I used to love this place.. I have a membership here and used to pay extra for interior cleaning and now it’s not even an option. My car is still dirty after going through there and spending 30 mins at their set up to self clean and it’s still not washed. Bugs are still on windshield as well. Definitely going to have to cancel my membership after years of going there.

I tried to call the local shop. No wonder you dont give out local #s. Same reason you dont allow a customer leaving a message. Your company is awful. Your general upgrade wash, left soap and spots all over my car. Apparently, since you bought the spot, you no longer offer detailing. Customer service is non existence and there is no one other than a teen to log an actual concern to in person. Never again.

Fantastic..clean and shines like a new car!! Repels dirt as well! Im on a monthly plan which is well worth it!!They prep car before it goes into the wash...does a great job!

They had the area where they normally would vacuum your car for you closed off so that you couldnt go in there. the only thing there was was self-serve vacuums but I paid the full amount for somebody to clean the inside of my car and then ended up having to do it myself which I dont think is very fair and I want a refund.Today I went back to see if it was any better and there was a chain across the driveway with the kids sitting on a chair. I yelled out the window or they open and he said no maybe in about an hour. so I guess its broken?? I have no idea. so another unpleasant trip to the car wash. if there was a selection for no stars I would definitely choose it.

$20 for a car wash and still spent 30 minutes cleaning my truck after. The tire shine did not work ! The bugs were not removed by either the lazy, disinterested employees pre-scrubbing (if you can call the gentle wipe I got), or the machine. I spent the 1/2 hour cleaning off bugs, cleaning my wheels, cleaning the sides of my truck, etc. Cleaned the windshield, and applied tire shine once to my home. I will never visit again. There is too much competition for my car wash dollar.

New to the area and love this car wash! Affordable wash and free vacuums, carpet beaters, and drying towels- above and beyond what other car washes charging twice the price usually offer. The workers are cheerful and helpful as well. I’ll be back on the regular!

This place has gone down hill since it became Shiny Shell. Was disappointed that they no longer offer interior cleaning. I was told it was a corporate decision and all they offer is quick service car wash and free vacuums to do it yourself. I’m not opposed to cleaning my own car but sometimes with a busy schedule, it’s nice to pull through a full service car wash and have it done for you. Will not return to this car wash. I miss Coconuts.

We visited it last Wednesday. They dont have any deals especially on Wednesdays like the previous car wash, Coconuts, had. Also the car wash did not clean the car as expected for $7 exterior. There were spots left on.my hood and exterior mirrors, and the rocker panel and aluminum rims were still filthy. Even on Coconuts Wacky Wednesday, my car was much cleaner at a $4 exterior wash.

My husband and I both went today and both got terrible washes. I paid for the highest level figuring that would make sure my car was clean. The belt moves your car through so fast that there were spots that water nor a brush even touched. Front of car, mirrors and back were all still dirty. After getting hone and looking at the car, had to drive to another car wash and pay to have it done again. Complete waste of money. My husband will be cancelling his membership.

I had no idea that Coconuts had changed hands. I was going by and remembered Wednesday specials. I pulled in and read the directions for awhile. I have badly damaged side view mirrors and didnt know if theyd survive the car wash. The two young that were working were kind, helpful and understanding. I wish I had gotten their names. Next time. Mirrors were ok. Pulled into the vacume area to readjust before driving safely. I will return and recommend as well. 😊⭐🏆

I’ve used this car wash for probably 4 years now -from when it first opened as Coconuts.I like that the wait times seem shorter under new ownership. But I also find my car is much spottier than before. Overall, I like it and will keep using them. The fee for an interior clean is not too bad.Oh, their hours can very much vary. It shows on website open till 8, I have went many times way before 8 and they are shut. Very frustrating when I drive a good 7 miles to get there.

Visited here to have my car cleaned and detailed but the managers poor excuse was sorry we dont have enough workers to do the job. Well Mr. Manager on duty instead of just standing there you could have stepped in and did the work your self . Thats the abcs of basic business if u are short staffed then you as a Manger should step up and do the job. But all you did was just stand there and look helpless. I tell you what you guys would not last long in Atlanta if u did that here. Good luck palm coast on substandard service .

The employees lack interest in the job, i paid $35.00 and not all of my hub caps got cleaned, my interior is ok, i didnt feel like they were really interested in doing a good job, so my car got average clean. They didnt open the gas tank lid and clean it, dont think Ill go back. 😔

This carwash tore off our OEM running boards and they dont want to take responsibility for it and they dont do foreworn about it except on a sign that you dont get a chance to read before they rush you through

Coconuts WAS a great Carwash, providing excellent service and always insuring customer were happy. New ownership, new rules... and not for the better.Had my car washed to remove the love bugs and after the Carwash, it was still covered with bug marks on body and windshield. I didnt have time to go back through the line so I called to complain about the poor job. Nick Fontaine, new owner, assured me that the car would be rewashed for free. Brought my car back in and the person working refused to rewash my car, despite my saying that Nick had authorized the rewash.It will be a long time before I return...

Bugs still on the front of the car, wheels dont even look like they went through a car wash. Direction signs are terrible. Theyre working on the vacuums with no signs explaining what to do... Terrible management.

Its been closed!!! I am currently under the monthly plan and have been for about 2 years and everyone was great so far. The last few days during their hours of operation the wash has been closed and the chain is across the entrance with no sign of why. I tried to call but no answer so you need to drive there just to see if or when it will be open, not good!

Coconuts was very good .I have a membership that I am cancelling because new ownership its not the same.My car comes out spotted (so much for spotless drying) and still dirty in spots and still having love bugs on it

On 10/31 I got my car washed. I have been to this business many many times when it was Coconuts.  Evidently they are under new ownership/management.  A young female attendant couldnt get the antenna off, another young man came over and barely attempted, and told me go ahead it will be okay.  Well it wasnt okay and the antenna broke off its base.  In the past they have used a wrench with no trouble. Of course they post signs not responsible for antennas, but I was definitely misinformed.  This is due to poor management as their workers are not properly trained, or the young man was too lazy to find a wrench. They will receive AND PAY the bill for the new antenna.

Worse car wash, just drove 6 hours and had bugs on the front of car, paid for the most expensive car wash and left with the same bugs on the car. Not worth spending 20 bucks and the vacuum doesnt have any suction.

The gentleman who took take of my SUV performance was top of the line. All of my requests were performed in a efficent manner. The SUV looks great a marked improvement from when I brought it in.

Drove there today and they were closed. I live 20 miles away round trip..wasted my time and over a gallon of gas.They need an up to the minute email alert to keep everyone updated asap.

Had damage two different vehicles.they gave me a $50 gift card for one cost to replace mirror was 123$ I didnt go back for awhile .this time broke a led on new truck I didnt ask for repair or a gift card.just asked please remove my account.they said no problem they charged my card anyway I had to call credit card company.its Bs

This place is awesome! I had to wash my car before trading it in the other day so I came here. My car looked so pretty I almost had second thoughts about selling it LOL it was cleaner & brighter than when I bought it 7 years ago. Plus, the actual car washing process was totally fun. I watched “The Blob” the night before & sitting in my car seeing all of the bubbles & soap ooze all over the windows reminded me of that creepy movie LOL My trip to your car wash was more entertaining than a trip to Universal. I’ll definitely be back with my NEW car. Thanks for such an awesome experience & super job.

Shocked...has the owner changed! Took far too long to clean my car. That being said, a good job was done by the young man that worked on my vehicle, but he could have used some help.

Quality of the wash has really gone down over the past few months. The bottom and back of my SUV is still dirty after leaving the wash.The entire car is still wet after being blown dry and if you dont get out and dry it you will end up with horrible water spots.The vacuum cleaners are drastically under powered.. forget trying to get anything out of a crack or crevice.

I always make a point to take my car to Coconuts when I come to visit my parents. They can give you a full service inside and out wash for about $25. I have noticed some visits are better than others, but overall every time I go here they are quick and get my car looking new again.

Excellent experience. Very good price for the exterior, interior and hand wax. Very good job. The young ladies that worked on my sons pickup, paid attention to detail. I highly recommend Coconut. Will bring our vehicle for the same treatment, next week.As a follow up we took our second vehicle for detail and the price, detailing went beyond our expectations.Thanks again Coconut staff for your work . We have even joined their monthly membership.

Worst $13.00 car wash

These people are always right there with answers and what they can offer. They really prep the car before it heads into the wash. They gave the place a 100% revamp with new equipment and remodels a little while back and keep it clean in the waiting lobby if you’re getting a detail. Ask for something in particular and they’ll oblige. Always smiles and super friendly! I’m in the Car Wash Club and go as often as I like and zip right thru. Love it!!

Coconuts Carwash did $1,100 worth of damage while detailing the interior of my brand new Mercedes. Finally after 5 days of trying I got the owner Gunnar on the phone, but only when I stopped in to follow up with the manager. Not only did the owner refuse responsibility or to pay for any of the damage, he threatened to slander ME on social media and have me arrested if I ever came back.

Coconuts Car Wash is the best!!! I have been going there since they opened. And Im still a regular. They do an AMAZING job, inside and outside and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg! The staff and management are truly the best, always so nice and they work so hard, they clean your car like its their own. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I’ve never had a great experience at coconuts, but I was on that side of town a really needed a wash. I waited in the line, only to get up to pay and a worker runs over to me and tells me to wait. He said that he thought my truck was taller than the 7’2 clearance. My truck didn’t touch the clearance bar and I can even go under a 7 foot clearance. I have been frequently visiting super-wash and they have the same 7’2 clearance. He said that he wouldn’t allow me to go in the wash and gave me directions to leave. I thought it was pretty unprofessional, because the clearance was fine! I still had a couple inches. I was trying to give coconuts another chance, but I will definitely be sticking to super-wash! After all, I don’t want to pay businesses that evidently don’t want the business!

Called in January to cancel, have records on my phone of calling and cancelling.Wasnt charged for February so I thought okay good everything is handled.Called back in March when I find not one but two charges, 6 days apart in March....They decided to charge me for February and March in March., So because calling in twice doesnt get the job done I send them a message on Facebook where I am told the manager may call me and they asked for my number, then I followed up with them and they said sorry the manager Rob didnt mention speaking with your husband April 22nd.If your managers time is so precious then why not just refund a customer who by the way didnt cancel because I was dissatisfied, it was because I was moving out of state. Which I told them, 4 months I didnt use your service and you kept charging me.I was a local business owner in palm coast, and still run that business. do you think I have endless amounts of time also? No. You need to get it together Rob because you arent off to a good start.And by the way, still charged for April.Do NOT sign up for a membership here,They will jerk you around to cancel it.

This has been my go-to since they opened lately not so much. I was there Feb 4, 2020, my truck came out and dried off before someone came to it. While another vehicle came out and they started cleaning it immediately. When I complained he sent some over and he started cleaning the inside of my truck not drying it off. I see why the other carwash was packed. Ive never seen this one so empty at 130 in the afternoon. Looks like Ill be going to the other one from now. Dried water had to be pointed out to get cleaned 🤬🤬

Great location near I-95. Large facility with well-trained, very efficient and thorough workers. Supervisor is always present, monitoring everything. Staff is very polite and always pleasant. Services are not cheap but worth it; with full service they clean every inch of the vehicle including the wheels, tires and even vacuuming out the trunk and removing floor mats for separate cleaning. For basic car wash they have free self-service vacuums.

We love coconut car wash! I always do the mini detail On my SUV and they do an incredible job! You can’t beat the price!! These kids work hard and always do their best! The last time I went there, the line was extra long for the full service. I patiently waited and when they came to get me, he told me that he gave me a free wax job with interior polish of leather and vinyl! My car looked brand new! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great service! Total professionalism. They were quick efficient and fair. To be honest I was very surprised at what they were able to do to remove asphalt on my white car. I was in and out in 30 minutes for a complete vehicle detail on my sedan. I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants the best service at an extremely fair price.

Convenience. Prices are NOT TERRIBLE. Free vacuuming station is nice. But NOT THE BEST CAR WASH. Found a lot of missed areas on my WHITE VEHICLE WHICH ARE EXTREMELY NOTICEABLE.

Like 5 kids climbed all over my truck for 10 minutes after it went through the wash. Cleanest it has been since I bought it 6 years ago. Shane was lead guy and he was awesome. We have to tip these guys well. Great service. Highest accolades.

We have visited many times over the year and they have been great. This post visit was around 4pm and I guess the crew was ready to get off work. Paid for the mini detail and our back seat and floor were not touched. We realized this after we left and had to go back and have them finish. Once they checked our receipt and saw that the back wasnt touched, they quickly fixed the problem.
