Fantastic Customer Care and Great Service!

Had a flood at my daughters and my house. I am totally disgusted with Randy and Edgar. I asked them at least 3 separate times to deal directly with me since I live only a 1/2 mile away instead of my daughter who lives in LA, it never happened. Your office called my daughter got her credit card info for the $500 deductible only then proceeded to charge the total amount of the claim $11499.00.Being a local businessman for the last 25 years I am shocked of your highly unethical business practice of charging my daughters credit card for the full amount in lieu of charging my insurance company who had no questionable coverage issues. This will not go unnoticed! If ever asked, I will let DCA board members Rotary members and construction workers from laborers to business owners of your highly unethical business practice.
