Love my nails!! They did a great job. I went for a deep powder manicure and they really took their time during the process. I also got a pedicure and they gave me the most delicious massage.

I was blown away my first time here. It was a wonderfully calm atmosphere. Clean, organized, good prices, and have gotten great manicures and pedicures from everyone here.

This place is amazing. The ladies are nice and their skills are unmatched. Ive been coming here every 3-4 weeks for a year, and I have never, ever had a bad experience with them. I really dont know why there are any negative reviews for them. I know that the one thing they dont tolerate is rude customers, and frankly I dont blame them. Maybe you were the problem?

My wife and I had Pedicures here while we are on vacation. It’s been a year...so my feet were a mess. They had the “twins” work on me. They went beyond the call of duty and made sure my feet we in great shape. These guys are good the best Pedi we have had in some time. Great attention to detail and no short cuts. Really good job guys. BTW you were recommended by the Marriott Shadow Ridge concierge, she say that you are her regular place too. Keep up the good work.

Sindy did a excellent job is very friendly nice and very professional. she makes you feel very comfortable all the time.

Best City Nails was a great place to spend my time. Great service, super clean, friendly and courteous. The best pedicure Ive had. Tiffany is amazing. I have been to her several times and she never fails. I will definitely be coming back here. Give this place a try. I think youll be satisfied like I was :)

I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to help me right away. Sindhi brought me a water immediately, was very friendly and polite, and did a great job! I was very impressed with their service and performance

Went one time to do pedicure. Booked appointment. Lady who did my toes kept pushing for another appointment again and again. I said I don’t know when I could come back. She gave me a dirty look. I couldn’t believe her response. She must have been hurting for money. That turned me off. I’ll never come back to this place!

Syndi is the best

Was at Best Buy, one week ago, so went to look. Needed gel to stop nail biting. The lady pulled me in, havent had a manicure for almost 2 years so really looking forward to it. Took 15 min.for manicure? AND gel nails. I missed the manicure as it consisted of a 2 second rub of cuticle oil on my arms, then wipe off. 2 days after, one nail broke. :( Wont be back! Lovely shop, but.....missed the customer service/pampering. Was told nails would last 2 weeks, after 1 need major redo. All I ask for is my moneys worth!

Horrible place to go bad service. Went in to get my nails done and the guy who did then was having a hard time painting and drying the nail Polish. I was sitting there for over 10 min waiting for my nails to dry and it wasnt happening he then added another clear coat because the heat dry machine was melting my nails. He tried but it wasnt working so I just let them dry and took off . Got home and my nail cracked and chopped off 😡 not a happy camper dont recommend this place AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
