WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The beautician didnt know what layering was and then she sprayed so much water on me I thought I was swimming. Then I had the feeling of being a yo yo. She raised the lowered the chair so much. I was fine with her not speaking to me BUT to stop my haircut so she could get involved in other peoples conversations.

First time I have been there in 5 or 6 years. Place inside looks so much better than previously. My stylist, Britt, was AWESOME! One of the best haircut experiences I have ever had. Great conversation that wasnt forced and excellent haircut. She really made me feel like she cared about me being there instead of going thru the motions like I have experienced with others in the past. Would definitely recommend the place and I will be going back.

They massacred my hair. Asked for a clean up and ended up losing over half my hair and it was so uneven barber even cut herself. Thank God hair grows back but will never return here.

I didn’t personally go but my boyfriend went today and came home looking a mess! He went to a hairdresser Lulu and she clearly doesnt know how to cut hair. It looks like a haircut an inexperienced mother would give her son in middle school, not something you pay a “hair cutter” to do. This happened last time he went as well. I dont remember the hairdressers name. He told me he is going to start going elsewhere and he doesnt like the cut at all. I’m so disappointed. Do not come here if you want a quality haircut because that’s not what you’ll get.

After reading the reviews online, and searching for a new place, we decided to give Sport Clips a try.I’m so glad we did!Yes there was a little bit of a wait, but the service we all received was GREAT!The manager, the owner & the stylists are all FANTASTIC!A GREAT haircut with FANTASTIC service is worth the wait!I’d highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a top notch service at a reasonable price!

Today was my first visit at this location. I was surprised and pleased at how quick I was seated.Miss. Courtney cut my hair; love it ! I have been seeking for a permanent hairdresser for a few months now . . and I finally found her !I will return to her in 2 - 3 months.Thank you !😁

To the owner I got a great hair cut today looks great no problem there. The speed of service needs to improve you lost at least 7 customers today walking in due to the 1:30 wait. I myself waited 1:30 with one in front of me. Can you afford to miss out on $200 in sales in a 2hour stretch? Are you under staffed on purpose? The manager on duty said the long wait is due to other hair places in the area closing do you want to be added to that list? My wife won’t bring our kids here any longer due to the poor service. I’ve given you all my last chance good luck. I will not be back.

Horrible-scheduled online for my son and got a text saying that we had to be there in 10 minutes. We show up and both check in computers were down, I saw on the board that my son was next in line. One of the stylists was entering the names into their system and all of a sudden we had a 40 min wait. I said something and I was told- someone has come in after you checked in online so they are next..... makes no sense. One of the stylists on duty was extremely rude as well. This place has been going downhill .. will never go back. I DO NOT recommend this place

Been on deck for over 45min at this point. Seems there is more talking than cutting going on. I will need a second haircut before I get this haircut.Now that my haircut is complete, more listening and less talking would have been helpful. I asked for clippers on the back and sides and scissors on top with thinning the top. Megan used clippers on top and sides while she complained avoab the other customers that left due to VERY long wait times. I will be finding a new place to go.I logged in online at 11:00 and just finished at 1:00.

Normally receive haircut at garrison location once an month or so. Usually fine with next available stylist as they have record of how I like haircut. However my last haircut was horrible. Just awful. A stylist I had never seen before cut my hair in about 4-5 minutes (from sitting in chair to getting up from chair). Used different number clipper on sides and randomly used scissors over top of head despite my telling her my normal numbers on side, etc. Embarrassingly bad!Now having said that....when I finally did complain the folks could not have been nicer. Spoke with store manager who asked I come him and ask for her so she could personally fix my hair. She was apologetic and felt responsible though she was not my stylist. Also told me stylist I had would not be there any more. My guess is there have been many complaints about the stylist whose name starts with a W. All my other visits have been great so I will definitely give them another shot.

Waiting now for half an hour after on line check in. My hair stylist isnt here. She had to deliver an air conditioner to another store. Only one cutter here. 4 people have left since I got here. Im leaving too. This is a sinking ship and the owner must be blind or just doesnt care. Im done with this place.

All of the employees are very friendly and their service has always been quick. I always have whomever is available cut my hair, and sometimes its a little too short. I think its understandable though since Im getting different stylists most every time. Overall, a great place for a quick haircut.

Both Michelle & Sarina do an excellent job! The whole process (haircut, washing, clean-up) is a relaxing moment for me after a long day of work. Also, its nice knowing that if one is out, I can always ask for the other.

After a very horrible experience that my 5 year old son and I had, I spoke to the field supervisor, she asked me to comeback and assure me that will not happen again, I came one more time the 2 ladies in the evening had attitude because I came at 7:30 pm which was near 8pm closing time, did terrible hair cut rushing through the 30 minutes. Today I came before 7:30 and they turned me away, the manager told me that if they took me in will make them late to close the store on time. I feel very sorry for the owner of this place, with this kind of customer service I don’t think he/she will stay in business long. Today they lost 2 customers my son and I customer who also buy hair products, and leaves gratitudes of 30-50%im not just saying it is fact.

This place as had a steady decline. There used to be a number of young and friendly stylists. Now there never seems to be more than 2-3 stylists here which means all it takes is about 4 people waiting to have an hour wait. I used to always get the whole package with hot towel and shampoo and now it never feels appealing to stay any longer than I have to for a number of reasons. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Been coming here for almost a year now. My stylist Monica is the best! Their wait at times can be long but no one is forcing anyone to wait, you wait because you like the experience you get.

Store has a friendly new approach and is excellent management team. As long as you communicate and tell them how you feel they are more then willing to fix any problems.

A little pricey, but good. The new online check-in is great so we dont have to wait.

Had terrible experience. I usually go to sport clips of Pikesville but was on my way to the gym so decided to stop at this place. Never again. Asked for a low fade and got butchered. And I mean butchered. One of the other technicians fixed the style but had to cut my hair at a number 1 blade. Basically I am almost bald.

First lady on floor invited other person and made me to wait for 10mins. As I was waiting second lady came and invited me to the deck, she is not smiling, not talking looks like she is unhappy for something. She hardly spoke couple of words with me, and completed haircut in 5-7 mins. Hair cut was bad, her approach is unwilling, her treatment is annoying.***PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS PLACE***

Barbers change here as fast as my hair grows. Rarely does the same one work long enough to visit twice.

You request a certain cut but they do whatever they want. When you pay for mvp they put hardly any effort into it. Eldersburg location is much better. I asked for a very small part and got it one inch thick line in tte worst spot. Not all the girls are bad, but its hit or miss.

Average haircuts, but disappointing customer service, management, and ownership. I refuse to support this owner and his lack of professionalism.I arrived with my two young children at 11:50AM, on a Thursday afternoon. We requested Julie, the manager, as she does a good job and we have been satisfied with the cut in the past. We were informed she was just finishing up a client and would be right with us. We waited maybe 15 minutes. Julie came out and told us that the owner of the shop had arrived and he asked that she not take us, as he needed to talk with her. She said if we didnt mind waiting, she would only be a few minutes. I agreed, we would continue to wait----thinking it would only be a few minutes. The owner and Julie BOTH knew that we were the only customers in the shop waiting at that time, and they let us wait. They finally emerged from the back room, at 12:45PM. Needless to say I was unhappy and had been ready to just leave, but had already waited with my littles so long---and didnt want to have to return again. Julie immediately started my sons haircut. I asked her if we would be receiving a free haircut for having to wait so long. She said not that I know of. I then went to find the owner. I took him off to the side, and spoke calmly but requested that we have a free haircut as we had been waiting almost an hour. He made no apology, and in fact stated our meeting only lasted 15 minutes, mam. I was shocked. Why should I have to wait 15 minutes at all for you to have a meeting while you knew a customer was sitting there?! I told him I thought that was very unprofessional and we had been there since 11:50AM. He said well, Ill tell you what....Ill give you half price today. I couldnt believe he wasnt even willing to make the situation right by apologizing for the delay, or offering to allow a kids haircut for free! (A meager $14). I told him I didnt want the half price, I would just pay in full and not return. He didnt seem to care and just stated sorry you feel that way as he walked away. RIDICULOUS. I didnt realize Julie was a manager until after I had already talked to the owner. I was disappointed that SHE hadnt tried to apologize or even come out to tell us shes sorry the meeting is taking a little longer, or anything! Such a bummer. I will not return, as I cant support a business owner who doesnt even take care of a customer who is dissatisfied for GOOD REASON.
