Great work at a great price! My husband and I just had exhaust work completed on our Mustang. We were pleased that everyone was so polite and listened to our concerns. They also took payment over the phone so we could pick up after hours! It was very convenient and the work was completed in a timely manor. My husband brought our car to BNR early of last year to get a tune up. Prior to this visit our car was running fine. Well, after this so called tune up, our AC went out completely. Then our car died a couple of times even after putting in a new battery. Our car was having so many issues for a whole year. The check engine light would come and go, so I took it to O’rileys for a diagnostic check and then to another reputable auto shop. Come to find out there were 3 misfire cylinders. The auto tech told me they found incorrect spark plugs placed in our car and believed this was causing the misfires. So for a whole year we were driving with wrong spark plugs! Never again will I return to BNR or trust them with my car. Will not recommend either.

I found these guys about ten years ago and havent been anywhere else since. Family ran and fair prices. Bill is an honest and awesome mechanic.

I took my vehicle in because when I turned on the ignition key, nothing would happen. They said it was either the starter or ignition harness. Then they asked me which to replace. Eventually they said the tech was 99% sure it was not the starter. I was asked if it was ok to replace the ignition harness and I replied you are the pros..whatever you say. That was done and about 3 days later the vehicle started doing the same thing. Again I had it towed there and then they said they tapped on the starter and it worked, so they charged me for another repair. They refused to give back any money for the 1st repair., saying that I oked the fix. Now the auto start is ruined and will cost me $200 to have redone. Never reply to their question to decide what to do...they will not warranty their own misdiagnosis. This episode cost me at least $300 more than necessary. Ill never go back nor refer them to anyone again.

Probably an okay place to take your vehicle; they had several vehicles waiting to be worked on. But while they were fairly nice talking to me, they were also fairly dismissive of me. They appeared to have no concern about the safety of my vehicle and suggested an appointment days later, well after I was going to have to drive to a funeral. Plus, they had angry talking heads yelling at each other on the TV (turned up very loud) in their waiting room. This was irritating while I waited to talk to them; it would have been intolerable if I would have had to wait for my car to be repaired. No wonder their waiting room was empty!
