I filled out the form and it took about six months but it was well worth it, this group helps the low income and the elderly with insulation to sill up your home, storm windows and what ever else the home needs.They have helped me so much in improving my home Im so grateful to them.

Am a veteran in need and was turned away twice today. First was told to come back in two hours then when i came back two later was turned away again so They could take a two hour lunch. Makes me upset that after nine years of service to my country that i cant even get utility assistance without rudeness..

Can be hectic, small and cramped office out of the way in a housing project (sigh)... govt office so. ALWAYS CALL FIRST. Sometimes they go to Mayfield for meetings, they did today on a Friday.
