Communication was virtually nonexistent, it was like visiting a morgue. I said I needed an oil change and then it was radio silence, I just waited for 50 minutes(it was supposed to take 10min) hoping they were changing my oil and actually using the right kind. Weirdest oil change Ive ever gotten. I do not recommend.

Very quick and courteous service! With 1.5 hours + at the other places, they got me in and out in 10 mins. Yes, you pay a little more, but its well worth it when your time is valuable. Great job guys!

Gentleman was so nice. He serviced my vehicle, and when I had a question about a price discrepancy, he told me why it was and we went on our ways. When it came time to pay, he gave me an update on all of my fluids and brakes even though I told them I just wanted oil and filter change. He said they do that anyways and he was going to put some info that needed in the system for my car since the one in Line Oak didnt do it. Sweet guys. In and out, and Im a very impatient person. So Im happy 😊😁!!!!

I went there on 3-3-2021 to get the oil changed in my f-250 diesel. I told them I wanted rotella T-6 15W40 synthetic oil the employees stated T-6 was 4W30 not 15W40 the person in the pit even agreed with the ones up top . They all but called me a liar. They went on to say T-4 was 15W40 not T-6.. Needless to say they didnt change my oil. I went to Walmart bought you guessed it rotella T-6 synthetic 15W40 motor oil. Drove back to jiffy lube showed them the oil .they then stated ( we never said T-6 was a 15W40 we said we dont have it.) This statement was never made even after I showed them on my phone. So to set the record straight, Rotella T-6 synthetic comes in 15W40 & 5W30.I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone,for anything. Walmart takes longer but is usually about half the price. If you dont like Walmart there are several other options. Its worth your time to look around.

They get you in and out. Their name says it all and we deal with them atleast once a month. We always go here.

Very rude customer service, it wasnt even close to lunch and I felt like they rushed it. They gentlemen that did my oil change was short tempered and rude. I will NOT be back. Only went here because it was supposed to be fast and it was closes to me but I will just go where I normally do next time. Do NOT recommend

Ive always had good experiences here. Years ago I would always change my own oil but when I figured my time doing it then having to spend time to responsibly deal with the oil and clean up it just seems better to have it done. I have less shirts ruined from drips doing it myself. Also I dont unnecessarily put it off because theyre so quick and I can swing in most any time. I have a more accurate history of when its due and when it was changed. I spend the time while theyre changing it to work on my email or calls in their air-conditioned lobby, so I gain extra productivity in my business.

They are very professional and very thorough. The staff is adults who look as if they have been around cars for a while. Dont go in and expect a bunch of chit chat. Youll probably be lucky to get a how are you today. Here are the two things you can expect....... Good professional Service, and a bill that you will think is a little high. My Dodge Ram pickup with the 5.7 liter 8 cylinder cost me $57 for a basic oil change. Ouch! But at least I know it was done right, even if I cant afford to use them every time.
