The wait time was a lot less than I thought and the employees have a lot a patience! Security is what I enjoyed the most. She was very polite and comical which made wait time seem to go faster than it already was.

The lady I talked to was extremely nice and helpful. On the other hand the guard was very RUDE. I didnt notice the sign about not talking on the cell phone in the lobby. Someone called, my phone buzzed, I answered it, I was talking real low, and the guard began yelling at me and ORDERED me to hang up my phone. You would have thought I had walked in with a weapon. Just a little ridiculous for just a cell phone violation.

The wait was short. The lady I spoke with was very helpful.

They were really rude to my wife, repeated the same things multiple times with more of an attitude everytime.
