Review by Nancy B. in Boynton Beach,Matt and Nick did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet and cleaning/reconditioning our leather recliners this week. They are very professional and easy to work with, along with offering reasonable pricing. They arrived when they said they would and were very efficient with their work. I would definitely use them again and would most definitely refer them without reservation for carpet and leather cleaning.

We had Grout Genie come in to clean about 1,200 square feet of tile and grout. After they were done...we were left with variegated grout lines. They may have done passable work for others but we cannot say the same. To begin with, they were done, packed up and ready to leave after one hour and fifteen minutes! A neighbor across from us had floors that were much dirtier than ours and they had someone come to do the same work we had done only theirs took about three hours and their floors looked immaculate. Now Im stuck not only for the $575 to have the work done but also cleaning all of the grout areas that were missed. I will be calling them right after Im done with this review to get their response.UPDATE: I called Grout Genie and Matt is coming next week to redo sections where the grout is still dirty. They were quick to respond with this offer.

Beyond pleased with the services rendered by Nick & grout genie! My floors are full of life and it’s adding energy to our household. Such a great feeling! But what’s more refreshing is the method of operation that’s upheld. Excellent communication, knowledgeable in their craft, and definitely motivated! Soon as the pups dirty us back up we’ll call! Haha Thank you!!

For anyone that read my original negative review (which I have deleted) please disregard it. I wrote it in error. I was led to believe by a different company that I was dealing with Grout Genie. That was not true. I fortunately had called and left a message for Grout Genie to discuss my experience and they returned the call. They explained they had never been to my residence and I confirmed that. They graciously offered to come over and fix the work done by someone else.Next time I will use GroutGenie. I apologize for any confusion. They handled my sition in a classy and professional way.

After trying multiple tile and carpet cleaning companies to maintain my office building in Jupiter, I had nothing but headaches until I hired Nicky from Grout Genie. As a property manager I couldnt be happier. From one extreme to the other, working with Grout Genie is a pleasure. His Im on it work ethic and very capable office staff should be the standard for other companies when it comes to customer service.

I couldnt be more pleased with the results of how my tile floors turned out I didnt think that they could possibly clean up as well as they did and especially the grout....it is now back to its original color.The technician, Nick, took special care in placing everything back to its original spot and was most courteous and he really was dedicated to doing a spectacular job....A very pleasant young man!I told him I am going to start calling you every 6 months, or at least yearly, to follow up the job done for me, so I dont build up the amount of dirt that was imbedded in my tile and grout.I look forward to recommending your company to all that I know.Once again, AN AMAZING JOB!Harriet Vogel

Great service. My floors are gorgeous I highly recommend. I was referred by a friend.

The company sent their workers out to clean the tile in my kitchen. They were on time, courteous and professional. Their prices seem to be in line with other companies I have used. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friend, family and neighbors.
