The BEST post office on the island, thanks to the pleasant staff. Maddie and Joel are helpful, knowledgeable, spirited and cheerful. You won’t receive better care elsewhere...

The employees at this location are beyond helpful and so nice to work with. I continue to use this location for them. With that said, the boss/postmaster Valerie is the absolute WORST- I have now had multiple occasions where she went out of her way to make it impossible for me to get my mail or packages. As someone who is constantly traveling for my job, my ability to pick up mail is very limited and to have someone make it more difficult for me is upsetting.

Amazing friendly service

Tried to call the branch at Royal Poinciana about my delivery and pick-up at my business as no one showed yesterday at all and now at 4pm the second day I have not seen a carrier. I called their number listed and no one picked up, the recording then changed to the Okeechobee location and no one picked up. The recording then said hold on to talk to an operator, no one picked up still, then it automatically disconnects. Our regular carrier is on vacation and this P.O. service is the worst. I have tried calling for 2 days. Forget the 800 number to a call center, you spend 30 minutes just going thru the prompts with no one to pick up and answer a question.UPDATE; same thing again today 07/24/19, no mailman even though I have a scheduled pick-up with the US postal service. Phone number goes direct to a recording, the person that has this number has a mailbox that has not been set up, goodbye Regular carrier on vacation again.

This Post Office is excellent. Good service, knowledgeable staff, and adequate parking to pick up your mail.
