I contracted with Matt to more or less “refresh” our off-white Berber carpets and tile floors. I didn’t think the carpet and floors were especially dirty, main concern was traffic areas and some darker grout lines. Well, I had no idea how dirty they were until I saw how CLEAN they were when Matt was finished!! He did an excellent job on not only the carpet and tile but he removed years worth of soap scum from my shower floor. I’ve tried and failed to remove it using every product out there. Matt is magic! I used Greener Steamer on carpets about 2 months ago and gave a 5 star review. I called Matt again when I needed my couch (which had a urine stain from pet and other stains), otterman, and chair cleaned. He quoted price, but said that it may be a little more after he saw pictures I texted him. He arrived on time wearing face mask entire time. He not only did a thorough cleaning job (stains are gone), but he actually charged me LESS than what he originally quoted. If you are looking to use a small business owner who is reliable, professional, and honest Greener Steamer is the company for you! I highly recommend greener steamer and Matt to anyone looking for an honest opinion and help with upholstery/rugs. I practical ruined my couch 3 days after getting it because I used chemicals that I shouldn’t have trying to fix a wine spill. Matt didn’t promise anything that he knew he couldn’t achieve but he was very honest and was able to come out within 24 hours of my contacting him. He also educated me on how to handle future instances. My first piece of advice to anyone is to call Matt before you do anything with the issue if it’s related to getting stains out. However, if you are like me and already treated it, GreenerSteamers will try their best to make it look best possible.

I initially had an area rug cleaned that was very “doggy” and was also just dirty all over. Matt arrived on time and set out to remove 2 years of soul from my rug that looks brand new. A few weeks later I had him clean a chair that actually had mold on the surface from excess humidity in our upstairs and he cleaned it thoroughly and the solution killed the mold . We realized the AC was causing the humidity and remedied it so it’s dry now. He also cleaned an indoor chaise that has dog odors and soil that also is fresh and looks great. I am so extremely THRILLED with how incredibly clean our stone floors came out. I was positive we would have to replace the floor. This is just one small room below...the laundry room and entrance to the house from the Garage. Matt was absolutely Fantastic! My dog had vomitted all over a custom sofa and india mahdari rug. Unfortunately for me, the dog mustve done that in the middle of the night as I found it in morning. Matt called to update his time of arrival (within the one hour window he projected) and texted he was on his way. He was fast and efficient and did a GREAT job on two grimy, older chairs- they came out far better than I hoped. I would unequivocally recommend Greener Steamer- great work, reasonable price.

He came out and provided an estimate the same day and did the repair following morning! I have had 2 other companies clean the carpets at my office and this was by far the best experience. Matt showed up on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He finished the entire job in about 90 minutes. He wouldnt stop until he got out every stain. The carpet was dry in a hour and there wasnt any residual chemical smell that has been left in the past. Matt is a great guy. He was able to show up same day I called to inspect the carpet I needed cleaning. Carpet entire upstairs (white carpet!) was extremely dirty and had pet stains throughout. I wasnt expecting it to look new, but at least presentable for potential buyers. Matt estimated it would look 60% - 90% better and would be presentable to buyers and not in need of immediate replacement. We scheduled for a few days later and Matt showed up on time and completed the cleaning. I would say it turned out about 80%-90% improvement with no visible signs of pet stains and carpet overall was visibly cleaner. Matt is professional and respectful of your home. I was looking to have my floors professionally deep cleaned and I wanted someone who has experience with travertine and did not use harsh chemicals that would damage the stone. I cant say enough about Matt and Greener Steamer. Ive used his service several times in the past couple years for my home and recently business. I use to clean carpets, detail cars, flood restoration, gas station pressure cleaning, stripping/waxing large grocery and office supply stores, so I know a thing or two about professional cleaning. In all the years cleaning and also having other service men clean for us, Ive never seen someone with the professionalism and attention to detail as Matt. The first time he cleaned our house I knew he was different than all the others. He put special protectors on the corners of the walls to keep them clean from the hoses, he wore special shoe protectors (like something a surgeon would wear in a hospital) and he also had a flashlight on his head like a miner would wear to help him see any dirt spots in the carpet. He also had a flashlight with a special colored light to allow him to see any pee spots from our dogs. He came on time and gave us a fair price. He did a fantastic job and we have continued to use him ever since.Just recently we had an office Christmas party and the plug on a cooler was not sealed properly and water leaked all over the carpet. I wasnt sure if this was a type of service Matt offered but I was happy when I called him and he said it was no problem. He came out very quickly and sucked up the water and then cleaned the rest of the carpets. Very fair price once again. It was the end of the week so we all went home for the weekend. When we returned the carpet was still damp and there was a musty smell. Before I even had a chance to call Matt to let him know about it, he showed up at my office to check on the job. He then placed a blower to dry the carpet further. Then again after a couple days he returned and used a special chemical to treat the then apparent water stain. I wasnt at the office when he came back, but he followed up via phone call to let me know he came and treated the water stain and asked if it was better. The smell was gone and so was the water stain. He didnt charge me anything extra for leaving the blower or treating the water stain.Not only did I clean professionally for years in the past, but I am also a perfectionist with an eye for detail. Matt checks all the boxes and then some. I HIGHLY recommend Matt and his company Greener Steamer.
