Daniel has been my agent for almost 7 years. In that time he has us been there for us time and again. He shows up when called if he can make it out and if possible will personally handle your claim. His office staff are all very professional and incredibly helpful as well. They have helped me with buying different products to filing a claim as well. Each time they give attention to your claim and help in every way possible!

Maybe I have bad memory.. :(.. Heh ).Anyway, they are AMAZING!!!! Go to him. If you want car insurance GO TO HIM. Seriously, after years of being BRd at progressive I had an accident that was horrible. The person that ran into me was also a progressive driver and it was a bad deal that I would have to write a book about. But I got a settlement and I left progressive and came here. It was so much better. Geico was so much higher, Progressive was awful, but here it is great. I am very happy at saving money and they make life easy.Also, if you forget to pay your bill, or you dont have enough funds in your auto payment, they will call you literally the next day and help you out. Seriously the best people ever who do car insurance.

Moved to Illinois they told me to find a state farm where Im going. In Illinois but yet just charged my account when I dont even have insurance with them anymore .I have other car insurance in Illinois. Im furious! You said you tried to reach me but never left a message..Ive already called and disputed the charges . Also called this morning and took care of it myself thanks.

The staff is friendly but with so many mistakes and incomplete policies we are very disappointed. We will continue with State Farm but with another agent.
