Dr. D is a top notch surgeon. I recently had a mini tummy tuck and breast lift, and let me just say I am blown away with the results! So much better than I even expected. Desiree and Katie are amazing! This was my first time at a plastic surgeons office and what an experience. I went to Desiree for cheek fillers and some botox. She’s an artist! She really knows her stuff and was so gentle. I went to Katie right after for a laser treatment (she does fillers and botox too though) and I am impressed. I called the Institute and spoke to Micki, Before I was five minutes into my q&a I already knew that this would be my choice . I’m pleased to see a 4.9 rating but I’m surprised it’s not an even 5 .What you will find is a group of devoted staff members all trained to fully understand the vast array of procedures offered by the Doctors And highly trained specialists.I couldn’t believe the number of years some of the staff had achieved. When asked Micki simply said “this Doctor is the real deal . His talent is changing lives and I have always wanted to be a part of something this Great. “As I worked through two comfortable days of much needed and somewhat invasive procedures I was visited by staff member who wanted to say hello as they had heard my name . One procedure was 9 hours just as I was thinking of my hunger . Micki asked what I might enjoy as she wanted to make me a plate . Not that it matters but I couldn’t decide betweenChicken piccata or a teriyaki chicken salad I had both dressing on the side . The morning before I met the Dr. Dalange MD . He is charismatic highly trained and respectfully confident. On a side note and correct me if I’m wrong but my understanding is that he started a long successful career as a cardio vascular surgeon. He tends to be straight up if you need something he will drop a percentage . For example I can turn your concern into a 98.5% result . Or he will flat out say you do not need that instead let’s do this and see how you feel after . Then when finished he hits you with his success percentage. That is a 99.5% you will love it . He smiles and from that first introduction you and he have known each other forever .I live in both Ft. Lauderdale & Ft. Myers so I was pleased to have the use of a surgical suite at the Double Tree by Hilton . At the end of day a very nice luxury sedan was out front waiting to return me to my suite to rest. I could continue to type away but I think I have made my point . If anyone feels apprehensive please call any member of the staff and just say exactly what your apprehension is. Went to Dr. Delange regarding a possible hair transplant. Both he and his staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Micki, the office manager, is especially helpful. On the day of the transplant, I was made very comfortable and the technicians doing the FUE hair transplant were outstanding - true artists. I have been a patient of Dr. Guiloffs for many years. I had breast augmentation in the past (from a different doctor) that was not done very well and went to see him originally to replace my implants. I have never met another Dr. with the bedside manner that Dr. Guiloff has. He makes you feel so comfortable and takes his time explaining everything that he will do. What he did for me was amazing, I couldnt be happier with the end product. I feel like myself again and its because he made me look so natural and took his time to give me exactly what I was looking for. Considering how great a surgeon he is, he should charge way more than he does. I have seen him recently to have some suspicious moles removed, I wanted to see a surgeon so that I did not have a big scar. One of the spots he removed came back from biopsy with some not so great news. Dr. Guiloff called me himself immediately when he got the news and I could tell he was truly upset and made sure to get me back in right away. He cares so much for his patients. I would highly highly recommend him to anyone that wants perfection and wants someone that they will feel very comfortable with.

For a very long time I was insecure about my nose. It not only brought down my confidence but it effected the way I acted around others. I went to Estetica for a consultation when I was 15 years old. I got lip fillers and my lips were uneven, i went back a second time and the doctor seemed very uninterested and did the job quickly. two years later and my lips are still uneven, Im glad i experienced this with lip fillers and not a more permanent procedure.

When I first met Dr. DeLange I felt total confidence in his expertise and capabilities after being referred by my best friend. I had surgery on Monday, Feb. 20, 2017. The anesthesiologist called me Saturday night so I was familiar with him and reassured by Dr. Delange. in the operating room. I remember nothing! I stayed overnight at my friends house and the next morning was cleaned up at the office and went home. I slept and took my medicine for 2 days. By Friday I went out, without make up, to lunch. I started wearing eye make up at my 1 week check up and resumed my usual schedule (not exercise). Dr. DeLange was always accessible since he provided me with his cell number. We even face- timed to save me a drive!It is now 6 weeks post op and Im great! Feeling well. Looking terrific. Enjoying all of the complements! My chin/neck is a masterpiece. After 2 kids and years of breastfeeding, I needed HELP! I researched plastic surgeons to perform a breast lift (mastopexy) and a breast augmentation for over 18 months.
