This is the first time I’ve visited this place. Was a guest at a birthday party and I should say, the staff were extremely nice. They gave it their 100% to keep kids entertained throughout the party and they made the birthday girl feel real special! There were lot of pretend play options for the little ones, air hockey and other games for big kids as well. The kids got air brush tattoos and the girls got their nails done. Would recommend this place!

The kids had a wonderful time, it was well done. I’d recommend this place. The only complaint I have is that the party was in early August and it’s the end of September. I still have yet to get a link to all the pictures they took. I was told they were going to edit them and I’d get them after a week and a half. I wrote several emails with no response from them. I’m very disappointed about it, especially since it was a “hands off” type party for parents. I didn’t take pictures since they excitedly promised it as part of the package. Please, make it right And send me a link to my photos!

We had my daughters 7th birthday party here yesterday. The theme was Coco the movie. The staff here were energetic welcoming and just so organized. The rooms were clean. My daughter and her friends had a fun time. The adults also. The space was large and not crowded. We had 17 kids and parents. Thank you so much for helping make it so enjoyable. My goddaughter had her kids party day before and she plans to use your location for her next kids party.

We celebrated my daughters 9th birthday here, and it was such a blast! All kids had so much fun, birthday girl was beyond excited. The team is very professional, before booking I was thoroughly explained everything about what they offer and what is included in the packet, I could choose any theme I wanted and we did have a custom theme. Kids were constantly engaged in some type of activity and parents only had to watch, enjoy and take pictures. Highly recommend if you want haste and clean up free party.

We hosted our daughters bday party there 2 years ago. The crew did an amazing job entertaining the kids. The only downside is that we paid for the event photos and we never got them.About a week ago,we went there for someone elses party. It was well-planned,and kids enjoyed it there. Overall, I recommend.

We had our sons 1st birthday party this past Sunday and it was just amazing! They did a wonderful job putting everything together to the theme we requested! The best part was I didnt have to do anything but enjoy the party. The kids had the best time and their excitement was worth it all! I highly recommend having your kids party here. My daughter just had one of the best birthday celebrations ever! She turned 5 and chose a Disney-princess themed party. The real princesses were a huge hit and the kids were entertained non-stop with games, nails, dancing, and food. The all-inclusive package with pizza, cake and goodie bags made ZERO work for us busy parents and no clean-up! Every princess had a WONDERFUL time thanks to this incredible place. We just had our 5 year old sons birthday party here and it was amazing! All the kids age ranging from 4-8 boys and girls had a blast! They did a great job keeping them entertained the whole time! We didnt have to do anything, they took care of it all including the food, cake and even goodie bags! We are so happy we booked his party here! I would definitely recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful experience with Kids Kustom Parties! It was a scorcher of a day and entertainers were full of energy despite the heat! I just had a Little Mermaid birthday party for my 6 yr old. All the kids had a blast! Ariel was so fun for the kids. The kids were kept entertained the whole time. Cake, food and goody bags were all taken care of in the package which was really nice.

My 4 year old daughter had her star wars themed birthday party here and she had an amazing time. The guests loved the energy that the characters ( Darth Vader and Princess Leia) displayed. Spectacular party with this team. Easy to set up, pay and coordinate. Children were active and engaged the entire time (14 of them.) The hour seemed long packed with lots of fun. Parents sat back, took pictures and enjoyed the happy children.

We had the best time for our boys’ 1st and 2nd birthday party! We went with a minion theme, and they did minions stuff everywhere and an amazing minions cake. The cake and pizza were delicious and they played games with the kids the whole time! Everyone had an amazing time and we had all ages of kids in attendance. They exceeded all of our expectations! Definitely recommend and we will be back for sure!

I hired Elsa and Anna for my 5 year old twins birthday party. I cant say enough good about them. They were fantastic. The kids were beside themselves with joy. It honestly brought tears to my eyes to see them so happy. The price was very reasonable. The characters were excellent with the kids, good actors, good singers and great entertainers. I would hire them again in a flash and would highly recommend them to family and friends. It was a magic age for something like this and all I can say is that you will be very happy if you hire them. They are great and it will be an unforgettable experience for the kids.

My son and his guest had a blast and the adults too, the kids had alot fun, playing dancing together. It was easy for us we dont have to worry about setting up the place when we get inside the kids kustom parties everything was setup already, they were very attentive. I recommend the place.

The two young women who play Evie and Mal (The Descendents) were amazing! They not only stood in character the whole time, but were very energetic, made sure to engage the kids, and especially make the birthday girl feel special. My daughter was about to burst in tears (of happiness) because she could not believe her favorite characters were there. They sang some of the popular songs from the movies, they let my daughter sing along with them, and took requests. They also played various games with the kids and took a lot of pictures! I highly recommend this company if you are looking to hire characters for your next event. Payment was easy to make, scheduling them was easy, and it was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely hire them again!

We were having trouble figuring out how to celebrate my daughter’s COVID 6th birthday after her 5th was canceled, when she said she wanted Mal and Evie from Descendants to come and do a dance party in our yard. I found Kids Kustom Parties on Yelp and took a leap of faith based on the great reviews. I’ll be honest, I was nervous but, oh my gosh, I made the best choice! The actresses that play Mal and Evie absolutely embody them! Their banter and energy is AMAZING. They don’t just stand around offering to take pictures—they sing and dance and lead the kids in games, and from start to finish are 100% in character. Our guests trickled in at the beginning so they were alone with my six year old and 2.5 year old for a while and somehow they still made THAT feel like a party! My neighbor (who has a daughter in college) told me the day after, “I don’t know what you paid them but you got a great deal. They were amazing! Whatever you paid they deserved every penny!” I agree! I was able to chat and hang out with the parents because they ran the entire thing and just nailed walking that line between being a sassy VK and making the kids feel safe, happy, and like they were on the inside of an inside joke. Both my girls are a little shy after being pretty isolated for the past year and Evie and Mal just brought the joy out of them. It was so great to see. Tons of people made comments about how amazing they were and how much fun their kids were having (and how well they would sleep that night lol). I would 100% recommend this company and specifically the Evie and Mal characters to anyone who has a kid that loves Descendants. Thanks so much for making my daughter’s birthday dream come true!

I cannot say enough about Jojo Siwa coming to our daughters birthday party! She was phenomenal! From the moment she walked in, she had all of the kids smiling ear to ear and dancing and playing games the whole time. She went above and beyond to include everybody and make sure they were having fun! She even sang happy birthday to my daughter and took individual pictures with every kid at the end. I can’t say enough! What an amazing experience we had with this company! Everyone was so wonderful to talk to and work with. Easy communication! Easy transaction and wonderful entertainment!

My daughter had her 9th Birthday Party at the venue and it was absolutely AMAZING!! My daughter said it was the best birthday she ever had and her friends had a blast too.Her party hostesses impersonated JoJo Siwa and Mal (from Descendents) and truly looked and played the parts and brought high energy and excitement to the party. They even performed for them singing songs while they ate pizza. My daughter and her friends loved all the activities too that they did and all the games. The hostesses kept everything going and the girls entertained.As the mom hosting the party they made it SOOO easy for me. I didnt have to do a single thing except send out invitations!! I had my daughters 3rd birthday at Kids Kustom Parties, with Princess Ana and Queen Elsa. My daughter had a great time and her party was a success. The place was great for my daughter’s age group and older all the kids had a great time even though they had to play with their masks on due to covid. The party was a success and I would recommend Kids Kustom Parties to anyone.

Dan made the booking process very easy and was flexible in our changing requests. Our Olaf and Elsa characters were great and kept the kids wildly entertained during our drive-by birthday celebration. Thanks again!

Very happy with my experience! We did two outdoor parties for my two daughters. Our guests had so much fun! I shopped around and this is definitely the best bang for your buck for character visits. Highly recommend!

The owner has absolutely no idea how the Covid-19 is transmitted and completely disregards his customers concerns for the matter. I was told if youre worried about Covid, you shouldnt throw a party. While I understand the financial difficulties the small businesses are suffering, the owner has no problem talking only about money money money.

We booked a one on one party virtual call for my sons 7th birthday. Darth Vader and Leia were amazing. Their energy was high the whole time and they were very funny! Even though it was meant to be a 15min call they didnt rush things at all. My son had a blast, so did us as the parents. Highly recommend Kids Kustom Parties!

We just did 2 parties with Princess Elsa for my daughters 6th birthday. One was a Zoom party and the other a drive by parade. My daughter loved it as did all her friends. Princess Elsa was great and really engaging with everyone. We played games and sang songs. Thank you Kids Kustom Parties!

We recently had a party for my sons 6th birthday with Captain America & Captain Marvel & they were absolutely fantastic. The kids had so much fun playing all their games with them & my 2 year old is a huge Captain Marvel fan & she was so great with her. Both kids keep asking if they can come back one day. We will definitely be booking again soon.

Anna and Elsa came to my 3 year olds birthday party. Oh my, they were amazing! They were energetic, funny, and really made my daughter feel special. I loved how they really made my daughter the center of attention and focused on her completely. We are actually thinking of having them come by again soon for no special occasion, just because we loved them that much! I have been to other parties with Elsa there and these girls were by far better. They seem like they are in theater or drama classes. They can sing and are great actors! They are SO SO good. Definitely hire them! They wont disappoint!!!

The party was fantastic, and everyone had a great time. My issue is that pictures were supposed to be sent to me approximately two weeks after the event, and I have never received them (the party was back in October 2019). I have called Kids Kustom Parties about 4x since then, and my calls have not been returned. Truly unfortunate because all my interactions with them beforehand were quite positive and they were very responsive.Honestly, if they had just called me and explained why the pictures were late (or heck that they were lost), I would not have written this review. However, I feel I have no other recourse since my calls have not been returned at this point. I would advise for parents considering this party place to make sure they get their package in writing (its noted on their website as an FYI).1/28/20 Edit: I have updated my review as the owner has reached out to me about the pictures. I have received them.

My son attended a Ninja themed party here. I was truly impressed with how much enthusiasm the staff has—the full 2 hours was energetic and fun for the kids. Nobody was bored.I believe this is a family owned/operated business, and they really go out of their way to help you out during the event. We will consider them for future parties, despite the long drive.They deserve all 5 stars!

THIS WAS A MAGICAL EVENT!!I was a little hesitant because I read a few reviews that said the actress did not engage with the kids or that the parents were guaranteed a hassle free party but had to end up working the party.IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. It was completely hassle free down to the end and all the kids loved it. They took care of all the set up, music, activities,gift bags and even the cake. We chose a frozen theme and the girls were beyond amazing! They interacted with each kid at the party and still made the birthday girl the center of attention. Even my 13 year old had fun playing tug of war and dancing. The boys enjoyed getting tattoos while the girls got their nails and hair done. This was a priceless event everything went great and the look on her face when she saw Anna and Elsa were real and throwing her a birthday party was magical. I would definitely recommend.

My son had a great virtual birthday party! He loves ninjas and the ninja characters from Kid Kustom Party didnt disappoint :) My son and his guests had a fantastic time.

The concept, program and people were good. My daughter loved the party and to dress up like princess, make up, hair do... along with other princesses of her age.The princess costumes were old, stained and dirty and not available in different sizes.

This case doesnt look as much, but it offers a lot of service for its bucks. The children are entertained all the time and there is even fun games for the adults. I took one star cause its been a while since the place had renovation, but I will still pick this venue over 80% of the completion for kids parties.

I had my sons 7th birthday party here. We chose the Secret Agent theme, and they accommodated a request for Pokemon/Pikachu decor. I booked this party from only looking at their website, and talking to Dan over the phone twice. So I wasnt too sure what to expect when we arrived 20 min before the start of the party. All I brought with me was a case a bottled water for the other parents, and hopes that I made the right choice. Everything I read on their website was true - all aspects of the party were taken care of, and to the same detail I would have done myself. The entire room was set up when we arrived, and the Secret Agent was there to greet my son. The two girls who ran the party were so friendly, energetic, and welcomed each kid as they arrived. There were games to play, planned group activities that coincided with the Secret Agent theme, pizza/drinks served, decorated cake, cotton candy machine, goody-bags, etc. My son and all his friends had a great time. I think the parents enjoyed it just as much as the kids. There is plenty of room for energetic kids to run around and have fun, and also space for the parents to hang out. For busy parents, you cant beat the price for what you get. I found the owners to be very easy to work with, and accommodating to any special requests. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We just had my twins’ 5th birthday at Kids Kustom Parties and it couldn’t have been better. Weeks later and my kids and their friends are still talking about how fun it was! Our party team was incredible and took care of every detail so were able to enjoy our party without having to worry about getting pictures or stressing about entertainment. I loved that we were able to do a split party theme so both my kids could enjoy the character they wanted. The Unicorn Princess and Captain America were wonderful and really kept all the kids engaged with all the activities…especially the dance party and tug-of-war. We can’t thank the team enough for helping us throw such an unforgettable party!

I’m so SO pleased with our Kids Kustom Parties Zoom call!!! My kiddo was supposed to be at Disney for his birthday to meet Kylo Ren at Galaxy’s Edge, but then Covid. So I booked this zoom party with Kylo and Rey and it was AMAZING!! I was worried cause my kid freezes in front of the camera and he’s not very chatty. But Rey did a STELLAR job of leading the kids through activities like dancing, “Kylo says,” a mini workout, and singing Happy Birthday to my boy 😍 His favorite part was when Kylo and Rey arm wrestled 😂 I am so happy, SO HAPPY, with how this turned out. Thanks to Kylo and Rey for making his day so special—this was awesome!!!

We just had my daughters 4th birthday party and everyone had an amazing time and my daughter was thrilled. Everything was so turn key, all we literally had to do was show up. The staff was a step ahead of each part of the party. The party itself was filled with so many activities including a character visit, crafts, dance party, nails, costumes, inflatables, pizza and cake. We cant wait to have another event! We had my daughter’s 1st bday party here and everyone had a blast. Dan and his family did a wonderful job entertaining the kids. Very accommodating and very nice people. The Vamparina themed party was a lot of fun and the kids really enjoyed it. A week after the party, they sent us pictures and videos from the party which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place and have another party here again.

We attended a 3rd birthday party here. At first we were a little skeptical, but the kids had an absolute blast. Multiple kids said best birthday ever. The staff here is amazing. I didnt even know they worked there until halfway through the party. They seemed like a part of the family. Would definitely recommend.

Nice family-owned business. Party was hosted by the Daughters of the owners and they dressed up in costumes. The parents worked in the background and set up and played the music. It was fun for the kids and a nice place with an open area for the kids to run around. I liked it.

I have been searching for a place to do my baby shower In November. Hardest part about having baby shower in the winter is that your options are limited and you don’t have summer weather on your side. I have contacted Kids Kustom Parties to see if they could consider doing a baby shower party, and they enthusiastically took the challenge! They accommodated all the guests perfectly, all the kids had their own play area while udult guests could enjoy the party as well in another room. All the gusts (kids and udults) participated in activities and won some prizes. All the staff made entire event smooth and fun, and assisted me in making my ideas for the event a reality. I felt I made a good choice, sine being pregnant I was super tierd, but fun event planners took care of everyone and everything. Thank you Kids Kustom Patties for making my event special and for all of your accommodations!

We had my sons bday party and could not have been happier with how everything turned out. First of all it’s super easy because literally all we had to do was show up and didn’t have to bring a single thing... everything was included! And honestly the best party we have ever hosted, the kids had a blast and the bday boy was smiling from ear to ear the whole time. We also had transformer bumble bee come to the party (which was part of the package) and my son was literally in awe the whole time! Last night we celebrated both of our sons birthdays at kids kustom parties. One turned 6 and one turned 4! This was our first time here, and as we’ve celebrated their birthdays before at various other places including our home. We’ve really found that this was the best birthday they’ve had. The reason for this is because kids kustom parties goes above and beyond, they actually have a program set for the 2-3 hours your there. They entertain the kids, they do games with them, crafts, a dance party, tug of war which was so fun that us adults actually played tug of war, and so much more! There is something for everyone for older kids, for boys, even a salon for girls! We are beyond satisfied with kids kustom parties and we will definitely be back again.

Went to kids parties before and the idea of only having a table and sharing a venue was not in our interest.Dan and his family created a different perspective and helped us accomplish exactly what we wanted for our sons 1st B-Day. We regret so much not knowing about this place before which could have saved us so much trouble and hassles with our oldest son.Our party was a blast, hosted by Mickey and Train Engineer (Thomas Train Themed). I made an appointment here after a great conversation with the owner. Nothing like what I expected when I arrived. If your spending almost $600 on a kids party, no matter what, at least show the respect of having somewhat of the things we were talking about. I was supposed to know what my options are and choose what is best since I wanted a different theme, long story short, I just decided not to put down the deposit and needed a few days to think about it. The owner reached out to me following up, so we talked. I just wanted to finish my sentence. He asked me why I decided not to book the party. So I kindly asked him, do you really want to know bcz I dont want you to misunderstand. I am not trying to be mean or anything but if you want to know Ill tell you. He was so busy cutting me off the conversation was not going to the right direction. I just said our meet was not organized and all over the place and I didnt feel comfortable leaving the deposit on the spot. He said meetings are not for presentation(which is not what I meant), that my reason doesnt make sense, that he has all five star reviews go read them, go book at jumpzone or wherever else.. and the worst part was when he said “ Ill be booked regardless you book or not” which is very unnecessary to say.... I just said ok thank you bye. I understand that people have different opinions and people should respect that rather you may or may not agree. This place may have great parties, but I absolutely do not appreciate how I was was treated. I am kind of shocked. I am sorry to write this review but this is the truth. I will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

We hosted a rapunzel/Superman party for my 3 & 5 year olds 3 weeks ago and the experience was wonderful from planning to execution! This team really puts on a great party, the kids didn’t want to leave at the end of the night! They took care of all the little details and everything ran smoothly and was well organized. All of the staff were well engaged and made sure all of the kids/parents were having a good time! Thank you Kids Kustom Parties, we will definitely be coming back for future parties!

We just had our kids birthday party here yesterday. An LOL Surprise and Jurassic Park Party for my 4 year old daughter and my son 2nd birthday. I cant even begin to describe how amazing Dan and his family are. From the moment I walked in they were just so incredibly helpful. It was hard to let go from doing everything after all these years or organizing all my kids parties. They had a whole dressing room area for the little girls to get their hair, nails, and dresses on. The boys had capes and masks for all different characters. I dont even know where to begin to explain how great this party was. My husband and I were able to actually enjoy our selves and socialize with our guests. The kids loved the snow cone machine. They thought it was the coolest thing ever. We had 3 characters yesterday we first had the inflatable dinosaur and unicorn princess. We had a huge dance party with bubbles, a projector screen, and lights. Even the adults were dancing (Me) lol There was just so many things to do for all the kids. The different types of play houses, air hockey, basketball, and so much more. Honestly the kids didnt even really care to eat pizza they just wanted to play. You can tell Dan and his family thoroughly enjoy what they do. The energy and the way they interacted with the kids just made my heart melt. I saw my son sitting and playing with Elsa. Then later my daughter and Elsa were sitting at the little play cafe enjoying a snow cone and talking about how much she loves her. They did a craft with all the kids to make crowns and etc. My daughter and son both go their owned themed bucket with special gifts from Kid Kustom instead of the goodie bags the other kids got. Not having to organize goodie bags was such a relief. I just cant even put into words how thankful I am for putting so much love, time, effort, and kindness to my kids for their special day. Having this party at Kid Kustom was the best idea. I never knew this place existed and the price to have everything taken care of and to be able to relax was absolutely well worth it. Even my friends that dont have kids said from the videos I posted it looked like the best birthday party they had ever seen. I already have several people asking me for information and so obviously if I could give them 100 starts for a review I would because 5 just doesnt cut it. We will be party planning with them again no doubt about it. Check out their website and see all the pictures they post. Everyone who works here is extremely nice, thoughtful and bursting with energy. I highly recommend for any childs birthday or special event.

Ust had my sons 5th birthday party here. We had a star wars party w Darth Vader and a Jedi Knight! The girl who ran the party was really excellent with engaging the kids making sure they all participated and had fun. Kustom Kids really takes care of everything from the cake to the goody bags and activities!! The adults got to relax and watch the kids have fun. Everyone had a total blast!!

We had the BEST time at Kids Kustom Parties for my Sons 7th Birthday!!!! My Son is a HUGE Star Wars fan so we had the Star Wars party with Darth Vader in attendance. All the boys had a great time battling Darth Vader, running through obstacle courses, eating Pizza and Cake and making Light Sabers and of course fighting each other with those Light Sabers all while wearing Star Wars capes. Definitely a great place to have a party and everything was handled well and ran smoothly. We even ordered pizza for the Parents to stay and watch the kids have fun. There is so much detail that goes into the party and pretty much everything is done for you so you can sit back and enjoy watching all the kids have fun. The Darth Vader cake was AWESOME and very tasty too!

Thank you for organizing such a wonderful party for my daughters 10th birthday. She loved every minute of it.

Perfect place for girls

Its the best experience party for my 4 birthday princess she had a amazing party frozen theme she enjoy every second it is worth it you wont regret if choose this place for your party you feel the staff like your family very professional and friendly i give 10 stars if posible

The first day when I met Dan and Laura, I was very happy with what all they could do to customize the party. But as days passed, I had to take efforts to stay in touch with planning. I even visited them one time finalize the characters, menu for adults and kids and they misplaced it. A week later I had to redo the planning with them. Deciding the cake design was the worst experience ever.On the day of the party, during cake cutting my 1 year old caught the hot candle by the tip and I asked Laura to bring me some ice for the baby. She said she will get and didnt. 5 mins later I asked one of her daughters to bring me ice and Laura jumped in saying she was bringing but I didnt see get any ice.I would not let these guys plan another party for me!Besides their bad coordination, I felt their characters dont know how to engage the kids. At first I thought my character selection for the audience that I was hosting was probably the reason, but I recently attended another 1 yr olds party whose theme was Mickey Mouse and found even the very common character wasnt able to engage the kids!I had my sons 1st bday at another similar place less than 5 miles away whose theme was Mickey mouse too and my guests there had great fun. The characters were able to engage the kids and the whole party was well organized. I regret not taking my business back to them and instead choosing kids kustom parties.

Had my daughters 6th bday party, Trolls was the theme.... omg it was such a spectacular and amazing party. They totally took are of everything for the kiddies and my #1 favorite is its a private party, no worries of stranger danger

My son had his 4th birthday party here with Spider Man and Elsa. I could not of dreamed of a better birthday party for him. Everyone at the party had an amazing time. Some friends chose to play on the amazing slides jumpies and trains where others wanted to be with Elsa and Spidey. My son was treated so special by both characters. The next day at school the teacher said that is all the kids were talking about. They all had cool tattoos to show off. All the adults enjoyed seeing their children have such a great time! This place is totally private no need to worry about outsiders or loosing track of your child. Also they captured pictures of every moment leaving me free just to enjoy. This party was PRICELESS. THANKS SO MUCH! We are already planning the big 5.
