This is the second time that we used Detail Dude to wash and wax our car. Both times we were very impressed with the service. This commentary is about a chance drive-in on September 14, 2021. I had been looking for shops that do undercarriage washingOn my way from the country of Mexico to the U.S., a rear main seal started to leak oil from the main bearing. I was quoted about 250 to 300 dollars for time to set up a lift and labor to remove oil coating the complete bottom of the car.I goggled and came upon this company called The detail dude. I called and talked to Holly, a most delightful person who was upbeat and said she really did not know but to come in and the staff would take a look.Found the place and parked in the back, and Jason, the owners brother, gave me the news that their lift was in use, but they would put it up on front-wheel-drive up ramps. Not good news the bottom was coated with hard baked-on oil and a mess. I did not tell you that this car is a classic Mercedes 1979 300 SD, diesel, vintage 42 years old machine, with 350 thousand miles on the odometer.This is where an energetic lover of classic cars comes into the picture; Remy Gunn, a four-year employee, jumps under the car and starts to spray a dissolving oil chemical that starts to melt away the years of oil and grease. He then, with little headroom, proceeds to power wash the bottom, over and over again. Not content with one washing, he starts all over again, laying in dirty oil and water, and re-does the job. He is covered in oil says, well, you are down to the original paint on the frame.Now comes the best part, I never discussed the price beforehand; how much? A little hemming and hawing, what about 70 dollars? Unbelievable experience, so impressed that they will do this car on Saturday 09/18/21, now work on the top portion to make it new again and ready for sale.You know people like this are hard to find, honest, not greedy, and most helpful, I had to write this note because my heart swells with pride that there are still people that we can trust and enjoy doing good things, not for money but personal pride in workmanship Thank you all. I had got a 3M white & black with gold flake wrap for a CLS550. I’ve been quoted in Los Angeles, & Miami for other 3M wraps and Ryan gave me the best quote, since the Quote was substantially lower than others I’ve received in the past I was able to afford.(new window Tint the car desperately needed)(caliper covers)(painted the rims)(Ceramic coating)and when I got it back the interior was SPOTLESS. Amazing job.The staff are all nice, helpful, and informative.100% recommend you go here before anywhere else!!!

This review is a follow-up review previously posted on Aug. 13, 2021. My initial review was not the best, however, the owner reached out to me immediately. He wanted to get the exact reason for my review. It turned out that there was a communication issue on both parties, and he offered for me to allow him and his team to make it right. I agreed and brought my black Vette to his shop (2) days later.Not only did the owner make it a priority to meet me in the lobby, he took me into the warehouse with Remy, the detailer, and showed me the minor imperfections in my paint. Remy immediately worked his magic and removed light scratches and buffed & polished my car to a brilliant show-room shine, even under super bright lights. A lot of colors on cars hide swirl marks, but on a black car, and under bright lights, it shows everything. With that being said, my car LOOKED AWESOME!!!Hats off to the entire staff at DETAIL DUDES, especially Holly, Remy, and the owner Ryan. You now have a NEW CUSTOMER!

Disappointed in exterior trim detail….the tech stated there are no products that will restore exterior black trim so they do not apply anything to it. Even though it was clearly faded and needed some sort of attention. In fact you tube is full of very good plastic trim restoration products and I have suggested they add this to their service.

I have used The Detail Dude for three details so far. They are very professional and good at what they do. I like how they can customize the detail/time to what your goals are so you are paying for the services you want and nothing more. I have had them come to my house and I have also gone to their shop. I think the house service is very convenient. But I also believe that when you have a very big job, going to the shop makes sense as they have a great environment, shade, tools and I just think it can be better if you can swing it. They are very honest and transparent. After the detail they take great time to go through everything they have done, any concerns they found, etc. I have only had Remy detail my cars so far, and he has done an excellent job, and I would think any of the other detailers are good as well. I have had some basic services done as well as more involved services like polishing, headlight restoration, etc. I will use them again and recommend them.

We got our driveway and patio pressure washed and sealed by The Detail Dude. They did a great job! Our technician worked tirelessly under the hot sun for two days straight and now our driveway is as good as new. Their prices were more competitive than the two other places that I got a quote from. We were very pleased and would use them again.

I bought a new GMC Acadia for my wife. She has a bad habit of parking under trees and next to sprinklers, so I decided to protect the paint by having a Ceramic Coating applied. It’s like I have super human wax job on this think. Water is afraid to touch my car. Very professional guys, which I don’t often expect from car detailers. They worked with me on scheduling and allowed me to have the work done over a weekend to minimize the impact on not having a vehicle for two days. Highly recommend!

I love my car. I hired The Detail Dudes to do a ceramic coating and a paint protection film. I was really excited to see how it turned out. I’m VERY happy to say that it looks WAY better than when I drove it off the dealership lot brand new. I couldn’t be happier, and I’m really happy that it will have that luster all the time without wax! I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about having this treatment done. It looks amazing!

The staff/owner is very professional and I can tell they do great work. However I’m a bit unsatisfied with my detailing experience based on the price and how the exterior came out. When I picked up the car the technician showed me that they weren’t able to get rid of hard water marks on the exterior. The car is shinier and clean but the hard water marks are still very noticeable and as feedback I think in the future the owner or tech’s should call customers before they detail to let them know if certain things won’t be able to come out or be fixed with the detail job that was selected. I would’ve appreciated being told up front that the water marks won’t likely come out with just the normal clay bar detail and wax and that I would need another service to fix that. They’re the experts and I would have no way of knowing that water marks can’t be fixed with a normal detail. It just helps level set expectations because now I feel like I just paid $200 for a basic car wash and interior vacuum/upholstery shampoo and condition.

It was an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone. They were constantly communicating with me, providing feedback. The were able to assist me 100%. event though, I was not at Florida. Their receptionist was courteous and helpful. Thank you for an amazing staff.

Kyle was on time and very professional. Sent me a text saying he was here and when he was done. He did a great job! The car is pristine! He was fast and efficient :) would def use this service again! I’m a night shift nurse so it was awesome to set the appt online and have them come and clean the car while I was resting in between shifts. I never had to go outside. Thank you Detail Dudes!

The Detail Dudes went above and beyond on my boat. I dropped my very neglected boat off for a full interior and exterior polishing. They went above and beyond, into every nook and cranny and the finished product was better than show room condition. They cleaned and conditioned the seats as well and got out some mildew stains I didn’t know could come out. Ryan kept me updated and told me the boat didn’t meet his standards and did extra cleaning and polishing to make sure it left in the best condition possible. Ryan and his crew pay attention to the details and take pride in everything they do. The results of my boat speak volumes alone. The only word I could say when I picked it up was “Wow” and that came out at least 5 times. I still look at my boat now and can not believe how well it looks. Awesome experience today on my 2020 Tundra. I opted for the Minor Detail plus which was perfect. I called this morning 6/8/20 around 8:30 and asked if I could come by around 9:30 with my truck, and even with their phone system being down, Holly called me right back and said that would be no problem. Awesome customer service. I waited in the waiting room while my truck was being done and even chatted with Ryan (the owner) and Holly. Really great and professional people. I rarely ever leave reviews, but this one is warranted. What a great hidden gem. My Minor Detail Plus took about an hour and a half and they give a 10% discount if you have it done in the shop as opposed to the mobile detail. Cant reccomend this place enough and I will continue to use them as I am quite lazy with doing it myself!

The guys working here always do a good job and are friendly, although theyre not guaranteed to show up in the slotted time window so give your schedule some wiggle room. Two days before I was looking every where to find someone to clean my car bc I was leaving on a trip and needed the cleaning ASAP. I have a white husky and I have a black car. It was a nightmare inside of it. My boss told me about The Detail Dudes. First time I’ve used their service and I’m impressively impressed. Just had my M4, and 2 Bmw X5M done by the Dudes. All were detailed and exterior stone chips touched up to restore my BMW’s to full showroom condition. The all 3 were then polished with 3 year exterior paint finish protective ceramic coatings on the Black Metallic exteriors and full protective coatings on all leather interiors. Ryan and his team of Detail Dudes did the most incredible job and I only wish I had found them sooner. True Artists in their field. They have my utmost respect and appreciation for going the extra mile! I will refer them to everyone I know. Thanks Dudes!

Holly was awesome over the phone taking my needs seriously and very accommodating. DJ, the service tech, was efficient and proficient! Cool dude and professional. Had no concerns with them servicing my vehicle at my house. Dog hair, dander, and cigarette smell gone (previous user of fleet vehicle).

Overall great. A few things that could just give the final touch. Clean wheel wells and spray with tire shine. Clean the top of windows by rolling down a bit then back up after for the rest of window. Put back seats to roughly where they were when you arrived.Some tips from a fellow detailer. Thanks again

These guys are amazing! From the first phone call to completion of the job they were very professional. I had a spill under the drivers seat that’s i did not know about that was causing a terrible smell and they found it. They steam cleaned the carpets and then ran a machine to take care of the order. They then detailed my car. They went above and beyond! I just had it detailed by someone else a week ago and they did not find the cup that was leaking under my seat. I could tell a huge difference between their detail job and these guys! No comparison! My husband said “put them on speed dial”. That’s the ultimate compliment. They have earned our loyal business from here on out!
