Made a call Saturday around 9am. Message states we are currently closed and hours are Monday through Friday 7 to 4:30 and 7 to 12 on Saturday.obviously they either do not update their information or arent efficient enough to manage their phone system.

I had to rent an electric snake to fix some clogged pipes. They were very helpful and even gave me a little extra to try and get it unclogged. Thanks for trying to help!

Rented 50 foot snake...when we picked up we could tell that the coil was twisted. Incompetent manager said no its not, it will self feed WRONG..sure enough..it would not feed out. HOW CONVENIENT....it was close to closing time and we called and no one answered. WE TRIED FOR 1.5 HOURS TO FIX.. Due to reason of needing the snake...HUGE WATER BACKUP IN KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY....we had to find another solution. Forced to spend $294 TO FIX. Story gets better.. RETURNED unit first thing NEXT am. AGAIN INCOMPETENT, RUDE, CONDOSCENDING MANAGER..SAYS...oh its not broke..you just dont know how to use!! NOT THE RIGHT ANSWER. I SAID ITS BROKE, YOU NEED TO FIX IT..DONT RENT ANYTHING HERE...THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
