They were fantastic to work with and Garrett did such wonderful work. It took a day and a half and he cleaned up after himself so no muss no fuss. It is the shower I wanted and am so happy with the way it turned out. I totally would recommend Garrett, Jennifer and the whole Re-bath team.

Installed Walk-In Tub - Quality and professional installers - always willing to answer questions - always cleaning the space as they work - always made sure that a drop cloth was used - Beside the quality of the Re Bath tub the dedication of both Garrett and Mac in making sure our Re Bath tub was installed just as if it were being put in their home. I am very happy with the finished bathrooms. Garrett did a great and professional job with everything. Im very satisfied with ReBath.

So far positive. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Jennifer was great during consultation. She arrived on time and was very kind, personable, and helpful. We havent had install yet. The only negative so far is Jennifer told us we had 3 days to cancel order. However. Re-bath cashed our deposit check before the 3 days and before I could transfer money into our bank account. After my debit card was denied at several stores, I saw the pending check transaction and luckily was able to speed my transfer.

Replaced bath tub with shower. Very pleased with installer and products.

Worst remodeling company Ive ever worked for, know of multiple times customer was sold a rebath shower base only to have a much cheaper Lowes or Home Depot base installed instead bait and switch . Terrible response time for doing service calls and yes you will have one at some point. Poor concept and extremely over priced for what you get.

The staff is friendly and courteous when Ive been there, they have very nice displays set up at the location, and the staff tries very hard to please. Overall its been a pleasant experience.

Nice shower. Caulking didnt stay. Called and asked for someone to come out and recaulk. Told them when someone was in my area. Never happened. We did the job ourselves. Should of used my contracter to install a shower. Oh well. Live and learn.
