I dealt with Amanda very informative and very easy to work with she has extensive knowledge base on there tools and equipment I rented a bush hogg for all day but only used it4 hours, I only paid for the half day rental awesome people.

The ONLY reason that this is not 5 stars is because of their prices which I feel are just too high. But the as staff is ready to assist, very friendly, and seem to be just good people .

We needed a dozer and Red Hat Rental came through for us. They delivered & picked up. Gave easy instructions on use. They have great customer service. I highly recommend them & would go to them again.

Left my chipper so comment on service repair is to come, however, really liked the positive attitude, especially of the service guys! they had my chipper off my trailer, just about before I could get out of my truck!

This was the best and most hospitable rental company I visited. I worked with Amanda who helped my bring my vision to life and willing made herself readily available for my every need. I couldn’t have had the fairytale wedding I always dreamed of if it wasn’t for her. Mario also played a huge amazing role as well. Not only was he helpful and ready to answer any and all questions I had but he also was out bartender at our wedding reception, and our guests loved him. He definitely kept the party going. Good quality stuff. Friendly loading service. But unfriendly service in the front where you order stuff. I was made fun of and they were very rude.

Folks here are good to work with. We rent from them every year for our church and the are always very helpful and accommodating

Great service, I rented the Little Beaver and dug 56 holes in clay soil and it did a great job.

Staff is very informative but, the equipment they rent out is very old and damaged. I rented some tables and asked family to go get them because they do not deliver. Once tables arrived to the place of the event I was so shocked and disappointed I wanted to cry. I had no time to find other tables and I had already paid for them with no refund. The tables were wood, rusted on the metal parts, stained, dry rotted, wood was split cracked and coming off the table. There was gum under the tables. I do not recommend this rental place to no one. I was not satisfied with the products.
