My experience with Careers USA has been very pleasant. That was my first time getting a temporary job and I personally did not know where to start. The staff is very welcoming and professional. They led me through the hiring process, and in a little over a week, I had a temporary job! The best part of my experience had to do with good communication. Ive never been one to write a review. However, I thought it was important to give a warning to future staff about the way this office function. In a period of one month they had not submitted payroll on time resulting in having to wait two weeks for a weekly pay check. Also, the wage they quote before assignment differs from when you receive your final hours. I would definitely say buyers beware at all cost. Please do not waste your time

I was with a previous staff agency that would not help me find anything with the urgency that I was on. However, CAREERUSA literally found me a job same day I went into their office. It was so shocking to me because usually you wait and get called on. Once I found a job I was so happy paying me 12+/hr, I continued to stay in touch with them so that they may know how I feel about the job etc. I ended up leaving the job because of the fact that they messed up my hours tremendously and if I hadn’t said anything it would of remained the same. CAREERUSA, specifically Barbara Marquez continued to stay in touch with me and let me know about any other job opportunities/gigs that without hesitation I took. This staffing agency is the best HANDS DOWN, I have developed relationships with not the employees but with this Company as a whole. The staff is friendly and keeps you posted when there possible jobs available. They contact you by email and call the person from personal cell or business line.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone. At best theyre incompetent. At worst and more likely they are sketchy and unethical.

It has been frustrating with this agency. I applied and interviewed with the company a month ago. I have never received word. I called multiple times. At first I was able to speak to the one I interviewed (one time) She told me she would call me back with a follow up. Never did. I spoke with another representative and he said the interviewer would call back by the end of the day. Never happened. The other times I called and another person didnt know me. She took my information and said she would call me if something matches with my profile. I call and call and same response. Feels like a run around. Feels I am just filling a quota for applicants. Not a good experience.
