I booked an appointment 3 hours to an appointment that the barber confirmed through the Booksy App. However, they never showed up for the set time. There were no other patrons there and I was not offered service by any of the team members (which I made aware of the situation). I waited ten minutes after the set time before leaving. Oddly enough, I was not able to leave a review on Booksy because the barber marked me down as a ‘no show’ approximately 1 hour after the set appointment time.

I had my sons hair cut here by Kordell Stovall he did a great job. I would recommend him or any of the staff to anyone looking to keep their same style or switch it up. I had the opportunity to see all these guys work while I was here.
