Donna who took my call was extremely sweet and understanding. She called me back within the hour and had someone to come out same-day to fix our issue. Highly recommend this business!

The plumber installed the faucet and under sink pipework and did good job however he did not give upfront quote for the job. After performing work he got my wife to sign off for $800 bill which seems exorbitant. Good work but not very honest with quote/cost of job.

Horrible experience very rude guy named Charlie went to my grandfather house. Rig some rubber bands under the sink to hold the drain bar. As crazy as that sound its true when I called to tell them I was called a lieer and was hung up on. I got a picture of this. I will never use them again and will for ever dog there name and have ever person I can give them a bad review because they cant solve this problem correctly and word of mouth gos a long way.

Charlie was Outstanding! He told us first what he thought was wrong with the faucet and explained in detail what he was going to do to check it. He found that the main pipe was stopped up and showed us a pic of a similar pipe that he thought was the problem. It was nice to see a visual of what it might look like and was very helpful. He used a rooter and then went under the house to finish the job. He was very informative and very nice. I will definitely call, Ivitts Plumbing for any further work. Thank you, Charlie.

Called for em to come fix flooded crawl space from a busted pipe. Said we were #2 on the list the next day. Nobody showed, not even a call. Next day? Nothing still. Very unreliable & unprofessional. I dont give a damn what u can fix. Your a business, act like it.

Theres a $39 fee for them to come take a look at the problem or to give you a quote. They seem professional on the phone, but I didnt use them.

We have used Ivitts for several years and are very pleased with their work. They have great employees who provide excellent customer service.

We started experiencing clogged bathtub and odor, but our toilet and sinks were fine. We called multiple places and they all said it was our septic tank and it would cost $500 to repair. Then we called ivitts and the young man came out for a free consult and he ended up repairing a broken pipe and unclogging our drain on the spot and for less than 90$. This was 2 months ago and we have had no issues since! Will definitley be calling ivitts again if we need anything.

Professional attitude who treated my house with respect. The first plumbers from Galloway were not what i was looking for and i ending up asking them to leave (they did not charge me for the visit).

They showed up on time, were courteous, and fixed my dripping faucet in about 15 minutes. My complaint is that it cost $190 for springs and washers and only took 15 minutes.

I noticed a spike in my water bill, and requested Paducah Water (JSA) to come and check it out. I have one of their new computerized meters, from which, with an app called Eye On Water I can get an accurate read out of my water usage, right down to 1 hour intervals. Their tech that came out said I had a leak. In response to that diagnosis, I downloaded the above mentioned app, and it showed a 3.6 gal/hr leak. I called a competitor of Ivitts because I had used them before. They sent 2 guys and decided, by installing a shut off valve right at the front of house that my leak was between there and my meter. When I asked for a ballpark on repair cost they told me that it would run about $2500 if they dismantled a rock garden or about $3000 if they went around it. They charged $150. My wife pushed me into getting a 2nd estimate which I reluctantly agreed to, not wanting to spend another $150. I decided on Ivitts based on other favorable reviews on-line. They sent a tech named Clay, who in short order found the leak on the outflow connection of the meter. He had to pump the water out of the meter box to find the leak. My leak had gone to over 6 gals/hr by then. He tightened it as much as he could, and I noticed on the app that the leak had dropped to 1.2 gals/hr. It turns out that since the leak was in the meter box it was JSAs responsibility, and within 24 hours my leak was fixed (by them) at no charge, of course. Ivitts charged me $39 because of the short time it took Clay to find the leak!. Based on their competitors estimate, I had already decided that my $2400 relief money was going to have to go to them for the repair. They also advised me to expect a foot wide 30 deep trench. thus butchering a lawn I have gotten proud of. Hooray for Clay and Ivitts!!! Well done!!!!

These guys know what they are doing! When you call them they come in a timely manor and take care of business, have used their service on two occasions and haven’t been disappointed. The tankless water heater they installed for us was money well spent!

We had a pretty major leak. Ivitts sent Clay out that day to evaluate the problem. He repaired our problem and even left us know about another problem he found. The price for the work done was reasonable and Clay was very personable. Really good experience. Thanks Ivitts. We will definitely recommend you to people.

Not quite up to the hype. While they did confirm their appointment, the guy ended up being 20 minutes late and made no apology for that. This would not be a huge deal except for the $39 to look at your problem (and $99 if its after-hours), which means if you work normal business hours -- as I do -- then you either have to take time off work or lose time on your workday in order to accommodate them.Nevertheless, once he arrived he was otherwise helpful and friendly. Im still debating whether or not to use Ivitts.

A little over a month ago we had to have a water line replaced between the meter & the house. Well today we had to replace a water heater. Great job on both.We went tankless. Had a tankless water heater put in a year ago by Ivitts, I would never go back to a tank water heater again. My visit today was for its annual service. Jimmy called and let me know he was on his way and about what time they would arrive. Once here, they introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do and about how long it would take. After he completed the service he let me know the status of my water heater, that it was in great condition. As a diamond club member, I like that one of the perks is they come out once a year and service my tankless water heater at no additional cost to me. Ill say this, from the Ivitts employee that installed it last year to Jimmy who serviced it yesterday along with the young lady that answers the phone at their office. Ive had nothing but a great experience. Would highly recommend these folks for all your plumbing needs.

Matt showed up on the date agreed to and began working immediately to replumb my old house and install a new water heater. Ensured that everything worked properly and advised on how to clear drains that had been unused for who knows how long. After going for more than a month without running water I appreciated the work. I will admit that rates are pricey, but good plumbing is not cheap and Ivitts was the only company that agreed to make the trip from Paducah to service my house and for that I am very grateful. Would highly recommend.

We live in paducah. They Will not do free estimates or give an estimate to install hot water heaters. Said I had to pay $40.00 just for a guy to come see what kind of plumbing and electrical I have. I have regular 1/2 inch copper lines. Smh. Will not use a company that is money hungry.

Had leak in main water line coming into house. Called them and they came out and looked at it and said we can make it work, but not correctly by installing a 1/2 line through the 1 pipe. I told them did not want to do that and still charged $55.00 to look at it. Called a company out of Nashville and they fixed it correctly by replacing the 1 pipe. Was not pleased about the $55.00 service call and they not fix anything or attempt to give me a better solution.

I had to reschedule the appointment I made, they got me in the next day that worked for me. Quick work replacing a leaking pipe, they finished in no time and affordable as well.

This company wants just under 1/4 of what their competitors want for the entire job just to give an estimate. The onlt thing I can figure is that their prices are so high that they dont actually get any jobs, and so have to survive on estimates. No thanks--

They called asked us what we thought the problem was (we are not plumbers, we dont know thats why we called you) and then over the phone gave us his opinion which is something they dont do. Not very professional, just kinda lazy.
