Customer service is terrible. came in to get a set. it took them over an hour to soak off my previous nails. only one girl could do the design i wanted, and she basically refused to see me. when it was my turn, she seated someone else and began working on them and told me i’d have to wait an additional 45 minutes. plus the hour i already waited. ridiculous. will NOT be coming back.

I am new to the area. In VA I typically pay 20-25 for a gel manicure. I could not communicate with the nail tech due to a language barrier. It was difficult to choose a color because I couldn’t ask for nail colors available. I wanted a design and another tech did that (appeared first tech was training) and second tech was very frustrated while painting the design. I was charged 40 for a gel manicure and 2 nails with a simple design, all while being treated like it was a bother to complete my nail service at this salon.

I took my daughter to get her nails done and me get a pedicure my daughters nails were perfect and my toenails are beautiful and it was a good price to $45 for a pedicure it was worth it. My feet felt good afterwards 💯

I never thought in a million years I would be charged $45 for an acrylic fill! No broken nails. Just a simple fill. And the nail tech did an awful job on a French manicure. Lesson learned! Always ask what the price is before you sit down!!

Pretty sure she used an old stick for my facial wax that was used on someone else prior to me. Then she preceded to double dip in the wax after application to my face which is a no no for germ transmission. So disgusting here

This was the worst experience ever. I went with a friend to treat her to a manicure. During the manicure I look over and see her wincing in pain. She’s a tough cookie and isn’t one to speak up so she stuck it out. I had no idea what had happened until she shows me her nails and to my HORROR they had filed and clipped into her flesh where her nail should be. We politely tried to explain to them that we aren’t angry, but my friend is in PAIN, and instead of simply apologizing and refunding us, they all gathered around and made excuses saying “her nail was too short” WHAT?? THAT IS NO EXCUSE TO CUT INTO SOMEONES FLESH. They didn’t even give us the entire refund— only a third and never apologized. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL. Beware.

The service for the pedicure was awesome. The older man took great care in his job and was very nice. He made sure it was how I wanted it and that I was satisfied with my toes, however the lady who did my full set was horrible. She had a horrible attitude and a foul mouth... she pushed my hand under the dying fans and scuffed two of my nails, then she proceeded to curse at me about my nails when I told her to fix it.. she did not fix it well then she left the establishment so that I couldnt get her to fix them again. Luckily another girl saw my frustration and fixed it.

Despite a couple of bad reviews on here, I gave them a try and I LOVED it!!! I will definitely be going back they did an amazing job on my nails and their prices are cheap.

Love this place!! Anytime I need brows, a full set, or anything I go here. The older lady who does my brows is always super sweet and she gets them exactly how I want them every time (I prefer to get them done here rather than at my salon)! I rarely get pedicures but the full sets are amazing & last a while too. The wait is sometimes long and unorganized, but overall it’s one of my favorite places to get nails & brows in oxford.

Im looking at all of these negative reviews and Im like ??? Did we go to the same place? My first ever visit to this place was awesome. The lady running it was so cooperative and kind, she was very precise and organized and the pricing wasnt any different than anywhere else Ive been to. With all of the COVID-19 precautions going on, it was hard to find a place to get my nails done without waiting days, but I walked in and asked how long of a wait it would be and she said an hour. She called me in from my car 50 minutes later. I loved it! My nails are picture perfect and I enjoyed the service. Will be going back!

Amazing i love my nails

I had dip nails soaked off and ask for a manicure. So she did not speak to me again until she told me to get up and move to the nail dryer. My nails look like a two year old took a crayon and colored outside the lines. Not to mention I had dried left over chemical on my hands from the removal. So I went straight to Sally’s and bought product to remove the awful polish left all over my nails. I forgot to mention the two flies I had to keep fanning away. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I love coming in here! Not only do they do any amazing job but make sure to explain the process ask me if I like it at every step of the way to make sure I’m happy with my nails. Only place I have found that my nails stay on longer and everything.

Would not recommend . Left with two crooked nails (asked her to fix them, she only made it worse & did not care at all) & a horrible experience! The nail techs really don’t communicate with customers, which is totally fine! But my nails could have atleast been done properly!

They were busy this time but I had to wait almost an hour for just a polish change and nail repair. After being their over 35 min. I was told maybe another 10 min. wait. A lady and her daughter that came in later were getting a pedicure and got in the chair b4 me and I was still waiting. I just decided to leave after that and don’t think I will be returning. Customer service there needs improvement. One idea I highly recommend that would help is a book for the customers to sign in on as they come in and they call the next customer from the sign in list.

I usually go to US nails but decided to try this place. It was terrible. It was expensive and the lady putting on my tips put them on at an angle so that if my hand was flat, the tips pointed upwards. It was hideous. I sat at their lamps trying to dry them for 15-20 minutes and they never dried. Their lamps have extremely weak bulbs. I paid the money to them then went straight to US nails to get them fixed. The acrylic wasn’t even dry yet. They fixed them for me and at that point I was satisfied. Do not recommend this place. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because no one was particularly rude and they had a good selection of colors.

Ive tried several nail salons around here, hands down they ARE THE BEST!!! One of the customers at my store recommended I try them before going out of town, so I went and got mine done lasted me almost 4 weeks and still looked amazing! All the workers are extremely friendly! They definitely make sure youre happy before leaving... most in town dont so half the steps they do! Or care youre walking around with their work on your hands. Im a cashier, I tend to try keeping mine up, definitely referred a lot to them! If you havent given them a chance, you have no idea what your missing!!!

I went the other day to get a gel manicure and had the worst experience of my life! I was very dissatisfied with how my nails turned out and was told that it cost $40.00! With no price list posted I was completely caught off guard. I asked if they could please fix it or remove the gel as I was not going to pay $40.00 for something that looked so awful that I was going to have to go home and re-do them myself. The new owner refused to even look at my nails and informed me that if they were going to fix them that I would now owe $50.00 ($10.00 extra to soak them off). I refused to pay unless the problem was fixed and calmly tried to negotiate with her. At that point I gave her the $20.00 gift certificate I had, and walked out. The owner had an employee follow me throughout the complex and write my license plate number down. She then called the police and yelled at me that I either pay or go to jail. It was absolutely insane! I was horrified at my treatment and their lack of customer service.

Great service. Excellent pedicure. Would have given a 5☆ but had to rescind my previous comment due to a trainee giving me the worst pedicure ever. They gave me a professional and started over and it was perfect!

Not ONLY was my toe sliced open by a metal scrubbing tool that is to NOT be used in nail salons anymore. She had the nerve to ask me what I did to my toe. Umm excuse me? You just cut me. This was Tuesday, it is now Sunday and my nail polish is almost completely gone off of my toe nails. I will NOT be back.

Over priced! $40 for a fill-in!!! Not friendly at all! The pamphlet says 25 and up but dang, my nails was not in bad shape, they did NOT have to fix anything. They just wanted to over charge because they could!!! The only nail salon in oxford thats super high. Ill rather go out of town to get my nail care than go back to this place.

Ok I wish I never gave this place a chance my nails looked better coming then going out.they left polish on my skin and I had to ask them to fix it three times, 2hours for a pedicure and full set 90$🙄what I wish I could give negative stars cause that what needs to be shown,,, I truly recommend you think 2,3 4 before coming here,,, oh after leaving went to a restaurant and the waitress said I quote I do my own nails also to save money,,I didnt even wanna say I just got them done at NYC nails I was just more disappointed with the fact I went here

I went in at 2:39, sat there waiting for someone to even approach me. No one did. When some one finally came up to me, he sat me at one of the mani spots. I was not talked to or worked on for an hour. I got up and left and then they wanna tell me they are ready for me. Not worth the time

Went for a pedicure. The girl rushed through the whole thing to the point that I couldnt even relax and the paint job is not even good. My feet are also very rough on the bottom and do not feel good at all. Not to mention they charge an extra dollar if you use a credit card. I will not be back.

They make it sooo thin that the next day it got chipped off. The lady that had ombré hair is good. But she kept on adding more and more to the price. But the next day I got the guy and he didn’t care about the customers I accidentally scraped the nail polish. I said excuse me hello I even raised my hands and he didn’t answer. Then I was like excuse me ser. Even if you have an appointment or I was heeded to the airport and I was in a rush I waited for 30 minuets and I got one one thumb repainted it took him 30 minutes.

Not from here and was excited to see a nail salon unfortunately I didnt read the reviews and was very displeased. My nails are way to short the polish could have been done neater and was cut. I understand everyone makes mistakes but it was obvious that it was careless and she did not apologize or even point it out I realized it after my finger was burning and red. I knew after I paid she darted out and just rushed me through.

Theres really only one person in the that EVERYONE wants to do their nails. The older techs cut you with the drill and files into your meat without acknowledging or apologizing for it. I will never ever go back to this place. My pedicure was very bad and the girl who did it didnt even know everything she was supposed to do. These nail shops are such a racket and it looks like its hard to find a good one. The girl who did my pedicure looked like she was 14 years old. First, they set up an appointment for me at 8 a.m. on Saturday. They were not open until 9 a.m. I had to call them after an hour of killing time in town until they finally answered their phone. Then, when I arrived they did the absolute bare minimum with my gel polish. I had to continuously point out things that needed to be addressed in order for the manicurist to fix them. The polish barely goes to the edges of my nails, with many spaces left uncovered. In addition to all of this, none of their materials were sterilized and I felt concern for my hygiene. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have never left here thinking my nails look terrible by any means, but I have left feeling frustrated by the price (every single time). In no way am I saying that theyre overpriced in comparison to other places in town, but it seems that I always end up paying significantly more than I was originally quoted. Im not sure if this is due to disorganization, miscommunication, or if theyre purposely trying to rip people off. Whatever the reason, its frustrating and the quality of work is just not worth it.

I just recently moved here and needed my eyebrows waxed. the place was empty and after all 3 employees gave me head-to-toe look up and down, one of them decided to ask if i needed anything. not a great beginning to getting service, right?the girl that did my eyebrows grabbed the strip and pulled. she didnt hold her fingers down over the sensitive area after she pulled it off. it hurt. i told her in the 20+ years that ive been getting my eyebrows done, someone has always provided some comfort after pulling the strip off. she refused to do it. so i had to do it. my eyes watered like ive never had my eyebrows done. i will NOT be going back. i found them to be rude, unfriendly and not very professional. theres too much competition out there for the employees to be rude.

I hardly ever get my nails done and the ONE time i choose to get it done to relax I had the absolute worst customer service. EXTREMELY RUDE! Everything the guy said to me was very rude. He talked to me like I was an idiot. I dont see this business lasting long. Yea my nails looked ok but I truly could get the same quality of a manicure anywhere else. There are sooo many nail places quality AND CUSTOMER SERVICE is what will set your business apart. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here. The WORST and RUDEST customer service Ive received.

The worst eyelash extensions that I ever had. They used the wrong kind of glue (false eyelash kind). They were sticky and hair, make up and stuff . My eyelids stuck together multiple times. I called them and talked to the manager to complain . And all I got back in poor English was that they had not had a problem in the past

They sucked. I asked for round and I got a pointy uneven shape. Also asked for dip and I got gel. When I said my nails were uneven the lady snapped at me and said I don’t know where you see they are uneven and she didn’t even try to fix it.

I had to wait a whole hour before anyone could call me back. They let people that got here after me go first, and not everyone knew how to do acrylics(what I needed) not great service👎🏼

Theyve always fit me in when I come as a walk-in. Sometimes there is a lot going on in there, so its not the most relaxing place ever, but they do a good job.

Just had the absolute worst pedicure I have every had anywhere. Very unfriendly, never asked how short to cut nails or shape. An expensive pedicure and spent less than 15 minutes from beginning to end. Pedicure chairs are worn out and most options inoperable. Will never, ever step foot in that place again.

Im never going back there again! They are extremely expensive and the last time I was there I accidentally dropped a bottle of nail polish and the lady told me to get something and clean it up with an attitude I might add and then charged me full price for a half empty used bottle of nail polish ....

Worst nail experience Ive ever had. There was only one other customer and 4 workers yet it took them 45 minutes to start on my nails. They are all just sitting around playing on their phones and chatting. The air conditioning doesnt work as well.
