BEST IN SOUTH FLORIDA! Stephanie and her team, both Karina and Brenda are absolutely amazing. Theyre gentle, quick and make the experience one to look forward to! Not to mention flawless results. I wont be going to ANYONE else! And the girls up front are so kind, they work with your schedule and are extremely helpful in being flexible and accommodating your needs. Many doctors will put way too many units of Dysport in your forehead and make your lips as big as a fish. She takes her time and makes you look natural. I highly recommend Stephanie and her team!

Beware The staff needs training Do NOT use Karina as she got chemicals in my eyes 3 separate occasions I told them NOT to assign her to me and they did anyway She does NOT know what she is doing I was at a party this weekend and a woman told me she also had the same experience with her! She also is NOT trained on cool sculpt. I heard her making fun of client to the receptionist the last time I was there. Breda will discuss her love life the entire time you are trying to get a relaxing facial. UNPROFESSIONA:L They NEVER Offered appointment time after 5 or on weekends in 3 years in spite of what the owner says I spent $30,000 in the spa over 3 years and was treated like garbage from Brenda for being 10 minutes late ( the ONLY time I was EVER Late) The staff needs training on how to treat valuable customers as well as how to provide service

When you walk in, its immediately a calm relaxing atmosphere... front desk ladies are friendly and so helpful! The atmosphere is so soothing and never overbooked.I have had multiple procedures and my skin is looking better every day. Stephanie and Brenda know exactly what will make you look more youthful. Hope is knowledgeable on every procedure and skincare routine. She will answer any questions you may have.Ladies try the gorgeous glow. It will make a difference but you must have a least three sessions to really see the difference.

There are so many chop shops around here that offer bargain services and empty promises, those are the ones you have to be leery of. I would not trust or go to anyone else other than Stephanie! If I could give 0 stars I would!! After going to Stephanie for years for dysport, and thinking I could trust her, I found out that was not the case. After years of using the same amount of dysport, I was told I needed to increase the amount. I would have been okay with the increase if it was needed, but I found out the expensive way I was being robbed. After steadily increasing my dysport, and suggesting other expensive procedures, Stephanie told me I was receiving the maximum daily allowable dysport, and would have to return in 2 weeks for more injections. Again, after years of thinking I could trust Stephanie, I agreed, and went back for more. The results over the year I am referring to were terrible, so I do not know what watered down product she was using. Thankfully, I went to another business and was shocked to find out I needed only half of the amount of dysport Stephanie was charging me for, and the results were instant, and I am saving THOUSANDS of dollars...STAY AWAY!!!!

Stephanie is amazing! I had a weekend when I had to cancel with her, and went to another venue out of town for Dysport, and ended up with a drooping eye and what felt like an elephant sitting on my forehead! When I returned to Stephanie a couple of months later, I explained the situation, and had become gun shy, worried that it would happen again. She was wonderful, explained what had happened, and suggested that we go with fewer injections since I had not regained movement in my forehead yet. I still saw great results, and instead of her upselling me to something I did not need, she patiently explained what she was doing, and made me feel comfortable.Additionally, the staff working for her are incredibly sweet and accommodating.I will never cheat on Stephanie again!!
