Spencer went above and beyond the ceramic coating that I ordered. The coating makes the car look brand new and will keep it that way for much longer, and he also professionally detailed the car. The interior is cleaner than even when the car was new. Working with Spencer was a delight, and I highly recommend him.

I called Spencer after reading other positive reviews and I certainly chose wisely. From first contact, it was clear that Spencer takes pride in his work. He asked enough questions to give me the confidence that he cared about his work. He held to his word for everything from scheduling to punctuality to overall work time. The interior of my 2000 Excursion feels like a different vehicle....every corner. The leather looks nearly new. I have a whole new respect for auto detailing from this experience. A quality job. Spencer spent 3 days and 20 hours to do a paint restoration and detail on my vintage Porsche. It was just recently shipped from California and was full of swirl marks and needed a full paint restore. Being black, it showed all flaws before Spencer completed the job. After he finished it was near perfect and looks fantastic. I highly recommend Type A Auto Detailing if you want a beautiful car.

Spencer was on time at 8am as promised and did an incredible job! I just purchased a new black Jaguar and wanted a full service. He uses the two bucket method to prevent swirls and took his time to make sure everything was done perfect. I am very particular about detailing my cars and was more than happy with his work. Spencer detailed my familys boat and made it look almost new even though it is over eight years old. He spent an entire work day making sure that every nook and cranny were clean and shiny. I had recently purchased a used 2019 Kona blue Mustang convertible and although the car looked good it did have some swirl marks and other unsightly blemishes only an owner would see.I started considering solutions to improve the car’s appearance; using web searches I checked various treatment options. After perusing the options from various vendors I found Type “A” Auto Detailing. Very impressive and informative website - I read the entire website. Very impressed with the details and knowledge I rang the business.I talked to Spencer for bit concerning the various treatment options and settled on a ceramic treatment; not sure what level yet. We set up a date for the job and discussed details - 3 days roughly; needed water, electricity and a garage out of direct sunlight.Spencer arrived on time on the big day. He looked over my Pony then explained what the entire job would entail including all steps and why each particular step was needed. The entire job took 3 days (10 hours per day average) and the car looks incredible. During the process several neighbors walked by and admired both the quality of the work and how much effort Spencer actually puts forth. (Even sold a couple jobs to my neighbors). I even grew a bit weary when I went out to check on him while sipping my beer - exhausted me!I can highly recommend Type “A” Auto Detailing assuming an incredible looking vehicle is your end goal.Final note: I had made a very fine Pot Roast in my LSU crock pot the day before. Although I can’t say for sure, I do believe even the already energetic Spencer seemed to kick it to another gear when he feasted on the tasty lunch I had offered him. Just saying, feed him well for outstanding results!

STILL AMAZED. The morning after my neighbors July 4th celebration, I found my new black Ford Expedition Max covered in fireworks debris with tiny burn marks etched into the clearcoat all over the hood and roof. I thought my finish was permanently damaged. Spencer came out, and after spending several hours washing, claybar-ing, wet sanding and polishing the finish, it now looks better than the day I bought it (see the before and after photos below). He spent several more hours detailing the interior and the rest of the exterior, and his attention to detail is phenomenal. I cant say enough good things about him. Punctual, professional and polite. Highly recommended.

Spencer and his brother did an absolutely tremendous job on my 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. I had the vehicle shipped from California (it was extremely dirty from the long trip) and fully detailed by a detailer in my development who did an extremely lax job forcing me to have it detailed again. This time the detail was done properly. Spencer is intelligent, kind and polite. He is extremely mature for his age and has great entrepreneurial senses. Spencer has detailed 2 of my cars, one of them 19 years old and although always garaged, showed the age of the paint. He made it look NEW ! outside, inside and places where you would never look were cleaned and polished. this week he did another car of mine, which, other than a few paint chips looks BRAND NEW !!! I will schedule him for my third car (16 years old) because i know the result already. He spends so much time on the most minor details, and i can not fathom you can find a better detail guy than him anywhere. Try Type A - you will be thrilled with your car when Spencer is finished.

Good communication. Honest and skilled work. I have a new Wells Cargo trailer that I use for my work. Appearence is very important. I took it to the carwash and it got scratched very badly, I believe by sand or grit in the brush. Spencer arrived on time and looked over the job and got right to work. The scope of work was more involved than I described over the phone, he communicated well and brought me out and explained the process of color correcting the mess I had on my hands. The end result was fantastic the price was more good for the work performed, not cheap, but fair. Hes a great young man who does great work. I look forward to using him again. Thanks Spencer!

He spent 4 hours on my old headlights that I couldnt see out of at night. They look brand new now. And so does the old car. I would highly recommend to anyone!
