Always on point and responds in the moment or same day. Finds the coverage I need and finds the discounts that keep my bill reasonable. Remembers you as a client and not a policy number. I’ve walked in with no appointment and without giving my name or anything Kent knew who I was and was already pulling up my policy without having to get any details from me. Instead of asking questions about who I was he asked about me and my family and how our last trip to Florida was. I hadn’t been in his office since right before that trip almost a year prior and he picked right back up where our previous conversation left off. Not many give their clients that kind of attention or care but with Kent Banning this is the norm in my experience.

He wasnt well informed on certain issues and became defense when pressed on those matters. But his front office staff has an excellent personality and bright smile. Its worth going there just to see her.Decided to try and work out the misunderstandings between Kent and myself. So I went to his office and had a sitdown with him. Asked, what we needed to discuss so we could repair our professional relationship. I was received with an air of indifference and Kent was completely unable to expect his part in our misunderstandings. So I listened to his side of how he wasnt making any money off of my account and was taking all the risk. He was still unable to admit his was at fault for any of our misunderstandings and blamed them all on me. So I started all he would have to do was say, I could of made a mitake and what can we do now. So I left his office and took my business to another agent. End of story.

Ive had Allstate renters insurance for almost 5 years now. Just purchased car insurance with them. I have had a mishap were I made a payment online, received a confirmation number. But somehow it was rejected on their end. The agent that I spoke with was able to rectify the situation and well.....Im still a customer. Other than that, no complaints!

The Kent Banning Allstate agency on Frederica Street is THE insurance agency here in Owensboro. The staff is wonderful -- polite, helpful, and, above all, sharp as a tack. They know insurance, and will do whatever they can to get and keep your business. Ive been given the run-around a lot by insurance companies, and theres none of this here. Just great rates and great people. When you come in, youre greeted with a smile and treated like family. You cant ask for much more. I hope to continue with them for years to come.
