Melvin checked me in. He is personable but professional. I came in for an oil change and I was late for my appointment. He was still able to accommodate me and I truly appreciate it. I’m grateful that I can trust NTB with all my car maintenance needs. I have been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so.

I went in on a Wednesday, just before closing, I was politely told that no more services were being done that day. They promptly made me an appointment for the following day! When I returned to the store, they were courteous, professional and Fast! Plugged my tire and did a safety check... In under an hour. Loved it. The store was clean, the staff were awesome.I will be back if I need more services.

Totally dissatisfied!My 95 Honda was apparently to old to bother with for a wheel alignment.I was told it needed additional parts and that the mechanic could not break free one of the parts to perform the job. My keys were given back to me and told to basically leave because they had other more important jobs to handle. I was not even given a estimate to perform the additional work. I then took it to a private shop where the mechanic laughed at NTBs claim at not being able to break loose the part, as he did it with ease, and therefore completed the wheel alignment.Customer Beware!!

Great, service as always. Staff communicates well if they need to order a part or if it will take longer. They let you know if you if any other recommendations that may need to be done to your car.

After hours of calling around to see who can patch a small hole in my tire that wouldn’t cost me $75, these guys were able to get me in and out while busy under an hour for a fraction of the cost. Will definitely be come here more often.

Employees weren’t welcoming when I dropped off/picked up the car, then I had to call and check on the status. The kicker was all the fingerprints and grease left on my steering wheel and clutch. I just know there’s a wipe some where in sight that could have been used to clean these places before handing me back my keys.

I got my brand new tires done .The next day my car axle popped! No they didnt make it popped.I have an older car. Chris the representative is highly professional! He told me the ends and out of what needed to get fixed on my car. They did a remarkable job from what damage that had occur to my car recently. Worst customer service ever, you have an appointment to get something simple done, like rotation, you still wait for 2 hours, I bought tiers from them with road hazard warranty and I get two nails in the same tire and the guy tells me I need a whole new tire. So I told him just fix one nail then, he was like ok will do, I was shocked by his answer. Smh

Oh my goodness where do I start?? I have gone to this NTB numerous times and everytime I come here they are phenomenal!! Everyone here is so nice and so courteous; from the time I come in, to the time I leave. No type of bs nor just trying to get over on you. I called NTB Owings Mills to get a price for an alignment. Calvin quoted me a price and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, Calvin was helping someone else, however he acknowledged me when he heard my name. He and the other employees provided great customer service. Calvin even gave me a discount for my service. I will definitely get my car serviced here again.

I’ve been going here for years for alignments and to get tires mounted, but I am definitely never coming back again after today. I recently installed new rims and tires on my car and scheduled an appointment for a free alignment check on NTB’s website. When I came in and said I was there for my appointment for a free alignment check, some kid with an attitude tried to tell me that I still needed to pay for the alignment regardless of whether my car actually needed one. In the past, they’d check my alignment, show me the print out, and if the car needed one then I would have them do the alignment. This guy basically told me that what’s on the website doesn’t matter, and that this service is only really available to customers getting other work done such as oil changes and etc. In his words, If he has to go through all the trouble of putting the car on the rack and attaching all of those complicated sensors to the wheels, I have to pay full price for an alignment.. even if he doesn’t end up having to do the actual alignment. He then had the nerve to act like I was an a$$hole for being a bit hesitant to accept this amazing offer. What a freaking joke

NTB (no tire because...) or (not to buy) Price for one tire increased by $50 than agreed to when I ordered. Planning for a trip on a Friday, knowing it would take a few days I ordered a tire on Monday. Show up on Thursday morning as discussed and tire was there. Problem is different employee working than original person tells me it’s not $130 something plus mounting, it’s $180! Mr Tire was also in $130 range, Ntb was more convenient for my schedule. Now no tire until next week because I made the poor choice in choosing Ntb. In the future, if I broke down in front of NTB I would use AAA and tow to a company with INTEGRITY.

Joe, peyton, and brett hooked me up big time. I had a blowout on a runflat which are rarely in stock. But they ordered one and got it same day and I couldnt be happier. Courteous and great service are hard to find but youll find them here.

I dropped my car off in the morning for oil change and had it back by 1pm as they told me .They throughly inspected my car tested my battery, checked my brakes, adjusted my tire pressures, topped off my fluids. They did recommend having minor Services all pad s and rotors and serpentine belt And new struts Joe was very polite and helpful and gave me a Thorough price estimate. Had to decline for now because with the holidays coming up have to save money but I’m definitely bringing my Car back here In the future

My girlfriend Lynette recommended that I bring my vehicle to NTB Owings Mills. Our girlfriend Vanessa came on Friday and had a great experience. Joe Fireman comes highly recommended. I was waited on immediately upon entering the store. I was informed of the wait time and after providing the necessary vehicle information I took a seat to wait my turn. Each employee is very nice, engaging and accommodating. I got $10 off for providing this review which I would’ve done regardless because of the great service. This location is prefer the most . I feel like professionals work here.Update: I wont take my vehicle back there ever! Mechanic did not do a thorough job. Screws were missing from undercarriage nor were the tires rotated. Horrible job even worst service . In fact very unprofessional and poor service

The NTB in Owings Mills was great they made up for the bad service of the location in Reisterstown. That location did not take responsibility for disconnecting wires to my O2 sensor. When all they were supposed to do was put on new tires. I will NEVER go back to the Reisterstown location again. I had to have another mechanic fix the wiring issue. The Owings Mills location did the right thing and refunded me the money I had to put out caused by the Reisterstown NTB.

Just want to clarify something about a couple of the staff members. There are two Bretts, however the manager Brett Lipman has been there over a year and majority of the comments about Brett, are clearly referring to him. Im sure the new Brett is just as nice, however, credit needs to be given to where credit is due, the original Brett. Thank you for your professional service!

I came in on Thursday for 4 tires and alignment My appointment was at 1 I came a little late but joe still squeezed me in was told it was gonna be 2 hours so I left the car there was very surprised that joe called me back less than an hour to tell me my cars done that’s what I call fast and friendly service I need my brakes done will definitely be coming back to get that done
