I had an ongoing problem with Microsoft Vista as the operating system on my laptop and wanted to upgrade to Windows 7. I had a very pleasant conversation regarding my concerns with the actual person who was going to do the work. He patiently answered all my questions and when I got my laptop back it seemed to run like new. Very satisfied with the work and the fact that it was done just as I was promised. Would def. go back!p.s. I could call the person working on my laptop directly if I had any further questions, not speak to some automated machine.
