Best place ever, if you want to have a parents night out thats the best place. I dont trust not one with my kids but triumph gave me the peace to go out just with my husband and friends and know that my kids are in good hands. Best experience ever.

Triumph is a great place for kids. They get to run, play, jump, swing, and get all their energy out. They offer memberships and various programs for special needs children and children on the spectrum. I am often there for an hour or so a day with my 3yr old. The staff is great and attentive to the kids. Everything is safe. My kids are always trying new ways to play with the equipment and commonly fall down. Everything is padded and safe. I did not like Cool Beans or other play centers as much as this. I encourage you to bring your kids to help them stay around for a long long time.

Very nice place for your kids to burn some energy... its more for the older kids though. My daughter is two and there was kids that were easily 12-13 and they obviously wont look around to see if the young ones are on the way... Something natural, my daughter had a blast on the zipline and the room with the cool lights and changing color bubbles.

My kids love it here, and their monthly pass where they watch the kids for 2 hours while my wife and I leave is a real sanity-saver.

Spent the afternoon here yesterday, on a rainy Saturday, and our 4 kids loved it. The facility was very clean, (even the restrooms), which was impressive since it was very busy. Even with quite a few children enjoying the place, it didn’t feel overwhelming. There was always an employee in the play area assisting the children, who was friendly and engaged. My kids loved her 😊👍🏼I’m not sure what age ranges are allowed, but my kids are all 8 and under, and it was a great space for them.As any parent knows, it can be tough to find a play area that doesn’t have awkward boundaries that make it hard to see and keep track of multiple kids at once; this space got an A+ from me. It’s open enough that I could quickly scan and find all 4 of my kids from the parent area, but large and diverse enough that not one of them came to me with the dreaded “I’m bored” complaint. Actually, we stayed until closing, which was about 4 hours, and they still didn’t want to leave. They also had a wonderful quiet room with dim lighting where children could go to take a break from the stimulation of the busy area.Google maps wasn’t exactly accurate, although it will get you to the right shopping center. Triumph is actually just to the right of Publix, if you are facing the storefront.

My family loved this establishment and I signed my two children up for multiple weeks of summer camp, as I wanted to ensure we had a spot. After the first week of camp, my 5 year old hated going and every morning cried when I had to leave him. The instructors did a fantastic job of consoling him and accommodating him, but ultimately we made the decision to not go back because it was traumatizing for him (and me) every day. Additionally during that week the average age of the campers seemed to be younger than 5, as there were only a few 5 year olds there. My 7 year old would have been completely bored and one of the oldest children in camp. I understood the companys policy was no refunds, but I expected some sort of understanding when dealing with over $1200 of camp fees that went unused. When I initially approached the owners with my decision to not return to camp, they were not accommodating and refused to refund any of my money, citing their no refund policy. We have been in discussions throughout the summer and still have no resolution, account credit or refund.I urge everyone to beware when paying for anything (especially camps) upfront with this company. They certainly stick to their policy of no refunds, with no exceptions at all. The customer service I have received from these owners has been confrontational and not accommodating.

SAFETY AND SECURITY CONCERNS. There are not locks on the swinging gate, which is next to the main door out to the parking lot. There is also a double door that slides to access the therapy side, which is not locked. The outside access door for that side is also unlocked. So, when you have a small toddler who is running around, they can so very easily sneak into the other areas and bolt for the doors. This is often complicated further by a large amount of adults who, for whatever reason, insist on holding the exterior doors open and standing in the doorway. Its enough to block you, the parent, from catching your running toddler, but definitely not enough to prevent your kid from bolting into the parking lot. These things could easily be prevented with simple slide bolt latches.

ATTENTION - Despite what their website says, if your kid has ASD, DO NOT GO HERE for PT!! Our son was there and their PT Kasey was so unprofessional and rude failing to help him overcome obstacles. She couldnt think out of the box to motivate him, so she chose to insult him and us instead by stating our child would NEVER do a pull up. Simply horrible, unprofessional, and unethical! Showed no Empathy, something special needs kids and their parents need most. Thanks KC for showing your true colors...we will look for another place that will help our child. Really, really SAD!!
