Ive emailed in through their online contact form and have been waiting for almost a week to be contacted. No emails, no calls, no voicemails, nada- so I called in, wanting to set up service. Based on the coverage map on their website- the one attached to this Google with their information and phone number- I am in their coverage area. I was told that I was looking at someone elses website because they dont service my area, although it is their website and their coverage map clearly shows I am within their service area. Didnt ask for my zip code or anything to verify, just based it on my town. At this point even if I am in service area, the communications here are severely lacking and not enough to motivate me to have them as an internet provider.

Put down your coffee, sit up straight, crack your fingers and listen up... I never review companies but this one I had to. East Texas Broadband is definitely providing better Internet service compared to the rest in Palestine. I have been visiting my parents and called to have some changes to the setup. The guy that runs the place absolutely went above and beyond in his service. I wish more companies were like this.

Very helpful and understanding about payments. Sucks that they cant service more areas because their internet is better than most others in Palestine area.

I called in to see what type of packages were available, and just getting someone on the phone was horrible! I would not recommend EVER calling them...and their packages are absurd 😂 I wish windstream serviced my area 😢
