The crew that showed up to clean my vents and duct work was very professional, courteous as well as informative. They made sure I was aware of every step in the process and encouraged me to ask questions. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I had never used Stanley Steemer before, but after today I wont hesitate to call them if I have a specialty cleaning need.

The technicians were knowledgeable, extremely courteous, and very thorough. They covered all the details of the duct work cleaning and provided an accurate estimate of the total cost. They completed the job in a timely manner. My only suggestion for other folks is if you have your duct work cleaned dont have it done in high summer or winter since the units must be powered down while the cleaning takes place.

The two young gentlemen were professional, courtesy, informative and knowledgable. I would definitely use this service again. They did an excellent job. I had my air ducts/vents cleaned. Worth the money. My breathing is so much better now.

3/5. Their work lacked attention to detail. When they cleaned and polished my hardwood floors, I had to call them back to report all the spots they missed. I didnt catch this one in time though, and have to stare at how the tech didnt bother to shine around the rail spindles or the treads on the stairs. The tech also wanted to cop attitude with me in my own home about where he would and would not park, and whether I could or could not leave my own property while he had all of my floors curing.I also had Stanley Steemer clean my air conditioning ducts. Their own online video showed them going inside of my air conditioning unit to clean it, but the techs refused saying that youve got to get an HVAC specialist to do this. Then he blew out my dryer vent and thought it was okay to drive away while leaving the lint on my lawn!I expected better for the nearly $2000 bill.

Cody and Dakota did an excellent job. They showed up on time explained every step of the process. They showed me the difference once the area was cleaned compared to the uncleared area. My carpet looks wonderful. There were several pet stains which were completely removed. I will definitely use their services again. Completely satisfied

Both Jeff and Shilo did an outstading job on our favorite recliners. In addition, they were extremely professional and a pleasure to have in our home. We have always had success with this Stanley Steamer and will continue to use them in the future. Great job, gentlemen!!!

I hired Stanley Steamer to clean the ducts on a house I had newly renovated. My cleaning technicians were Dondre and Thomas. They were extremely professional and courteous, they walked me through every step of the process in cleaning the ducts and keeping the unit clean. They also gave me several helpful instructions in the best ways to clean the new laminate floor that I had just installed. To top it all off, they left the floor even cleaner than when they arrived and swept over every place they had walked for the installation. My ducts were cleaned extremely well and in a timely manor. I would recommend them to anyone looking to clean their ducts.

Very displease with the service. Almost didnt get the work done. Wish I hadnt now. Ask the guy could he remove stains. He said some stains they couldnt get up. The stain was eyebrow pencil which shouldt of been hard to get up. Left some stains of what he was cleaning with I had to get that up. Had one room deodorize and it still has the mild dew smell. This work was done last Wed. Oct. 30, 2019. Costing me $175.00. Way to much money for a poor job.

Hired Stanley Steemer to clean ducts in our homer we just purchased. There were some thoroughness /quality problems initially from the adolescent crew who came out the first time. Their boss sent them back out after I called, but the youngsters had terrible attitudes, became defensive and terribly rude. I had their boss on speaker phone when they were acting out, and the boss apologized and scheduled another visit where he accompanied a different crew to redo the duct cleaning. The second time cleaning they spent around 4 hours and did a very thorough job and behaved with total professionalism. The first crew overlooked cleaning all the registers, but the second crew took care of that on the third visit fairly well, but not great. I used a wire brush and my own Shop-Vac to finish cleaning the registers. The boss gave me some valuable information about my furnace and was very apologetic about the first boys who came out. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the unprofessionalism and poor quality of the first attempt, and thus the extra time I had to invest in this.

The staff were friendly and professional; however they left a mess near the dryer and the outdoor vent is still full of lent which we cant remove. The carpets did not come clean in all areas, but I am not sure that was their fault.
