I would like to commend Romina for her impeccable customer service.She made the application process flow smoothly and was always available to answer questions. I am trilled to be a part of the San Merano at Mirasol community.

When I moved into the community a few months ago it was fabulous, however this past week has been a nightmare. The air conditioner broke almost a week ago, maintenance came over with a portable air conditioner yesterday(Friday) we are on Saturday and they say it will be resolved on Monday🤦🏻‍♀️. At 3,000$ plus this is ridiculous, not to mention the “security gates” have been broken for who knows how long.

Beware!!!! Horrible experience to get my own security deposit back!!! When I was a resident, the management including the property manager Daisy Garcia, were extremely responsive but when the time came to say good bye and ask for refund, they stopped responding to my emails. Such an unprofessional behavior such not be tolerated in todays connected world. Unable to reach them via phone or other means. See it for yourself before you make a decision. There are very nice alternatives around wigth such an amazing staff!!!

I am a new tenant and would like to recognize Romina who did exceptional job to make my move as smooth as possible. She was always available for me at her personal phone even on her days off. She has been easily available regarding all the paperwork process. Also she drove 40! minutes on her day off due to holiday to meet me and help to settle. Not just that she is also a huge emotional support, especially for a person like myself, who moved here solo from another state. She is genuinely checking on how am I doing and if I need anything? This is priceless… only 5 starts!

This place is a horrible show plain and simple. If you can go anywhere else GO. For starters our sink water smells of sulfur and rotten eggs to the point where we brush our teeth with bottled water. The smoke alarms go off constantly because there is something wrong with the wiring they have to constantly be taken down or they ALL go off.Let’s talk about the roof project that has been going on for months. As if the parking wasn’t bad enough because you don’t even get one space per unit, they construction company has actually taken over some of the parking lots between the buildings with their equipment and supplies so if you arrive home after 7PM you can expect to park up to four buildings away. It’s very convenient with a baby and such as you can imagine. They also placed multiple port-o-potties within the fenced in areas for the construction workers so when you exit your apartment in the morning and walk by the fence you are graced with the smell urine and whatever else it smells like. Be careful where you walk though because you’re likely to step on some worker laying around in the grass since they’re all over the development.I could go on about the loose faucets, peeling shower floors, A/C that needs constant repair but there is no need. The unbelievable part is what they charge to live in this hole. Avoid at all costs.

Great gated community, very safe for my family and peaceful.Here all related to Maintenance is do through apps and online rent payment which is very convenient.A lot of green areas to walk, grille area for picnic, volleyball court, pool and gym .Beautiful lake views and a lot parking space .Garbage is pick up at your door .I recommend it highly !

Romina was wonderful to work with throughout the leasing process! She was able to explain everything that needed to be done in a clear, concise way and gave me a great tour of the complex! My wife and I feel very comfortable moving into San Merano !

We have worked with this community on multiple occasions with projects throughout the property. I usually do not take the time to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my very positive experience renting an apartment at San Merano. Having been in the real estate business for over 30 years, I have dealt with many people. When I arrived at San Merano, I was warmly greeted by Romina, who gave me a complete tour of the complex and all of the facilities. She was able to answer all of my questions and there were many! I was relocating to Palm Beach Gardens for work and had very little time to manage the apartment rental process. Romina assisted me through every step of the process and was able to expedite the approval and finalization of my lease. I was also impressed by Jorge, who is the maintenance supervisor. He performed a walk through of the apartment with me and handled all of the items needing attention promptly and professionally, including all of my subsequent requests. San Merano is a professionally run, well maintained and quiet complex that I would recommend without hesitation (and that doesn’t happen very often).

So far the move in process has been super easy and user friendly. Basically, the entire process was online (do to covid), yet it was very simple. A beautiful landscape and very nice quiet apartments.

From the moment I walked in to the office at San Merano I knew I was home. The drive into the area is exquisite. San Merano is nestled in a beautifully manicured winding road lined with beautiful flowers and fully grown trees. The property is luxurious and the floor plans are modern, bright, with great flooring and lots of natural light. Every unit gets a beautiful view of the water and nature preserve. But what made this place truly special is something that cannot be manufactured at all. What made San Merano home for us was the people that work there. Romina went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. What made it special was that she also demonstrated genuine friendship, patience and attention to detail. Every call I made to her was met with enthusiasm and a genuine friendliness. We had looked around at other places, and they were OK. None of them were as great as San Merano and none of them had the amazing staff that San Merano has. Patrica, who is the other woman working in the office as well, was so helpful. It is apparent that the entire staff works together as team and their personalities are consistent with each other. This creates an environment of ease and welcoming that is palpable from the moment you walk in. People make a difference. I truly believe this. The staff at San Merano is what sets it apart from every other place in the area we visited. You can have beautiful grounds and great floor plans, but people are what makes a place special. Romina, Patricia and the rest of the staff at San Merano are what tipped the scales for us in our decision to make it home for our family. Try it for yourself, call their office! You will see you will get a friendly and kind voice on the line each and every time. Walk in and check them out. You wont want to leave!

The property offers beautiful grounds, a serene lake and the largest square footage in the area. The apartments are super clean and have luxurious upgrades! I have to say that Romina, my leasing agent with San Merano, went way out her way to help me choose the perfect unit just for me. She was very kind and patient, and spent a lot of time and answered all my questions and concerns, down to the last detail. I highly recommend this gorgeous apartment “resort” if you will, and I highly recommend my leasing agent, Romina, dedicated to excellent customer service!

San Merano is a great place to live. It offers a beautiful, quiet setting--practically a private botanical garden. Zoraida does an excellent job, and the maintenance crew is outstanding, providing quick response and service. Patricia is absolutely wonderful to work with: she has a great personality, is always ready to help, explains everything clearly, and is always warm. She is particularly good at making a resident feel at home because she is a caring person, which is really great in a time when most corporate-owned properties treat their renters as marks to be fleeced.

I have rented for many years and never had to pay a dime when I moved out. I found the place dirty and had to deal with appliance issues and dust from their roof construction.

We moved into the San Merano at Mirasol Apartments in August 2020, at a monthly rate of $1,687.00. This is a fair price. On June 10, 2021, we were given notice that rent will be increasing to $2557 a month (nearly a 50% increase!). This has turned a fair value living into the most overvalued communities in Palm Beach Gardens and its surrounding areas (Jupiter, Juno Beach, North Palm Beach, Tequesta). Do not let the exorbitant prices fool you; this is not a luxury complex. Please do your research, and you can find condos on golf courses, closer to the beach, or larger square foot areas for cheaper. Furthermore, management is giving us only 7 days to make a decision if we want to stay (per the 2020 signed lease, a written notice of leaving must be given 60 days in advance).While I dont suspect BHManagement has done anything illegal, it is impossible to trust the corporate firm anymore. There few to no laws protecting renters in Florida, so BHManagement could increase the rent another 50% next year. We understand that inflation is a reality and COVID-19 has produced more volatility in inflation recently. A 50% increase in rent is not inflation. This is a squeeze to take advantage of great, hard working people who cannot easily pack up and move. I implore any readers, do your homework and invest wisely. Make sure you love the apartment/condo you choose to live and make sure you can trust the management/owner. Cheers - Matt

We are currently going through the process of leasing with San Merano. The location seems very nice, and the property appears well-kept. The apartments themselves are large and spacious. Our leasing specialist Annie has been fantastic. She is extremely responsive to questions and has assisted us with the steps necessary to secure our next home. We are looking forward to joining the community soon!

These five stars are for my experience with Patricia Ponce. She was helpful when I was just looking for a new place to live, she was helpful and engaged during the move in process, and she is still there to help whenever needed. I don’t have enough good things to say about Patricia. She answers emails the same day and is always eager to help. For example, I somehow lost a mailbox key and she had it taken care of within a matter of hours. She has consistently been there to assist with whatever issues may arise. I would recommend this complex to my friends solely based on my experience with the staff. Thank you!

Since our move to San Merano at the beginning of the year, we have been delighted with the accommodations and amenities. The location is convenient to our every need and easily accessible to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike and PBI is 15 mins away. The quick and efficient response to any requests from BH Management only add to our delight!

My family LOVES San Merano!! We have lived here for several years and cant imagine leaving. The property managers treat us like family, especially Patricia! She is AMAZING! Every time we walk into the office we are greeted with a smile or a cup or coffee/tea. Best neighborhood in the area by far!!

Staff is completely unprofessional. If you ever need to contact the office don’t expect them to pick up any of your phone calls. Beautiful location but unfortunately the leasing office is the reason why I will NOT be resigning my lease. The leasing office staff needs a course in customer service.

San Merano Apartments is very well managed and professional. The management, service, maintenance and front office staff are all excellent - Daisy, Annie, Patricia, Donavon. Ive known Donavon Laird since the first day I came to visit as a prospective tenant and have been consistently impressed by his ability to gladly take on any problem and solve it. Hes organized, responsive and a total pleasure to work with.

Lived is San Merano for five years. It is the best location. Daisy, the manager, gets things done immediately! Daniel fixes things right the first time and is so friendly. He definitely could run multiple properties. Juan and Fernando are very efficient workers also. I am especially happy with the standard of cleanliness. This is the most important thing to me. Last week, I got the key to my new San Merano apartment. The first time I entered this beautiful community, I was greeted with friendly, supportive people. There was Romina and Daisy, and then Zoraida, Patricia and Donovan. They clearly form a team who work together to smooth the way for the new tenant-to-be. Romina is my go to person. She has been amazing every step of the way. She is warm, thorough, and efficient. She patiently showed me what was available and gave me the time to feel the space I was renting. When I discovered a couple of maintenance issues, Romina was on the case. In no time, Daniel at maintenance was in the apartment and even sent me emails to keep me updated. Romina brought me to the business office and supported me throughout the application process. And later, “Feel free to call if you have any questions. Here is how you can reach me directly.” And then follow up calls, “How are you? Do you have any questions?” On the day of possession, Romina was there to assist with the final paperwork. Then, she walked me through everything I needed to know. Later in the day, there was another phone call. “Hi, how did it go today? Remember, if you have any questions, call me.” Id like to add that the apartment was completely updated and reminded me of entering a high class hotel room. There were six bottles of water in the fridge and two fresh rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms, along with a note that the apartment was cleaned and inspected! What can I say? Im highly impressed by the level of service and commitment at San Merano. I didnt even officially move into my new apartment yet, but I already love it and feel at home there. Thank you, Romina! And thank you to all of the other kind and helpful people on staff.

My husband and I just moved in last month and we could not be happier with our decision! Patricia in the leasing office was helpful throughout the application process and she ensured the apartment was ready to go for our move in. Weve had a few minor maintenance issues and the response time has been so quick! A+ for Daniel and the whole maintenance staff!! And the best thing - its so QUIET here! We moved from a downtown condo with paper thin walls and we were looking for a place that was calmer and had good spaces for dog walks. We dont hear the neighbors at all, the walking paths through the community are well maintained, dotted with beautiful lakes and it all feels very safe. San Merano has been fantastic and were so happy we made this move. Thank you to everyone who makes this community such a gem.

San Merano is a beautiful community. Throughout the renting process, I was able to work with Annie, who was incredibly helpful and professional. I moved in recently to San Merano at Mirasol with my family. I have to say that I am very happy with the community and amenities. It is centrally located with quick access to the Turnpike, I-95 and to various Shopping Centers. They do an excellent job at keeping the landscape fresh and I truly enjoy my evening walk within the community. I want to take the time to thank Patricia Ponce as since day one her assistance and guidance through the process have been very professional and pleasant. From beginning to end, she was there in helping us making this process much easier. She is a true asset to San Merano.

EXTREMELY NOISY at all hours of the day. There is nothing quiet and peaceful about the community. You will never be able to sleep past 8:30 because there will always be some sort of HUGE NOISY operation going on. Home sick from work? You’re NOT going to relax or sleep in. Have a sick child at home? They will NOT be able to rest. I’ve never seen anything like this is any of the other places I’ve lived. Not even New York City. The noise level here is ASTRONOMICAL. I wish I knew this before signing the lease. Stay away from this non-stop headache.

Although my company has just started collaborating with this complex, my first impressions of this development are that this a very friendly and professional atmosphere. The staff at San Merano at Mirasol make you feel like family upon the initial visit. They have beautiful apartments in a great location! Management makes us vendors feel welcome as part of team. Ive worked with the maintenance supervisor previously and think his service is excellent as well.

What a fabulous place to live. My former girlfriend and I lived here for 14 years and we loved it. Much of the staff like Zoraida Diaz, Asst Community Mgr, and Leasing representative, Patricia, have been there for a long time and they treat you like a family member not a renter. Response time to fixing your a/c or other appliances is within an hour and there is always somebody on standby for emergencies during off hours and weekends. The amenities which include a complete gym, large pool, racquet ball courts are kept sparkling clean like the rest of the community. Best rental community in PB County.

My husband and I are approaching our 4th year here at San Merano. I absolutely love my apartment and all the amenities that are provided at the clubhouse. The location is ideal, it’s quiet, quaint and well manicured. The staff is consistently engaging, courteous and most helpful. Daisy and Patricia are beyond helpful and always take the time to assist us when needed. The compassion and understanding demonstrated throughout the pandemic was quite extraordinary and made difficult times easier to tolerate. I was looking to get information about corporate leasing and was able to speak with Daisy the Community Manager. She provided details about our requirements as well as company policies. She was pleasant and very informative. We will for sure make San Merano our nurses place to reside in the future, while completing the internships. I don’t understand the bad reviews. I moved here long distance. Everyone has been great to deal with from the leasing process and now 4 months into living here. The front office has always been available to help, management will often respond by email to assist and the maintenance staff is amazing! First time renter in 25 years and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Great location and people!

Daisy is always so helpful. Our company has been hired to do maintenance for San Merano and as a result with the Covid 19 we have had to make some changes. Daisy has been absolutely wonderful about keeping us up to date on protocol and working to make sure the work can be accomplished with safety in mind.

In the years I have been here I have met a lot of wonderful staff, however, Patricia Ponce is what makes this home. She always has a kind word to say with a smile. Half of these reviews are created by their staff, don’t be fooled! Read the other negative reviews on here (if they haven’t removed them already). This community had a continuous bug and rodent problem. They sell you on a beautiful model apartment, when in reality the apartment you receive is not as glamorous.Maintenance requests takes days or week to get completed, They take months to even wash windows or powerwash the sidewalks. Overall, not great management...

I couldn’t be anymore grateful for the generosity and help my boyfriend and I received upon moving into especially from Patricia Ponce ! Trying to find an apartment fast is not easy but I immediately knew San Merano was the right place after touring it. Patricia was extremely helpful and patient the whole way through. We have just leased an apartment at San Merano and are really excited to move in! Our leasing agent Annie has been fantastic through the process - she did a few video tours for us as we were choosing apartments, was super responsive and helped us to get the feel of the area and the community ( we are moving from far away, so had many questions;). I needed to move from NJ to FL and was searching for two apartments in the same complex (one for me and one for my parents). I flew down for just one day to visit 4 different complexes and Patricia was the most helpful and thats why I chose San Mareno at Mirasol. We enjoy the lake views and the community is very peaceful. Needing TWO apartments and renting them long distance was not easy but Patricia always responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. Thank you very much Patricia for always having a smile and a wave and making sure we felt welcome in our new neighborhood.

I have experienced ongoing communication with the Property manager and her staff for the last month as my Mother becomes situated at her apartment at San Merano. Although the Covid-19 restrictions have prevented them from addressing some of my requests, I must compliment their overall response and desire to be of service. Patricia and Fernando have been very helpful during this entire process, but special kudos to Daisy, PM, for her caring manner and timely responses!

Management is professional and attentive. Daisy the manager listened and assisted my daughter with her needs. Tony and Fernando were to helpful with items that needed attention. Property is beautiful. I look forward to using the beautiful amenities when visitng my daughter.

I have been leaving in San Merano almost a year and I just recently signed the renewal without any doubt. I love the entire community and the staff in the front desk are always willing to help, specially Patricia Ponce. Since the beginning she received us with a smile and helped us with all the leasing and moving process; she always replies really fast to our emails and help us with any problem or question we have. If you are looking for a nice and friendly community to move in, I definitely recommend this one.

San Merano has been great. Its clean, quiet and great size apartments with washers/dryers in unit, big plus for me. The management team is friendly and the community manager, Daisy, is great and very responsive. Great maintenance crew too. I would highly recommend this community.

Im happy to say we have been quite happy here at San Merano. The community is really beautiful with great amenities and close to everything including a fantastic park and a huge Publix. The layouts of the apartments are some of the best Ive ever seen and experienced. Weve had great experiences with the property manager Patricia, who goes above and beyond and maintenance service providers Tony and Juan who have both been very prompt, professional and friendly with their service. I definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful Place, excellent location! When we just move to Florida, we rented an unit at San Merano. I cant stop to recommend this place... The staff was always helpful and kind but I need to say that Patricia goes always above and beyond to make you feel at home. Thank you!!!

I am in my 6th year as a very satisfied tenant and resident of San Merano. Other residents are courteous and friendly. The staff is most accommodating in completing any maintenance requests which are always carried out in a timely manner. I feel as though the staff members are my friends including Daisy, Zoraida, Tony, Annie, Donovan, Patricia, Juan and Fernando. I am missing a couple of maintenance staff members because I havent needed a lot of maintenance in the last few months. After a sad event in my life a couple years ago I looked at 3 other apartment complexes-none could compare favorable with San Merano in terms of amenities, surroundings, and beauty. Luckily I knew about San Merano because my daughter lived here from 2006-2009 while she taught in West Palm Beach.

I worked with Patricia P in the leasing office and she was fantastic. Very helpful and answered all of my many questions. She is quick to respond and super friendly. So far I have loved living here. It is close to everything.

Such a beautiful place to live! I had such a great experience with San Merano from the beginning to the end. I first called and spoke with Zoraida Diaz, she was super helpful and very informative, then she invited me to come by. When I showed up, she showed me around the community and the beautiful apartments. Great service! Thank you again! This place is gorgeous and in a great location!

Been waiting 3 days for maintenance to come and have a look at the Dryer which is broken. 1st step report on app which was done - no response. 2nd Step inform Agent at leasing office about Dryer being broken in which we were told that they will send maintenance to come out and have a look no one has attempted to come. 3rd step call leasing office to find out about it again was told I will get a call back nothing.

This is our second year at San Merano. Its a nice, peaceful and safe community. A big shout out to Patricia who has promptly helped us with the leasing process and everything else during our stay here!

Just moved into San Merano a month ago and it’s been such a great experience. It’s always stressful finding a new place but Annie Hawley went above and beyond and did multiple showings on short notice to help us find the perfect home. I couldn’t be happier thanks to her.The community is in an awesome neighborhood with well maintained sidewalks, bike lines and walkable to Publix.The apartment complex is gated, very well maintained, has almost a mile of walkable pathway within the gates, very quiet, plenty of greenery, pet friendly, plenty of parking and very safe.The inside of the apartments are very spacious, modern, well maintained and have plenty of light. Having a big balcony is a huge plus since you can enjoy the weather everyday.We saw atleast 5 other places and settled on this gem. This place will meet the needs or pretty much every demographic and I highly recommend this place.

Our recent move in went very smoothly thanks to the staff at San Merano! Annie has been so helpful, beginning with our initial tour, through signing of the lease, during the move in process, and now as we get settled in. Highly recommend :)
