Valley! Ivy is the absolute best, I highly recommend her.

I dropped in the other day for the first time and was very happy with the service. The shop is very clean and bright. Everyone is very friendly. They got me right in without an appointment. Jenny did a beautiful fall inspired acrylic manicure copying a picture I brought it and gave good suggestions on how to match the art done in the pedicure. Very happy with the artistry & she was so sweet!

Love this place...Christina always does a fab job on nails and Kenny for the pedicure.

Came in to get a mani pedi and they were fast and organized. Very covid safe with plastic dividers and people well spaced out. I ended up coming back a day later because my toes needed a touch-up in my opinion and they fixed them without charge and were so accommodating. I was so happy with their customer service and care.

I’m a long time customer, come in frequently. Service has changed, Kristine owner usually does a beautiful job, now I’m rushed through they are more interested in taking the next up!She gave me a 15 min pedicure while paying attention to booking new appointments or walk-in charged me $20 A fill for $45 paid $65 + 10 tip.Not happy about the service, looking for a new shop !They lost my business!!!!JJeanne

Ive had a pedicure once before, but this place really took the blue ribbon for best experience period! I received a gift certificate for Christmas for a basic pedi, but once I sat in the massage chair, I immediately upgraded to the total luxury package! Totally worth the extra $$, IMO. Go see Kenny and the whole luxury nails staff for a pampered pedicure or manicure

Never asked me what services I wanted. I asked for the list and was denied. Had I been asked, I always up grade and spend at about $100 a visit. Never turned on massage chair during pedicure or adjusted it to be comfortable. Never asked if I wanted something to drink and others around me where. Besides the poor customer service, the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. The attendant acted put out to have to do the service. Going elsewhere to get it fixed. SMH Never wrote a poor review for anyone, I usually just never return, but this was that bad.

Went in and asked for a New set of Gel nails. Next thing I know she’s putting color on....no nails just color. She didn’t understand me when I tried to explain.

My wife got her nails done here. Just simple gel. Nothing crazy. The lady who did it was distracted the entire time. She got nail polish on the sides of the nail on her skin. Gaps in the back back her cuticles and is peeling just 40mins after we left. Half way through we had already decided we would pay and leave. Neither of us want to come back nor would I trust getting it done again here.

When I went to the luxury nails and spa it wasnt very luxury. this isnt my usual nail spot but I got a full set and it was just unexpected all my nails were different lengths and I asked for coffin shaped and only some of them were the actual coffin shape and some of the nails were crooked and my thumbs were very short compare to the rest of that set and I asked him to fix it and he said he would do it after and never did it and my pointer fingers are extremely long and I asked him to shave down the rest of the nails so they were even but he never did it and I asked how much a full set was with gel and they said 45 but when I went to pay they charged me 50 and he kept forgetting to turn on the gel lamp so I kept having to remind him and I had to ask 3 times to see the gel colors and the nails have no curve to It and I have 2 cuts on my cuticles from when he was filing . i had Kevin and I was not happy with what I was getting

Yesterday was my first visit and Kevin did my nails and toes. Very satisfied and Ill be back in a couple of weeks.

Ask for Kenny G. This place is the best in the valley!
