I’ve been a customer here for years. One of the few mechanics I TOTALLY trust to be honest with me, charge a very fair price and to do excellent work. If you have a Mercedes this is the place to have it serviced. Highly recommended!!

I called about a check engine light code. She quoted a price but unselfishly advised the dealership may repair under warranty. She was correct and saved me a lot of money. A truly honest. ethical and trustworthy business. I will always use them in future.

Great service and work. My car is out of warranty. So to find an friendly honest local repair shop is a relief. Esp with an older german car. Will be back if needed and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Went in for Oil Change, Brake Pads and Rotors for my 2013 BMW. Price was fantastic. The service was great too. He noticed my tires were low and filled them up. Would highly recommend you bring your BMW here too!

Outstandanding service-family owned business! Honest, thorough, pay attention to detail and knowledgeable on German made cars. Ive been going there with my cars for over 10 years. They have a large inventory of parts, quick turn around, and are very reasonably priced for their services.

I wouldnt take my VW golf anywhere else. I didnt want to go to the dealer for its routine service because they quoted me $300. I found advanced and I will be returning. They pay attention to detail, and tell me exactly whats going on with the car. I went for a routine service and with their special it came out to $90. Im very pleased with everything! Also, they give you a detailed receipt and synopsis of your car in an email after its been serviced which I love. Thanks guys for all your hard work and Ill be seeing you soon!

I went into the shop the very first time and was greeted by very nice lady who asked me how she could help me. A man was sitting about three feet away from me looking at a computer and she asked him if he could change the supercharger oil. He said hes only done it once on a Mini Cooper and that it was a difficult job. Based on that comment I told him there was a YouTube video that showed a way to change the oil in the supercharger without removing it. He then went off on me and said that thats for do-it-yourselfers and I told him that he told me he never did it and he was rude and obnoxious and I said good luck and left. He may be a good mechanic; Ill never find out because he was a very unprofessional business person and I will never refer him in fact I will do the opposite. Doesnt pay to yell at customers who make a suggestion as it will come back to bite you many times over....

My 2005 Bmw 325i crank but not start and I towed to them. They are recommended by surrounding garage as the best expert on BMW. The owner Mr Lother very quickly found out it is the fuel pump problem and it is a SULEV model that fuel pump embedded inside fuel tank. Mr. Lother waived the diagnostic fee and searched database found the SULEV system has 15 year/150k mile warranty. He recommended me to go to dealer for the warranty fix.This is a family operated garage that kept Germans honesty. They only service Benz, BMW, and Volvo. I m very appreciate them.
