They fixed a bumper that was out of alignment on a vehicle. Did a great job. The deal suggested to replace the entire bumper which was unnecessary.

Theyre fairly priced, but more importantly I know that they are honest with their recommendations and have told me on numerous occasions when something didnt need to be done yet (rear brake pads, tires, etc). The best shop for miles and miles!

I had been putting off servicing my 2001 Ford Ranger because of bad previous experiences with local dealerships. A friend recommended Cartys. My experience was positive in every way. Donna was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and I was kept informed on every aspect of my repair. They needed to custom make new brake lines for my truck and install a new door latch for the cab door (among other things). I had looked at the door latch myself and gaining access to it was a real pain. The labor charge for this was just over $100 which I thought was very fair. The people are nice, honest, competent and professional. What more could you ask for. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, and thanks to my friend for sending me.

On several occasions I was told by other repair shops that major repairs were necessary. Cartys said the suggested repairs werent needed. I have saved thousands of dollars because of their honesty and integrity. I wont go anywhere else!

A good body shop with friendly staff. Very nice, clean collision repair. They coordinate very well with insurance companies & car rental.

Cartys is a repair shop you can trust, simple as that. They are knowledgeable with many different types of vehicles and problems (we have a Jeep, Toyota, VW, and formerly a Ford). Ive always received prompt, courteous service for a decent price, even when I show up unannounced with a vehicle in tow.4 stars only because I dislike when places charge a $100 diagnostic fee to connect an electronic device for 2mins that does the work for them. Im already spending several hundred $$$ in repairs, please dont find ways to make it more expensive. I can understand if someone comes in and asks for a full diagnostic, then takes their car and leaves, but dont do this to your repeat customers every time (rise above the scam shops profiting on this).

From the minute I step in the door to the time I picked my car up they gave 5 star service. I have a BMW 328 and I am very particular about who fixes my vehicle, where most of the time I take it to BMW and expecially being a car guy. But my insurance company assured me that Cartys was the right place to go. And I 100% agree. They fixed things on the car I didnt expect. They didnt try to sell me anymore or up charge. If I ever need anymore collision repairs, Cartys is the place I will be!!!! Thanks Guys

I went to Cartys about a month ago for an oil change, the staff was very friendly and I did not wait more than 30 minutes for the oil change to be done. The staff is attentive, extremely smart and personable with each costumer. I would definatly reccomend this body shop for excellent service and kind staff.
