Two stars for the great facility, big space, great machines to work out on. Black card area is superb.In the beginning everyone was super nice, they spoke to us when we came in and when we left out.There is a manager named Brandon there and he is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, also a young girl with curly hair super nice and sweet.Another younger lady works there that is also nice.This morning I came in and there were two new ladies behind the desk.Neither one of them looked up or said anything to me.I wanted to use the massage chair but again they didnt turn around until I said something.One of the girls had sunglasses on, which was strange, but ok.I miss the other ladies, it is nice to be greeted, I understand I dont pay but $20.00 a month but a smile is worth $1000.

I love Oxford Planet Fitness ! I love planet Fitness period but Oxfords location is 2 stories of awesome ! Plenty of space to be distanced from others and I have friends to go with me too. I love their rule of wear a mask unless youre actively working out !

Amazing new two story gym right off Highway 20. Huge facility with tons of equipment, very spacious, very clean and they have a very helpful staff. The black card area has the nicest tanning beds and hydromassage beds Ive ever seen.

This place is AWESOME!! I never had to wait to get on a machine because Planet Fitness has so many! The layout of this place is simply amazing! I just wish there was a Planet Fitness closer to my home (it takes me around 30 minutes to get there) but totally worth the drive!!

Great facility, awesome staff. You can’t beat the price and the three fantastic equipment you get.Plus 24 hr access.There’s one thing, if they could just keep the showers and restrooms in the female areas clean that would be awesome. I mean especially the showers.

This is an amazing facility! On a side note - I’m really impressed with the growth going on in Oxford - anyway, membership costs $10, but if you want to have access to the tanning beds and other PF locations you have to opt for the $30/mo membership.There is also a signup fee (wasn’t thrilled about that). The gym itself really is world class. Best PG gym I’ve ever been in. Plenty of exercise equipment, 24/7 staff, perfect lighting, temperature, and space, and cleanliness is on par. 👍💯

I was always hesitant to try planet fitness bc of their rules. But I am truly impressed with their equipment, the HUGE facility, and the friendliest staff. With a sweet membership price, its 24-7, offers tan, massage, and so much more. Anyone can reach their goals here!

I am a black card member here and I love it! The employees are so nice and professional. The tanning beds and massage beds are amazing. There is a piece of equipment for everyone.

One of the biggest Planet Fitness locations Ive ever visited, and Ive visited at least 100. Brand new and very well done, with all the usual equipment comfortably arrayed on two spacious levels.

Potential safety concern? ⚡️⚡️⚡️ had to switch showers when I realized the water was leaking through the light fixture ... might want to pay that some attention. Must of been like this for a while since there’s like mold or something growing in there. When the shower is running the water gushes through the light fixture pretty consistent. Beautiful gym though .

Staff not very friendly at all. The staff is to busy talking to one another or their loved ones to be bothered by a customer. But when they do take the time away from that they will give you a smirk comment to ask about tanning sessions or massage time.They will treat you like you are wasting their time by being there. Dont expect a welcome, a smile r even a good bye . Its clean though and unfortunately Its the only one close to me. Im not trying to discourage anyone Im just giving you my experience. (I have been going to this one since it opened and this is what I have experienced Everytime my husband my friends and I have been there.)I have had wonderful experience s at other planet fitness es. And Im hoping other people have had a better experience there.

Really nice Associates who work their. They are respectful to the older folks like me. This means a lot to me. I highly recommend it. Very clean and kept up up. Plus it stays open 24 hours.

You pay for what you get. People claim this gym is geared towards beginners or those who are just starting to workout. Youd think they would atleast show you how to work the equipment when giving you a workout plan. Maybe I expected this because thats the way snap fitness does it but you have to purchase it. I dont see that option for this gym. So for 23/ a month and nothing down you get the equipment and thats that.

Great gym all around. I was a little hesitant on buying a membership at first due to the lack of free weight. But the gym makes up for that by having almost every machine you can think of 😂 Also a great environment for beginners, I never feel any judgement lifting here. They have great employees as well that are on standby to answer any questions you have.

Everything and everyone was so great. They were so helpful. I love the ease it is to exercise without worrying how uncomfortable it is. Then lets talk about the different massage beds and chairs. That hydro massage was the absolute best. Thank you for bringing that into my life!!!

I thought Tyler tx was the best location until I got over here to Alabama. Oxford has the absolute best shower for a full body drenching.

I love planet fitness because you would like going there. They have excellent worker and they have anything you would like to get on. And the place is always clean. I went to the one in oxford alabama and I enjoyed it. It make you feel good.

First of all The Management,is Mean, They were not Helpful,The new I had Vip Black card and let me go back there, with my Daughter, and Didnt tell me I had to sign in.they were so Rude,Im never going back to oxford,Al planet Fitness,Bye the way I m a man of color,They made me feel like I was begging Them to be There!!!!¡!

This gym exceeded my expectations. The machines are better than Ive ever used before. Dont let the crowded parking lot fool you its really not that crowded once inside.

First time in was ok, but the following visit left much to be desired. Most employees never left the counter and they bad mouthed people when they thought nobody was listening. Spa area had multiple broken machines according to employees. The workout equipment was good, but that is about it.

They are super busy which is great for them. Staff looks to be all younger people that are there for a paycheck and could care less. I had a trainer session and he actually took me on a tour after I had asked multiple times about amenities and what my membership included.

WOW!!! I literally just had the best day ever at this gym. 1 hr turned into 3 because the energy was just so LIT.I am beyond impressed with this gym and the staff. The facility was spotless, following Covid guidelines, had sanitizing stations set up and plenty of machines to work out on.Hannah Layman gave me my tour and answered all of my questions with friendliness and professionalism. She is spectacular and PF is lucky to have her.The tanning beds and message chairs were NICEEEE. I was not expecting that at all. Bathrooms were spotless. Free lockers outside the restroom area (score)!I travel the world for my career and have high expectations with gyms. To say I was blown away by this facility is an understatement.For those of you that are worried about working out and scared of being judged… This is a place for you! It is a judgment free zone and I saw that with my own eyes. There are members of ALL fitness levels and that is celebrated in this gym. You will be supported!I HIGHLY recommended this gym. Oh and you should totally spoil yourself with the black card membership if you can afford it, worth it!
