My 68 year old companion is blessed with good hair.The Pandemic has disrupted our travel circles and as such reaching the leading salons has been a challenge.With a trip planned to PB I researched the best salons and read the reviews. I decided to book cuts for both of us and a color for my wife. The following is a synopsis of our visit.The salon was welcoming and friendly. There was no attitude other than that of a professional high service salon.My wife is not a celebrity, media personality, or on someones A list. But she does seek out stylists and colorist that meet the demands of those that require beautiful hair with full color, highlights, lowlights, and everything in between.Cassi and Carolina spent 5 hours with my wife. They were the most exacting and most precise hair professionals she has ever encountered.The attention to detail was extraordinary.She walked out with the best color and cut ever and that is compared to the work of those who cut and color the hair of media celebrities.

I went up there to make an appointment and the stylists were very catty and extremely unprofessional. The salon’s atmosphere was not welcoming and I’m glad I didn’t spend a dime there! Do not recommend!! Thumbs down!

I have never had better color than when Haley started doing my base and highlights.I was struggling with brassiness in my blonde hair and my gray hair showing very quickly after each hair color appointment. I have been consistently seeing Haley for color since our introduction about 6 months or longer. She’s amazing with color and I highly recommend her. And she’s a sweetheart to boot. I really enjoy getting my hair done by her because everyone in the salon is so nice and accommodating. Definitely check out Frank Cassi and Haley for color, you won’t regret it!

Very limited array of expertise... clearly not well versed in handling “ethnic” hair. Very uptight and snobby, which made for an uncomfortable environment. It’s definitely not for everyone.

Wonderful salon. Staff is very good with suggestions, they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. All are very knowledgeable with their professions. Definite 5 star salon.

I was there on Dec. 27, 2017. Haley did my color and highlights and I can’t Emphasize enough how beautiful she made my hair. She was so respectful and helpful towards me. We had great conversation and time flew by. I will never go to any other place for my color. I completely trust her with my hair!

Super prejudice, judgemental environment. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Frank Cassi is by far the best hair salon in PB county, if not the US. I have been going to Cassi (the owner and lead colorist) for years and have had heathy gorgeous hair ever since she got her magical hands on it! Cassi was able to take me from dark brown, almost black hair, to a beautiful golden blonde over the course of a few years. I never experienced having orange or red streaks in it or it getting fried. Every single time I leave the salon I feel so empowered because Cassi not only rejuvenates your hair she will rejuvenate your soul! I will forever be grateful for her. Girl boss👏🏼

Went and saw Cynthia today and I am in love with my hair! I have long straight blonde hair that really needed some shaping and volume, she was amazing! Great personality too! Highly recommend the salon and Cynthia for anyone looking for a fantastic experience.
