I applied on Indeed for a position through Manpower for a Low Voltage Technician job as I am currently about to graduate from a low voltage wiring course . Got a call from Ms. Jessica Mossop about a day later and although I did not have all the qualifications or even most of them, she was impressed with the background I had for schooling and my certifications. She pushed through for me and she got me an interview the week following. The communication was great,I got consistent texts and email updates through her. No long delays or anything of the sort. I went to the interview and she called me afterward to check on me. I got the job the next day.Could not have been a smoother process in my opinion in comparison to the multiple interviews I have been on the past two weeks.

Jade Abbott is my Manpower Recruiter and she is AWESOME! With everything going on with COVID-19, Jade was very prompt in getting me employed at my job assignment. I want to give a big THANK YOU to Jade Taylor. Because of her I got my foot in the door with an employer I have been trying to work with for over 8 years now. I applied many times and tried to network my way in but always ran into a brick wall. As a career services professional and a certified career coach with almost 20 years of experience being the one who coached clients how to successfully conduct a career search I was never able to get noticed with this employer. If it wasn’t for Jade seeing my resume and notifying the company of my credentials I wouldn’t be here. I am very grateful to have had her and Manpower on my side.I went in as temp and after 6 months I was hired permanently and not just in the same position I was hired with a promotion. I am now making the money I use to be making when I was laid off towards the end of 2017 and I have full benefits plus some other perks which is a dream come true for me and my family. Not recommended. Myself and other friends have emailed your regional director because we do not hear from staff. All with different needs. She is worse than they are and other people have gone through same exp over years so this is not the first time. If you are not in the relationship business, it is obvious. Horrible service all around.
