I have worked out here for around a year or so. It is very clean, and it has very nice staff. My favorite thing, is that it is very quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful. They say hello and how are you doing to me every morning, and overall have generally nice things to say. My favorite staff members are Anthony and Hoover. As a 14 year old kid they are very helpful and nice to me. They show me new workouts and correct ways to do workouts. Give them a raise!😂

Stayed at the resort w my family. grounds are beautiful and everything was great until we encountered Elsa at the racquet center. she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Terrible service and horrible representation of the hotel and club.

Watch out for the horrible witch Ann who works at the front desk. She was one of the worst people I have ever met. She yelled at my family and had no filter. Appalled.
