I visited this gym with a friend in the hopes of signing up. However the state of the gym was horrifying! The gym and equipment was FILTHY and obviously hasn’t been taken care of in months. I have been at many gyms and this is by far the dirtiest gym I have ever seen. There is no pride taken by employees to keep it clean and do regular maintenance. You would think that with Covid there would be extra precautions being taken and extra cleaning happening to keep members safe!

Equipment is great but it’s never cleaned ever. It seems like it’s been neglected for months. Dirt is piled up on things. Would be five stars if they would clean it.

I love this gym! For the most part it looks very well maintained and clean (with the ocasional spider quietly chilling in some corner and taking care of other bugs, I presume). They have 2 bins with separate hand towels available for personal use (blue towels) and for cleaning equipment (white towels), and there are several bottles with disinfectant around the gym, so you can wipe the equipment you use before and after use. Of course there is also a huge bottle of hand sanitizer for customers to use. Last but not least, they are also restricting the use of some of the machines, so as to keep 6 ft distance between the people using them, which makes me feel a lot more at ease coming here a couple times a week.

Please for the love of god and all that is Holy fix the air conditioner. It was 87 degrees inthere today and this has been going on for over a month. Please fix before one of us passes out and hits our head on a piece of equipment and dies. Thank you

Beachfit is a very special place to workout. It features all of the racks you need to complete your strenuous compound lifts, however they do not have a proper station with pads to deadlift on. I give this gym 4 stars because they have nice equipment, but some of the other aspects of the gym could be worked on such as cleanliness, and the function of the fingerprint scanner so I can access the gym 24/7. You can expect to have 2 to 3 machines out of order when you go and sometimes the bathroom. All in all it’s a pretty decent gym but it could use some work.
