Steer clear! This place is a known to scam customers. Fake reviews. A local news company just did an undercover investigation on them and revealed some shady transactions! It will be aired mid April. Dont believe me step one foot in the door and dont tell me it does not feel Like you are Being ripped Off! Head to all-star down the road. Family business better prices and most important honest!

Customer service is outstanding. The one thing that separates them from other auto shops is that they aren’t looking to make extra money off you with unnecessary fixes. They explain everything they are doing and get everything done in a quickly manner without taking away from the quality work they do. Was in and out with my brakes in less than an hour on a walk-in. They also followed up with a text message a few days later making sure I was satisfied with the work they’ve done.

Im not from this area and my car broke down. I found Rapid on the internet and they recommended a towing company. Rapid identified the problem was the battery...no upcharges, no sale pitch....just great service. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there for repair.

Brent, the owner, takes a personal interest in each client to make sure everyone receives great customer service. After I had struts replaced, he texted me months later personally to make sure the problem was still fixed. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rapid Auto Care is the only place I will take my car for repairs or maintenance from now on!

***STAY AWAY****** I had my car towed there from Dania Beach on a reccomendation from my brothers. The car had been sputtering and misfiring and eventually would not accelerate. They charged me $850 to replace coils and spark plugs and yet the minute I got on I95 the car started shaking so bad I had to pull over. Towed it back to them (at my expense ) and they said it was running just fine!!! 2 days later the car completely shut down after 10 minutes leaving me stranded AGAIN. Once again I had it towed back and they finally figured out the problem 4 days later!!!(Catalytic Converter) but they quoted me A THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace a Catalytic converter after they already charged me $850 for unnecessary repairs. Thank God there are honest people left in the world and someone else is replacing the CC for $350 ***Steer Clear***

I’ve always had a great experience at Rapid Auto Care. Brent and Evan have always taken the time to explain anything going on with my car to me, and frequently checks in to see how I’m feeling about the work I had done. When I needed my entire exhaust system replaced, they didn’t charge for the diagnosis and recommended a nearby exhaust & muffler shop that I also had a great experience with. Takes a huge amount of stress out of my car maintenance!

Don’t go here. They don’t isolate the problem before fixing it. They up charge for everything and didn’t even fix my problem!! 700$ down the drain.

Our GMC Sierra 2500 was having issues. My husband bought a part on Amazon that ended up being a China fraud. We got it towed over to Rapid auto care. Evan over at Rapid auto fixed it quickly, in just one day. They replaced the part with an OEM factory one. Our truck is back and running, and the customer service was honest and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them in the future.

Both my husband and I have gone to Rapid Auto Care for over ten years with our Lexus and Jaguar. We would not go anywhere else. They do excellent work. These guys are fast, friendly and fair priced! I live in Tampa and was in PBG on business. My car would not start and I needed it fixed fast so I could drive back to Tampa later that night. I tried another place in the area and they told me they were too busy. I then saw the reviews for this place so I called and they were so nice on the phone and told me to bring the vehicle right over or they would come and tow it to their location if I could not get it to start. I was able to start it up so I drove it there and dropped it off in a hurry and got back to my meetings...in less than an hour they had it ready for me to pick up. I cannot say enough about how great everyone was there. I HIGHLY recommend this place! Thank you for the great service!

Was a complete help in time of need! Drove it trying to figure out what was wrong. Couldnt duplicate the problem. Remembered we live quite a bit away, didnt charge us for hooking up the car to the sensors or whatever the diagnostic thing is. Recommended a couple things. Prompt! Courteous! Place is a hole in the wall but I will definitely go there again if needed! Honest place. It was really awesome! Go there if you want someone honest. I am the owner of Rapid Auto Care in Palm Beach Gardens. I understand that not all customers will appreciate the lengths that a company will through to provide good service. However, it has always been our policy to treat customers how we would like to be treated. I recently received a review of 1 star, and although it is true that we performed a job 4 times to get a semi proper solution there was no extra charge for the labor and I personally contacted the person handling the repair for Mr. C., and explained that I would recommend the replacement of another gear in this particular transmission. The work was declined and I notified the vehicle contact that the transmission would probably still make noise if it was not replaced. However, the vehicle would be able to make to 700 mile journey home which is all she cared about. The jeep left shifting through all gears properly and made the 700 mile journey. Once in South Carolina the jeep taken to another shop I received a phone call about some issues the customer thought was caused by my shop. Although warranty work is done in house and reimbursement sight unseen is not a regular practice for any automotive shop the customer always seemed honest and sincere so I gave her a credit card refund for the repairs that she said were done improperly by my shop. I do not know what other lengths a business owner can go through to please its customers. If a customer declines work that is needed due to financial reasons or because they just need the vehicle to make it to a specific destination then they must expect future repairs for proper results. And I hope you will consider Rapid Auto Care for your repairs.

Great and fast mechanics. Just watched them change a customer’s wiper inserts for free, unbeknownst to the customer, because the manager wanted “to make it safe.” They’re also quick with Freon drains and recharges. I’ll be back.

Upon leaving a 12 Hour shift., I realized one of my tires had gone completely flat. I had a spare but no tools. I googled the closest gas station to see if I could get some Fix a flat, to at least buy me some time to finish my next 2 shifts and then get focused on getting myself a new tire. When I pulled up (very slowly) to the gas station, I noticed right next to it was Rapid Auto Care! I couldn’t believe how lucky I was. I hopped out my car and walked up to Jason, I explained to him my situation. I just got off shift (7pm to 7am) I had to be back at work that same day at 7 pm so I was in a bit of a rush to get things sorted so I could fit in a few hours of sleep. With no hesitation at all, Jason put my spare on and told me that he would look up tires and call me a bit later to discuss prices with me. He really took into account the fact that I had work later on that day. I was on my way home within 15 minutes of pulling up to the auto shop. When I woke up later on in the day, I already had a follow up message from them informing me that they had my tire and to head on over whenever I got a chance. I went over and they attended to me immediately. I didn’t even wait one minute to be helped. I have to say this was one of the most smoothest transactions I’ve experienced with an auto shop. I felt like they were not only very professional and efficent but also, very accommodating. I felt like Jason really took my situation into account and was super caring. I truly did leave that place feeling so grateful and lucky to have pulled up on that auto shop. It’s not everyday that you deal with businesses that make you feel like they really care and understand. The owner Brent, also followed up with me a few days after to make sure I was happy with the service. I had to let him know I really was! Thank you guys for a fantastic experience and making me feel important. I will definitely return .

So disappointed! Took car in due to overheating new years eve and a visible leak in a hose coming from the radiator. I take the car too a mechanic because Im not one and dont expect my diagnosis to be treated as the problem and I asked for them to check it out. The following day after they ordered the hose a number of times without success they finally ran a pressure test and found out that it wasnt that hose at all. 2 more days go by and they finally fix it, 2 days go by then my car heats up again so I park my car and wait for them to be open. As I take it in with no problems I get a diagnosis of needing to replace the radiator, thermostat, and another hose. At that moment I told the guy that Id pick up the car and get it done as soon as I come back from a trip in a 5 days and didnt want them to have to store my car. As I get there the guy comes out and says he has bad news, car out of no where started blowing white smoke out of the muffler. Then to top things off the guy in the front after i ask him for an explanation due to the poor quality of work and treatment tells me that its not his problem. Maybe the problem was there and id have to have it fixed regardless but what if it could have been avoided if they would have initially fixed my car. I hope people read this and consider going else where, especially if its anything of importance needing to be fixed. Id never trust this place, they dont care.

Take my car there and they tell me its a water pump and it was the thermostat the whole time and when I 1st brought it there they said its fine and it wasnt

I have been going to Rapid Auto Repair for years. The owner, Brent, and his staff are exceptional. I am a weekend warrior car buff and always take them things that are non-standard. They always get it fixed quickly, efficiently and at what I would consider a MORE than reasonable price. Brent has even allowed me to bring my own parts, oil and other things to his shop to be installed. They have even loaned me tools on occasion for me to make my own projects easier. Additionally, he has gone out of his way to get me a better price on things such as tires where he found that with a coupon, which he provided, he found a cheaper price at a so called big box store. I never fear getting a bill that I didnt expect it is usually cheaper than expected. You cant go wrong by using Rapid Auto Repair.

I came here for a nail in my tire. It couldn’t be patched because of where the nail was. These guys saw me right away, found a comparable (if not better) tire to replace it, AND while I waited they gave me an oil change so I wouldn’t have to come back the next day for it. On the evening of Wednesday, July 27th, 2017 my 19 year old son was travelling with two of his friends from Miami, FL to our home in Hiawatha, Iowa when I received a phone call saying his 2007 Toyota Camry was having issues. He was able to get it to a Publix parking lot in Palm Beach Gardens where the vehicle ultimately died. First thing Thursday morning I contacted Brent at Rapid Auto Care and explained my situation. He said to have it towed to his shop and he would evaluate it right away. When the car arrived in the early afternoon, Brent quickly diagnosed a faulty alternator. I advised the alternator had been changed in January, 2016. He said to contact my local shop that originally replaced it to see if there was a warranty. I did and my local shop contacted Brent directly to work out the details. By mid-afternoon Friday the repairs were made and my son was back on the road. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Brent and his team for their understanding and willingness to help in this difficult situation. GREAT SERVICE!!!! If you’re not aware, it can be very challenging for a 19 year old to get a hotel room or rent a car. My wife had to jump through some hoops to locate a hotel that would be willing to provide them a room.

Someone recommended this car shop, and was very impressed, they took care of my car as soon as possible. I’ve been to other car shop and they take so much time just to find the issue, but not Rapid Auto care, I definitely recommend this to others and will definitely will come back.

This shop is pathetic. They must underpay their techs because my vehicle had to have the same work done again, at a more reputable shop. They showed me how Rapid Auto techs cut corners, left bolts missing, didnt clean parts before reassembly. They had to take apart my transmission 4 times because they couldnt get it aligned properly. Buyer beware! Do you research before having any type of work other than an oil change at this Mickey Mouse Shop. In fact, the place is so dirty & unprofessional, I was grossed out & didnt want to sit down in the office. If the customer area is a filthy, unorganized pig sty, can you imagine what the shop and tool boxes are like,not to mention the quality of technicians they employ? I welcome any curious consumers to email me directly and I will be more than happy to share pictures of the work this place calls work. All of the other reviews were done 1 year ago with 5 stars at the same time. The owners probably asked a few friends to write rubbish to make them appear reputable to online consumers. If they do work right the first time, they wouldnt have unhappy customers or negative reviews.

I had never been to Rapid Auto Care before but it was the best thing I did when my car did not want to start. Brent, the manager, looked at my car immediately and made me feel comfortable. I needed a new battery and was going to wait a day to put it in but once I got home the battery died. I went back to Rapid and Brent offered to have my battery changed that afternoon at my house since I lived so close. This is my new mechanic hands down!

I was broke down on the side of the road on 95 I called rapid auto care they recommended Jupiter Towing they showed up within 20 minutes towed me in to rapid auto care Evan had my car on the lift within 15 minutes and fixed within 45 minutes they have a lifetime customer now I will never go anywhere else thanks Evan and your team for the great service and getting me back on the road

This auto shop has yet to repair one of my cars the first time it was brought in. Every time I have used this shop, I have had to return my car AT LEAST once more for the problem to be fixed. I am not prioritized, and my issue is not fixed in a timely manner. It is extremely frustrating to have to be out of a car for multiple days due to lack of willingness to do a job right the first time.

The best and most honest mechanics you can find in the area. A great coupon for an oil change brought me in, they diagnosed other issues with my 2000 nissan altima and offered free consulting for the problems with the oil change. When replacing the spark plugs didnt fix the problem, I was not charged a cent. They diagnosed the real problem and fixed it up like new in good time with a reasonable price. Broke an O2 sensor on accident during the fix- replaced it for free. My car now drives like new. I will never go to another mechanic again, these are my guys!
