Went to the Owensboro store this afternoon with my son to buy a shower door for his house. Asked 3 associates for help and waited 30 minutes for assistance, finally when I told them we were leaving to go to Home Depot to buy a door, someone started walking over to plumbing, after he had ignored the guy trying to call him on the phone several times. He asked me on the way out the door if I needed help and I told him no Im done here. We went to Home Depot and received excellent customer service, in and out in 15 minutes with his shower door.

Knowledgeable staff helped us find things we needed.

The store was very clean, very well laid out. We were looking for a kitchen sink. They did not have the size we need in stock. We did however find a great USA flag and wooden pole.

Great selection, but dang, I dont feel like paying 70 dollars for a 20 dollar ratchet.

Very convenient curbside pickup with friendly and efficient employees. They offer veterans a 10% discount and have veterans parking spaces near the handicap parking.

They have everything one man or woman could ever need. But there prices are extremely high compared to other places. Still enjoy it tho

Absolute horrible experience. Tags on shelves didnt match numerous items. Young cashier tried to get help from three other workers and all were rude to him as well as myself! Out of three workers he asked for assistance from... none of them checked prices and I even offered to assist by SHOWING them where items were. One yelled the price is whatever it rings up! As if I was lying. I left without purchasing the items and a bad sense of customer service. I work in construction and will never step foot back inside Owensboro Lowes. My frequent stops will be with another home construction store!

Asked for help in lawn and garden...worker said he would be right back to help me. He just needed to drop off a ladder. HE NEVER CAME BACK!!! I waited almost 30 minutes. Tried to stop 2 other employees for help...nope. They just kept walking like they didnt see or hear me.

We ordered a new refrigerator and was told it would be available for pick up Monday. We get there to pick it up and after over an hour of waiting, the told us it didnt come in on the truck. When we ordered the refrigerator and paid the associate took my phone number and email address. However, no one called or messaged me that our purchased had not arrived. Very poor customer service.

Went to 3 different stores looking for quality 8x10 area rugs. Why didnt I just start with Lowes? Its where I got my last one, lol. Thank you Lowes for always having quality home improvement products!

Lowes is a decent place to get your DIY items but dont count on the staffs help too much because you can never find anyone that works there to help you.

Very frustrating. Almost 1 hour to find out if my work order had been submitted for my split ham door installation. Order submitted Monday night by the installer and was told I would receive a call about the project cost and be scheduledLast week I waited 30 minutes at the Doors and Window kiosk, pitched help needed button twice and no one ever showed up. Another employee walked by and when I told him my issue, he directed me to the Pro desk. A gentleman then went with me and completed my door purchase, the paper work for the install and finally I could leave the store. Supposedly all the various floor leaders were in a meeting, so I was told. I think ig is ridiculous to have an entire department without representation for that amount of time

Not much to say hell, its lowes they have everything, but prices honestly not their fault, prices are high everywhere like lumber, dont matter where you go as long as they have what you need.

I had to go to Lowes after Home Depot didnt have the polyurethane I needed. Trip exceeded my expectations when I not only got to see an Australian Cattle dog, but TWO Belgian Malinois! 10/10 would recommend!

I personally dont shop at lowes much anymore. I used to love lowes but the last few times I was there I really couldnt get any help. I was there to purchase a whole bath room last time and couldnt even gets flat carts. Finally because lowes didnt want me to unload a flat cart they had loaded with orders in the isle an employee went outside and got me 2 flat carts from the parking lot. There were several flat carts in the store. All which were loaded with orders. Their costumer service has went down hill bad over the last few years.

I give it 1 star because it doesnt have a zero star option. The service here by the employees is dismal.

Terrible service waited 30 minutes for someone to come to get tile from a top shelf. I went to tell another employee I needed some tile on the top shelf and waited another 45 minutes before anyone came.

My experience was great u needed help theyll help u nice people & store.

The employees are always helpful. If I have a problem Wes is usually there to help.

The individual who was helping me (an Asian gentleman) was excellent in assisting me.

I went and bought all new appliances from here and I will never go back. Was supposed to get a Samsung fridge it didnt come on the truck with the other appliances. I call the store and they say they have no proof of me buying a fridge at all but yet I got my other appliances that are on the receipt. I then get damaged appliances that are so bad that the delivery guys said they arent for sure the washer would work it was so badly damaged..

The employees are completely inattentive and you have to go looking for someone to check out at a counter. I love Lowe’s but this location needs to weed out their lazy employees.

In need of a refrigerator desperately, went to HD first they had absolutely none in stock. Went to Lowes next, they had one that would work for us. Salesperson was very helpful and he even loaded it for us. Will definitely be back when we need other appliances.

The one in Owensboro is getting so bad. We had to get some things today told the lady we was a veteran in the system there. So we should get a discount. She blow us off didnt even look didnt any speak to us the whole time checking out. No one there knows enough about the area they work in anymore to get help. The prices are just as high as any other specialist store so for now on go where I can get serve also.

Wish I could do NO stars.I went there to buy 2 storm doors which were on the 2nd shelf, stood there had employees walk buy me to busy talking to each other to help so I opted out of buying those.I went to the plumbing isles for a vanity top and shelf, had the same response there, NO HELP. I figure LOWES is paying people to walk around and talk to each other rather than help customers. If I could have found one of those buttons I would have worn it out.If they dont want my money Ill shop elsewhere.I figure they lost that $700.00 sale.Now they can talk about that.

Found the storm door we wanted. it was located on an upper shelf . Stood forever, no help available. Tried to get drill bits, employee was stocking shelves and not only wouldnt move acted like we were in his way. Wish 0 stars was an option.

I love the people at this store! They have gone above and beyond in customer service for me on more than one occasion. Joe, the manager of the lumber section, has been so supportive in helping with the projects I take on for my classroom. There are so many people in the lumber department that have been extremely helpful to me, I wish I could name them all! One thing that really stands out about the employees at this Lowe’s is that they talk to me just like they would talk to any man who walks in the store. They respect my intelligence even though I don’t look like someone who would be into home improvement and building things, and I appreciate that so much!

I dont come here often but when I need something for a project they usually got it. The website is nice too if you have set to your local store as itll tell you exactly where the item your looking for is located before you get there.

Good selection with plenty of staff to assist. However, only a few certain employees are especially knowledgeable in areas pertaining to their department. Finding that person is not difficult, because most employees will track their more experienced coworker who can properly assist you - but having only a few of these employees around the whole store means theyre often tied up - too much to be able to assist every single customer seeking help.

Ordered a dishwasher that was suppose to be delivered Saturday. Delivery date got changed to Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. No call no show and no dishwasher to be found. Called the store and no one can find the dishwasher. So now Im gonna have to wait a whole other week for them to get another one delivered to them before I can get it.

I had 3 employees offering to help me while loading up several boards of lumber. Also one employee (Brian) seemed very knowledgeable as on two other occasions was friendly and courteous. This place is much improved over a few years ago.
