I came to the store with 3 family members to upgrade 5 devices (4 iPhones and 1 tablet), and was given the best service I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. I also came in a few days later to have my youngest son’s iPhone upgraded. We had three very knowledgeable guys helping us with every step needed to get all devices upgraded. The store has a terrific manager that made sure all customers were quickly taken care of at the same time they were doing our upgrades. I’m glad my family and I can get such friendly and knowledgeable service with anything my family may need help with.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a store. Tried to charge more at store than at a corporate owned store or online. Beware if you buy any device or service through the store you can get better deal at corporate owned store or online . Was hung up on and very very rude customer service over the phone and seem like staff not very customer oriented or not the corporate deals. Definitely would advise going online or to corporate store in Vegas. Would give zero stars if I was able to.

This is the best Verizon store I have ever visited. I felt like the customer service was superior. Maria was very helpful and tailored her service to my needs. Everyone should experience this kind of service. Top notch!

If you pay extra towards your next bill better make sure your paying your full bill the next month and say oh we dont have it or it will be a way for them to say yea you owed that when they said my bill was 160.i had receipts and still said I was behind when I paid everything and 100 extra.

Outstanding service very professional, knowledgeable in his field of expertise of cell phones, Jordan took care of this customer with complete courtesy and professionalism. The only complaint I had is the LG-51 had it 4 months and broke down, had to replace it, pay it off, and pay additional $40. activation fee Verison knows how to rip you off. I should have stayed with T Mobile what a mistake on my part.

Very good store the people there go out of the way to help you the best they can keep in mind this is an outlet store this isnt an actual Verizon store and quite a few phones they do not keep in stock

What can I say. These guys know their stuff. Ive been in several times and I always leave smarter and more satisfaction with Verizon. The online and phone line csrs should leave off the recordings and computerized responses and just answer the phone. Especially in sales. Deliveries should be on time regardless of driver ineptitude.

Jordan has been helping me for a year now. Hes so very patient with my elderly self and is able to clear up all the messes I make. Hes never out of patience and hes always willing to teach me what I need but I need to do to try to help myself more

I ran into some issues with my transfer from Cricket, but that was on Cricket. Charles H. was great through the process and got the issues resolved.

So far since we moved here, this store will not help us with our Verizon phones as far as settings. Been in the store twice and the guy will not even look at the phone. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Will visit our store in Henderson next week. I’ll let them know about how this guy treats his customers in Pahrump. Always got good service from them in Henderson. This guy in Pahrump really seems to hate people here. Can’t explain it any other way.

The website said it was opened, the neon sign turned on in the window said opened but no one was their, the phones voice mail was full and i wasted my time and gas coming here when i should have gone onto las vegas now its to late. Update your website, and address your voice mail, do some customer service for a start!

I came into the store to get help with the Verizon phone my daughter purchased for me in California. My phone had not been set up as she had to mail it to me. Seuss was wonderful. We had to call my daughter for account numbers and info and he proceeded to get my phone operational. I had to return two days later to ask another question and Sean helped me. Both these young men were very cordial and I will be back to purchase assessories.

Seuss and Cody were both amazing and helpful. Both helped us and answered all my questions. They had to jump through hoops to help us get phones and did all they could. Great job guys! Great customer service. Yes there was wait at the store but thats not really the employees fault and u watched them both handle angry customer very politely.

I absolutely love going to this store, they are friendly and help you so much faster than if you had to drive all the way to Las Vegas. I live in the small town and love it. Sometimes they dont have the products you need, but again if you live in a small town you have the trade-off. Nevertheless, they are super nice and have bubbly attitude.

December 4th I spent 7 hours in this store trying to exchange a defective phone within my 14 day period. After a severely overworked and exhausted employee seemed to make an easy to make mistake.I was there from just after 3pm to after 1030pm.Both Joshua and Maria were there to help me and both went above and beyond what they should have had to do as non members of management.They called their own support line several times and got nowhere, and were disconnected from hour long phone calls. When they called their store manager Jordyn, all he wanted to do was berate the representative for the mistake, of which he had already owned up to and admitted he made the mistake. The store manager was zero help. I live an hour and a half away from the Pahrump location. I had to take off work on the 5th to go back and get the situation fixed again. Where the store manager proceeded to have an ungodly amount of attitude and rolled his eyes at me.This is not a man that is management material. He was not willing to come back to the store to help his employees who were already overworked and hitting overtime that day and was downright hateful and rather than just apologize for all the troubles I experienced, he blamed the employees and was rude.This is unacceptable.

I recently traveled here from Boston on a cross country trip. I had dropped the phone that I had purchased for the trip. Verizon sent my new phone to our hotel in Pahrump. Because I am technically challenged, I went to the local Verizon store and hoped that they would help. It had been a very busy day for them but after a short wait, the manager, Traci H. came over to help. She was wonderful!! I wont say that she helped me...because I didnt do anything. She understood I didnt have any idea what to do. She got my new phone up and running, was able to save all my contacts, waited patiently as I had to call my daughter for passwords and then helped me select a screen protector and cover. I knew she had had a very long day, but she was professional, kind and honestly a life saver! Thank you Traci!

Lost hundreds of dollars using Verizon, when I say that I had a problem at a Verizon store,they act like I worked for Verizon? This has happened at several stores. So no longer use Verizon. I am a audio video and dont want to be bothered with cell phones?

This store location used to have good customer service. Unfortunately it has gone downhill and you now have to wait extensive long periods of time before getting any help. In addition, this store likes to try and sneak add-on charges anywhere they can even if you request to specifically get your monthly bill lowered. It would be better for anyone using Verizon to spend the extra time to go into Las Vegas to a corporate store. They are faster and have better choices for devices and add-ons.

Every time I go in the staff in very rude and mean. I dread going to this store. Most recent time I had to go in after buying a new phone cause it was having issues. The person who helped me was very rude and didnt want to help me or let me buy things from the store he just rolled his eyes and complained the whole time. Last time I had gone in during Christmas time wanting to buy the family iPhones and the young girl who was helping us refused to sell us the phones cause they were sh!t phones and kept pressuring us to buy a pixel. We walked out empty handed.

I got a Jecpack yesterday 06/03/17 with an average incoming load of 1.5 to 2.8 for this two days. I called and I was sent around in a hunt to four 1800 numbers and they told me that the best solution was to then cancel the account. Now I know why people made faces when I told them I was getting Internet thorugh Verizon. I am cancelling a service I was charged for and I do not have nor expect to have ever.
