Dont look any further! This husband and wife team are definitely the DYNAMIC DUO! 4 years ago, being new to the area, i randomly selected CCS Certified Cleaning Services which i based on reviews. They were quick to respond to my call and did a walk-through and explain steps of what they will handle...very thorough and the results were spic and span (move-out/move-in house cleanings). My tenants, my realtor impressed. Being comfortable with them, I asked for handywork job which i didnt know they do, too. I was happy to know i only have one contact for everything. Nick, so far, had done (for me) handyworks - floor tiling, changing kitchen/bathroom fixtures, carpentry, water heater, oven, fridge installs, wood/paint fixes, stucco and fence fixes. I couldn’t be happier with CCS Certified Cleaning Services. The communication for scheduling with them is super easy with call, text or email. Prisciane and Nick are both wonderful people who truly care about doing excellent work and it shows every time. I hired them after trying several other cleaners in the Coachella valley and the difference in experience and quality with CCS is above and beyond better. They offer handyman services as well which is just added value for using them. I own a busy vacation rental and since using CCS have received 5 stars with every guest mentioning how impeccably clean it is.You likey wont find a cleaning service in the area with better attention to detail and such great customer service. I met with Prisciane to do a full walk through and discussion on pricing/needs, etc. I was very comfortable with her demeanor, and appreciated her suggestions as well. She also supplied all of the insurance documentation quickly. Pricing was competitive and scheduling was easy.From the very first deep clean to 20 subsequent cleanings for my renters, I have got better than top notch service. The property literally gets 5 star reviews EVERYTIME for cleanliness. The team is not only exceptional at cleaning, but they prepare the property to my specifications each time, and even make neat adjustments that the renters enjoy.During Covid the team adjusted and continue to meet the additional requirements of the City of Palm Springs, County of Riverside and Airbnb regarding upgraded disinfectant processes.
